Avalon by the Seas est une grande maison en bord de mer nouvellement construite! Cette maison offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe depuis à peu près toutes les pièces de la maison. Avalon by the Sea propose tous les nouveaux appareils et des tonnes d'espace de vie.


Cette maison dispose de 2 chambres king au rez-de-chaussée. Ces deux chambres ont une salle de bains et une vue magnifique sur l'océan. À l'étage suivant, vous trouverez la grande cuisine ouverte, la salle à manger et le salon. Il y a aussi un coin couchage supplémentaire qui est parfait pour les enfants! Il y a des lits superposés et un lit double. Il y a aussi un demi-bain à cet étage. Le dernier étage de la maison dispose de 2 autres chambres king avec bains.


Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée de la maison, ce qui est parfait pour les personnes qui profitent de la piscine. Il y a aussi un barbecue à gaz et une douche extérieure. We had a good stay overall. The house was clean and comfortable, though it is a little worn and could use some freshening up. A few items could have been cleaner, such as throw blankets with visible stains.We had an issue with one of the HVAC units on the first morning, but the property management company was very responsive — they had someone out within 30 minutes, and the repair was completed in about an hour. We really appreciated how quickly they handled it.The refrigerator/freezer also had some trouble keeping items cold, and the ice maker was not working during our stay. Overall, though, the house worked well for us and management was very responsive.

Ideal location, very well stocked, comfortable furnishings and working appliances.House was not as clean as it should be; empty champagne bottles found in bedroom dresser, pet hair still on floor and clothing tags on the floor. Pool was not cleaned until Wednesday and we checked in on Sunday. Overall the house was excellent except the cleanliness issues which we have had before with Coastal Joe properties in the past and we have been coming for thirty years. Would rent again if they were not the manager.Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is easily one of our all-time favorites.The first thing that takes your breath away is the view. The wall-to-wall windows showcase the most incredible turquoise water and sugar-white sand, making every sunrise and sunset unforgettable.The location is perfect, right next to the state park, so the beach feels peaceful and uncrowded. One of our favorite memories was having a bonfire on the beach, lying under the stars, and simply soaking it all in. We also found 11 shark teeth right in front of the house—a great spot for shell and shark tooth hunting!Being directly on the beach made everything so easy. We could run inside for drinks, lunch, or forgotten beach toys without a long walk, which was especially nice with kids. The pool was small but refreshing after a day in the Gulf.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, and there were plenty of games for family time in the evenings.We experienced a severe storm during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding—quick to respond, attentive, and genuinely caring.We hardly left because the house and beach were so perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to reconnect with family on one of the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beaches, this is it. We’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!

Excellent Beach house

The beach house was perfect. Our family had an incredible vacation. We loved the house, the location, the 4 master suites, and the amenities. Cape San Blas is indeed a hidden gem, and so is this beach house. We will certainly be coming back again.

The location was amazing, neighbors were nice and the unit was well accommodated. Only minor complaint was cleanliness, doors, handles, etc. were a little sticky and vents needed to be wiped down but than that it was perfect.

We also enjoyed all the room in the house, where we could retreat to our private spaces. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The only thing that seemed unreasonable was the trash situtaion. It doesnt seem reasonable that we drag the trash cans so far up that huge rocky road. It seemed like a 1/8 of a mile on a very uneven path. Paying that much for a rental should not require that chore. We also should not be required to collect all trash in the house if we are paying a cleaning fee. Those two things were unreasonable. Enough for us not to stay again with the kind of rental fee we paid ($$$$). The house was beautiful and well stocked. The only thing I would suggest is stocking trash bags if you require so much from renters related to the trash. Having the option for Coastal Joe beach rentals was very nice. The views were beautiful and the staff was helpful.

Thank you for the feedback. It's a pretty standard policy for guests to be responsible for taking out their trash, however we would have been happy to roll the cans to the road if we had been notified that it was an issue.

Great property managers. Very responsive. Pool was much smaller than expected. MUCH SMALLER! About the size of a hotel hot tub. We felt the real value for the house was at least a third less than we paid. Maybe even half. Easy walk to the beach but not a lot of area to sit. When the waves are rocking, there's no beach to sit on. Unfortunately that was the case for us for half our stay.

Beautifully decorated, amazingly appointed kitchen,the elevator made it easy to bring everything to the third floor kitchen. This house is perfect for a multi generation family vacation. Grandparents on the second floor, parents and grandchild on the third floor and everyone can meet to gather and cook on the third floor. As usual Coastal Joe's never disappoints. We had a minor issue with the electricity going out. Coastal Joe's had an staff member over immediately, in the pouring rain, I might add. He knew exactly where the breaker box was and fixed the problem right away.This is our third vacation with Coastal Joe's, thir integrity, attention to detail and customer service is the best. The house was very clean and a joy and privilege to stay in.

Reviewer Comments: I wanted to let you know first how much my husband and I appreciated Coastal Joe's for looking out for us and making sure our stay was wonderful. The concern your office took when the original rental house had a roof leak was so caring and kind. We were even more grateful knowing we were in a safe place when we had a big storm and high winds one night. We felt snug and secure in the beautiful home you provided. The accommodations were perfect. This was our first trip to Cape San Blas.We will be back regularly from now on. It is so convenient to Port Saint Joe and Appilachicola for day trips and restaurants. Avalon By The Sea had such a well stocked kitchen, we cooked two meals a day and enjoyed local restaurants for the other. This was such a peaceful vacation. We were amazed at how beautiful the stars were at night. It was the best beach I have ever spent time on. We found a very minor issue with the bathroom pocket door, the latch was falling off, so minora detail, if we had any screws we would have fixed it ourselves. The house was beautiful, comfortable and accommodated our every need.Even our checkout was great, we left on a Sunday morning while the office was closed and dropped off the keys under the kind supervision of a gorgeous orange feline Coastal Joe employee. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We will be contacting you to make reservations in the fall!
