Wonderful Apartment

This little 2 better basement apartment was wonderful. They had it fully stocked and thought of everything that made you feel at home. We had to find a place to stay while my husband made an emergency trip home. This was a perfect oasis for my kids and me to regroup and rest. There is so much to do close by. I highly recommend. All the little special touches were noticed. Great place if you like to walk or bike. Nice park within walking distance. I really enjoyed the trail!

This cozy apartment was thoughtfully designed within his home to welcome visiting friends and family, and it’s occasionally shared with guests who, like Matteo and his family, appreciate the breathtaking beauty of Colorado’s outdoors. Hosting allows us to share our space and passion for this incredible area while helping to cover expenses.

Inside, every element prioritizes well-being, from hemp insulation and low/no-VOC paint to non-toxic flooring and furniture, creating a space that is as healthy as it is comfortable.
