Cable and high speed internet supplied, heated pool and natural gas grills. New Smyrna Beach offers some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises.
Close to Flagler Avenue with its stretch of great restaurants, and unique shops. Across the street from So Napa which features the most amazing bread pudding, and Bakers Table down the street with donuts to die for.

Linens are provided, but only the beach towels are for use in the pool or beach areas. White towels must be kept in the condo.

This property is fantastic. Stephanie has stocked it with anything a guest could need, even a sewing kit! The bed was wonderful and the condo had plenty of room and a cute little balcony.Stephanie is an excellent communicator and will return phone calls, etc. promptly.Overall a fabulous place to stay and I will be back.

Great location

Beautifully updated space. Had everything you need for your visit from toiletries, beach necessities, kitchen appliances and utensils. Property managers check in with you throughout your stay. Location is great with just walking to the beach and not having to worry about parking anywhere. Was a very busy weekend but the place quotes down at night.

This condo is perfect for 2 people! It is decorated so gorgeous just like the pictures show. It was great to have beach chairs and beach towels to use! Great stay for sure!

Great condo and location

Stephanie is great to work with and the condo is just perfect for two. Love being able to get on the beach to walk, ride bike and watch the sunrise. Would highly recommend!

Cozy modern beach home

Well maintained property with new furnishings. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. Nice pool area, and right by the beach. Hostess was lovely to deal with. Would love to go back someday :)

Great condo.

A clean and very well equipped property. Excellent for beach access and close to many good places to eat and shop. Only blip was entrance codes had been changed and we weren’t notified. This was soon corrected after a call to Stephanie. We enjoyed our stay at New Smyrna Beach.

Great property owners. They checked on me before, during, and after my stay. Their communications was exceptional when informing renters of everything they need to know. Unique, Convenient & well stocked

I can't say enough about how at home we felt at our stay here in New Smyrna. Our host has made the condo feel like a friends house. Every time we went to look for something we needed, it was there. From dish soap & kitchen supplies to a fully stocked medicine cabinet including everything you need to get ready to go out for dinner after a day at the beach. We also love that one of the best restaurants on the beach is walking distance from the room (So Napa). We are already planning our next stay and looking forward to another top notch experience here. Highly recommend you book your next visit to the area here.

Great Stay

Met my siblings for a week’s stay in New Smyrna. Two of us stayed in this condo the rest stayed at the Colony Beach Club. Check-in was very easy, it was great working with Stephanie and Craig, who were very responsive to any questions. The inside of the condo is beautiful and very functional, it has been tastefully decorated and is perfect for two people. There were beach chairs for us to use, which we did, the beach was just steps away. We also walked to Flagler Ave. which was about 2 miles. We have not been to New Smyrna for over 10 years, but it has not changed much, still a small town feel and everyone is very friendly. You are right next to the no-drive beach which was very quiet. The pool at the condo was very nice, clean and cool which was just perfect. We had a wonderful week! Thank you for the beautiful condo.

Coastal waters

The condo inside is very nice. Everything you need is there. However the outside of the property is a mess. It's not maintained. The pool was closed for two days because someone had a party and trashed it. Other owners do not take care of their units. Its cheap so you get a lower class people. I went to have peace and quiet. You will not get that at coastal waters. You will however get 25 people in the same room, kids screaming and crying all day and no place to park. No elevators. Window units leaking causing green slime everywhere and water everywhere, people leaving garbage outside the doors of their rooms. Stairs are hollow it sounds like a heard of elephants walking past your door. If you're staying a few nights its ok. DO NOT STAY FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. Internet goes in and out. I used the wifi from coastal waters and my computer was hacked. I do not recommend this place. Not because of the unit but because of everything else. I gave the unit 5 star rating because its very nice inside. Thats it the rest of the place is a dump. I learned my lesson if its the only place let to rent there is a reason!

Wonderful stay at New Smyrna Beach

Thank you deeply for the stay, it was wonderful. The condo was fully equipped for our needs. In the kitchen, we could easily cook our meals with the numerous apparatus accessible! Besides, the condo being right next to the beach was a big wow!! We could enjoy the beautiful sunrises and take long walks on the seashore! The area was remarkably quiet, clean and beautiful. Also, the community of New Smyrna Beach was welcoming and friendly. All essential services were available (grocery stores, pharmacies, organic food stores), which was very helpful for people like us with specific dietary needs. Moreover, the hosts provided us all the necessary information ahead of time and were easily reachable if needed. We felt at home. We will definitely come back!

Condo Great; building some issues

The unit itself was beautiful and cozy. We had some issues with the digital lock; we had to input the code a few times before it worked. Parking at the condo building is less than ideal - there is minimal parking out front, and there is no crosswalk across the road to the secondary lot. The building needs some maintenance. Location to the beach and restaurants is amazing.

A week on the beach.

My partner and I stayed here for a week. A home away from home. The owners were excellent to work with. The location was ideal.. morning sunrise walks, a nice beach bar close by, a pool with loungers on site, and nice gas grills. We loved our stay and will be back!

Coastal Waters seems like coming home, it just feels like family. Very relaxing , great place to be lazy and enjoy the Beach or pool in the beautiful Florida Sunshine.

This is a third floor unit accessed by stairs. An elevator is not available .
Parking is in the front of the building, and also our overflow lot directly across the street.
