Outstanding home! So clean and well-appointed. The host is as kind and responsive as they come. Cozy, clean, comfortable, tasteful, modern and well situated. 10 out of 10!
The property was very clean and spacious. The host communicated continuously to ensure the property met our needs. Should we travel back to Boulder we will be looking to book Erinâs property again.
Cute house that has a nice outdoor space and an updated kitchen. There are three bedrooms but only two of them have beds in them. It was clean and bright. Would stay here again.
This was a perfect spot for two retired teachers. It was clean, kitchen extremely well-stocked. Be sure to have dinner at Carelli's of Boulder. (we did....TWICE!). The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe!
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is well located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, downtown and walking paths. The house was incredibly well stocked with kitchen equipment and the host made available food condiments. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Boulder.
We really enjoyed our stay at Erin's house. It was a great place for us to hang our hat for 1 week and Erin could not have been nicer to work with and was incredibly responsive before and during our stay.
This was the perfect property for 2 adults & a teen to explore Boulder, the University, & the Rocky Mountain National Park. Less than 10 minutes to everything in Boulder. Large, renovated, well stocked kitchen & bathroom. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend, would stay here again.
This was such a nice stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood super close to the university with a view of the mountains and appears to have been recently renovated. All of the appliances are new, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are super confortable and the living room is clean, and spacious.
We were there for a conference and almost everyone else stayed in hotels, so our team would gather at the house in the evening for after action meetings since we had more space. EVERYONE who came agreed that the house was awesome and said that they are never staying in a hotel again.
Much thanks to Erin for being such an accommodating, concientious and responsive host. Weâll definitely plan on staying there on our next trip to Boulder.
Perfect location for our sonâs CU graduation. Neighborhood was convenient and quiet. The space was ideal for 3 adults. The large kitchen island was a great gathering spot. The house had everything we needed. Erin was thorough and very communicative. Will definitely stay again next time Iâm in Boulder!
This property exceeded our expectations, in every way. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom in particular, have been renovated expertly. We could not have been more impressed with the arrangement.
However, and more importantly in our view - the host was both responsive and accommodating. Given the timing of our trip, last minute Christmas booking, this was especially helpful.
We will book at this property again, without hesitation.
House was spotless . The location was excellent. Erin was an excellent host with great communication skills. We cooked a number of meals at the house and kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans ,dishes and silverware. We needed nothing. Plenty of room in kitchen /great room. Overall experience was terrific. We will book again
Great kitchen , clean house. Erin very accessible and helpful! Even offered to bring me a jacket as it was unexpectedly cold during our visit for the night game at CU. Would definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful time staying at Erin's rental! The home felt open and spacious, with a lovely little deck and backyard, and was very quiet. The bookshelves are full of reading options if you just feel like hanging around. If you love to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, and the cooktop heats quickly. Erin was very accommodating. You only needed to text her with your questions. She also dropped off a few supplies that she thought we would need. I highly recommend staying in her home! I know I will the next time I come to Boulder. Thanks Erin!
