Il suffit de mettre PARADISE! Swaying Palms est un ensemble NEUF de (9) bungalows luxueux en bord de plage avec une chambre, situés sur la magnifique plage de Long Bay. Lorsque vous descendez de votre patio arrière, vos orteils sont dans le sable! Vous ne trouverez pas de lieu de vacances plus proche des belles eaux turquoises de toute l'île! Les neuf bungalows en bord de mer se partagent une plage très généreuse de 150 mètres linéaires, ce qui en fait le centre de villégiature le moins dense de l'île. Chacune des neuf chambres comprend une chambre simple avec un lit King Size, une cuisine, un salon, une terrasse extérieure, un grand palapa en chaume avec lit de repos, un bassin profond à débordement, une douche extérieure, un foyer, un barbecue, un parasol et des chaises longues. Aussi disponible pour nos clients est une salle de gym entièrement équipée avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Swaying Palms est situé à l'emplacement parfait. Avec du sable blanc légèrement poudré et une turquoise cristalline à perte de vue, vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter. Situé sur la banque Caicos, il n’ya pas de vagues et vous pouvez sortir, faire du kayak ou du paddle-board sur plusieurs centaines de mètres et l’eau ne sera toujours à la hauteur de votre poitrine. Ajoutant à l'emplacement idéal, tout en restant dans un endroit très calme et romantique, vous n'êtes qu'à 2-3 minutes en voiture de Grace Bay et de tous les restaurants, épiceries, boutiques de souvenirs, parcours de golf, casino et autres activités. Si vous préférez ne pas conduire en voiture, une promenade de 2 minutes sur la plage (ou sur la route) vous mènera au Shore Club, qui se trouve à proximité, avec ses restaurants et son spa.

Un service de conciergerie complet est disponible pour nos clients. Nous pouvons vous recommander et réserver tous vos repas, sports nautiques (pêche, plongée sous-marine, jet ski, plongée avec tuba, croisières en bateau, etc.), massages, chefs et autres activités. Le pré-stockage des courses est également disponible.

What an amazing stay!!!

Swaying Palms is one of the most beautiful bungalows I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! The location is incredible, and the bungalow was impeccably clean. Jen was also fantastic; she responded quickly to our texts and made us feel very welcome.We will definitely be back!

Simply gorgeous

I have been fortunate to stay in multiple beautiful homes in many Caribbean islands and this is absolutely one of the top 1-2. Views are insane. Property is well kept daily. Staff are friendly, sweet and fun to chat with. I’m bring more couples next year!

This place is absolutely amazing. The views of the water were great and watching the sun come up every morning was my favorite. The staff are the nicest people and they are very helpful. I would highly recommend this place it’s very quiet and peaceful was a great place to spend our honeymoon

Beautiful Quiet Beach

My husband and I had the most amazing week staying here! We loved these bungalows! They were so peaceful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the kite surfing and using the paddle boards and kayaks. Highly recommend if your looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax!

Truly Amazing

This place offered exactly what we were hoping for. The views, beach access and privacy were spectacular. Having access to full kitchen and private patio/pool was lovely. Owners and manager were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend if you are looking for a villa instead of a resort. Recommend renting a car/Jeep to get around if you decide to venture out.

Island paradise

Our new favorite place! We came for our honeymoon and fell in love with it. The bungalow was amazing and exactly like the photos! Very clean and right on the beach! We did not want to leave! We highly recommend to stay here!

romantic private beach getaway

The pictures do not fully capture how amazing this place is!!! the perfect place for a couple who wants privacy, beautiful beach, spectacular views from every room and the pool! Close to restaurants if you want to eat out but has everything for a nice dinner while looking at the ocean! will be back asap!

Heavenly!

This place was sheer perfection for my husband and myself. Celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary here and it was perfect! Our every need was met above and beyond our expectations in every capacity. Gorgeous place!

What an incredible location from the calm, clear beaches to the wildlife along the beach. We have had such an incredible time at Swaying Palms. It was our Anniversary and the Villa was beautiful. From paddle boarding from your room to walking along crystal clear waters…. We loved our time alone, the peace and quiet each morning and evening was spectacular. I will miss this place and CANNOT wait to come back next year!!! Thank you Dylan and Jen. You all are so wonderful and kind. We hope to bring you a gift when we return.

Gorgeous one bedroom bungalow! Loved our 10 day vacation. Location was perfect. Beach is just a few steps away. We loved how quiet the property was. We went diving and snorkeling all over the island. We will be back!

Truly stunning property in paradise!

My husband and I stayed at Swaying Palms Bungalows for 8 days, and it EXCEEDED our expectations. First of all, the interaction with Emily when we arrived was so warm and welcoming, and communication with both Terri and Emily leading up to and after our stay, was friendly and prompt. Be, the onsite property manager, was like a beach fairy cleaning and tidying things so as not to disturb us at all, but his presence was noticed by the constant upkeep. Thank you all! Now to the even BETTER STUFF: The property itself was immaculate and kept manicured and very tidy. Our Bungalow was stunning with a plunge pool for a cooler dip, a full kitchen, and all the amenities we needed, including SUP's and floats, beach chairs and an umbrella. And let's talk about the BEACH....gorgeous. Soft powder white sand greets you just steps off your patio, and the beach chairs and ocean are a mere 15 steps away from your private bungalow patio (with ample places to sit for comfort). Private, quiet, secluded and STUNNING. I would suggest renting a car, as we did (we used Island Jeeps and Russ was super friendly and accommodating). The Graceway Gourmet grocery is just a 5 minute drive from the bungalow and everything is an 8 minute drive across the island to the Grace Bay side where you'll find delicious restaurants to enjoy dining out. My only problem now is that after writing this, I so DESPERATELY want to go right back. Party of 2 for Bungalow 7, please!

The best on the beach stay ever!

Take really good architecture and add to that a great location and boy to you have a winner! My wife and I felt so very special at Swaying Palms, like we had found our dream spot. There is no exaggeration in the descriptions the owners have written, the villas on the beach are first class, right on the beach and perhaps best of all very private. Keep in mind this is a couples spot and perfect for that! The complex is very new and kept in perfect condition by the owners directly. This is a family run business and it feels like it. Be prepared for a near perfect vacation get away. Super private beach, quiet and really beautiful with the added bonus of a 1st class major hotel on the beach just 15 min walk away along the surf. We visited to enjoy live music, bar activities, two restaurants and community when you need it! Kite surfing is big on this beach and it's fun to watch- all day if the wind is right. Young managers Dylan and his lovely wife were a delight and attended to every small need AND made us feel very very welcome. My suggestion; Don't miss this one! It's special.

A dream place to stay

Swaying Palms is perfect in every way and exceeded our expectations for luxury and privacy. My wife and I spent our 20th anniversary here and the bungalow provided a once in a lifetime fairy tale place to stay. Waking each morning to the ocean breeze and beautiful sunrises was beyond compare. I hope to be able to come back someday and experience it all again. It was so perfect that it seems like a dream now. Thanks Dylan and family for the hospitality and we hope to see you again soon.

Bungalow

The setting was impressive. However, the communication with the so-called concierge was poor. never did get a reply about the pool! The pool was filthy. Asked to have it cleaned 3 times, and finally someone came to tell us the pump didn't work, after messing about for a half hour or so. Filled it up, but still didn't clean it - it was skimmed for bugs but a nasty ring was left around the top which was there upon arrival. This was done the late afternoon before we were leaving! Website said it was an infinity pool, but the water kept draining out - about a foot down from the top at the best of times. Disappointing. There was a negative about the fire feature, Property Manager/Concierge gave a very negative design flaw speech about the fact it shouldn't have been installed where it was due to the infinity pool. Dishes were mostly cracked/chipped, pots/pans in sad shape - expected more for the price that paid. Will p

The Swaying Palms is an amazing property. Extremely private and relaxing, just what we were looking for. If you're looking for tranquility in a beautiful location, this is the place for you!! Terry, the property manager was extremely helpful, if and when we need her. Highly Recommended.
