Amazing house, perfect for relaxing vacation

We spent most of our time on the Island at the house, enjoying the view and soaking up the sun by the pool.

Amazing place. The villa has everything you need. We utilized the provided beach chairs and coolers daily. The management company is very responsive and helped us with everything we need. Villa Blue will be the only place we stay while visiting Turks and Caicos!

The villa was beautiful and really peaceful being away from Grace Bay. We visited Captain Oaks bar out in front of the villa which was super fun. Water sport equipment could have been better but it didn’t stop us enjoying the villa and the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, dont use concierge service

The property is very nice, well maintained, and spacious. Services through concierge, although confirmed, were unreliable. Would highly recommend booking yourself to have the comfort of knowing it's confirmed.

Amazing property

It was excactly like the website described. Well thought out property giving eveyone stunning views. Gardening staff starting later in the morning as people are on holiday. Also paddle boards and Kayakas too difficult for people to remove and put back on the wracks.

40th Birthday girls trip

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to book this villa! Everything is close and you also have the seclusion as well. The owner’s and staff were very welcoming and gave us key information on where to go on what days. The water in front is shallow for a good distance. You can walk over to the Tiki bar in the water on a calm day. We loved our stay and would recommend getting a rental car if you can. Hope to return soon! Thank you for a lovely stay Fred.

All in One

Everything about the stay was perfect. The house is new and very well taken care of. You make a grocery trip and everything else the house will provide for you. The staff is super nice and attentive all of our needs were met and expectations exceeded. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing private villa

We had four people (two couples) staying in this villa and we loved our stay! The villa is perfectly decorated and furnished. The ocean out front of the villa was great for swimming or just hanging out. They were very thoughtful in providing details like beach chairs, snorkeling, paddle board, and just about whatever you need. The kitchen was well stocked. I kiteboarded and it was a four minute drive to a great kiteboarding launch spot. We highly recommend it. Also note this is one villa as part of a four villa compound, so you can travel with larger groups or if you don't you will see other folks, but there was still plenty of privacy.
