Cette suite avec balcon au 4ème étage ne cesse de s'améliorer. Il y a des chaises à dossier sur le balcon, alors asseyez-vous, détendez-vous et savourez une tasse de café en regardant le lever du soleil sur l'océan. Le salon a un canapé régulier et un lit escamotable confortable avec un vrai matelas à l'intérieur. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 42 "dans le salon pour votre plus grand plaisir. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend une cuisinière à 4 brûleurs avec four, des comptoirs en granit et un évier profond. Il y a une belle table de cuisine ronde pour les repas de famille. La salle de bain a été rénovée avec une nouvelle baignoire. Cette unité est carrelée partout, y compris la chambre privée avec un nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin Serta King Sized. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 32 "et un ventilateur de plafond pour vous garder confortable pendant que vous vous endormez. Reviewer Comments: This was a Special Family trip for my granddaughters 12 birthday, while we have been to the beach numerous times, my son n and his family have not stayed overnight in a Beach condo looking at the Beach 🏖️ she was very excited, we all were, and there was no disappointments . We had a fantastic time we were all thrilled. The Condo was beautiful, staff was amazing and the beach was beautiful. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of a family emergency at home . But the time we had there was AMAZING and everything we hoped it would be .

Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Beacher’s Lodge since 1993, it’s a great place to stay, the employees are so nice and friendly, if you need anything they are right there to help. The property is always clean and well taken care of. I always recommend to relatives and friends to stay at Beachers Lodge. It is so close to restaurants and stores.

Peaceful beachfront condo

Clean unit and clean property grounds. We enjoyed the pool and short walk out to the beautiful, peaceful beach. Easy 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine or shopping at outlets. This unit had all basic needs. Great value! Would stay again!

Quiet and relaxing

First time staying in the St. Augustine area for the Daytona 500. By far quieter than Daytona. The hotel/condo was very clean, the staff at the front desk were great especially with helping us book for next year. Housekeeping kept a check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The access to the beach was easy as well.

Christmas in St Augustine

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I planned a last minute trip to the St. Augustine area right before Christmas. We have stayed and Beachers Lodge before and loved it. This time was no different! You cannot beat the oceanfront views here! The complex is quiet and relaxing. Staff are so helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great little place for our family of 3. It was clean and comfortable and right on the beach. It’s very pet friendly and all of the pet owners were responsible. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the lack of beach chairs or towels. There were no beach chairs or towels available with the unit and no where to rent any. We had to buy chairs and towels and leave them because we flew. If it weren’t for that, 5 stars.

Awww, we wish we could have earned that 5th star! We do have deliver chairs here and sometimes the office has a chair or two to lend so it's always worth asking we might have something we can offer. We are sure glad that you enjoyed your visit and hope to earn that 5th star next time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend the Beacher as the staff was not courteous, understanding or pleasant especially one of the assistant managers, she basicallly stated that they aren’t responsible for anything and anything that went wrong, which there were plenty of items was actually the customers fault and they tried to charge an excessive amount for one additional night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Want to come to the beach for vacation but not end up paying for a vacation full of rain? Beachers allows cancellations close enough to check-in that you can see what the weather will be! Best thing about Beachers!!! Otherwise, Beacher's really offers everything you need. The only thing I take issue with is they still have the motel type hvac wall units which can be noisy. If you can deal with this I highly recomment Beachers!

Sorry, But this time Beacher’s was a FIASCO instead of Relaxing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: RiCKY is the poorest reservations rep anywhere! He lied to Ann when she stated our rental MUST HAVE A RECLINER, for I many times have to sleep in a recliner instead of a bed! He FLAT OUT LIED! When we challenged him from the room! Then he stated NOW NONE OF THE KING ROOMS HAVE A RECLINER! Floor tiles broken near Rfgr! Table lamp near sliding door electrical was pulled out of base socket & I got shocked! Luckily I had on rubber soled handicap sandals! To maintain temperature the 2 air conditioning units cycled with LOUD INTENSITY CYCLING constantly! Why such a loud exhaust fan in such a dinky bath with only 1 switch controlling both the overhead single light and the Exhaust fan? The North Elevator was out of service! No notice other than a scratched note on the again Defective Elevator! At 85 & 9 months & a fractured foot, & one’s wife 84 with breathing & walking difficulties, plus the Luggage/Clothing Carrier had 1 wheel with defective bearings! We enjoyed every second that we NOT ON BEACHER’s Property! For Red Frog & McToads, The Columbia, Casa Bennadetto’s Schooners are TERIFFIC places to dine! Your HANDICAPPED PARKING IS VERY INADEQUATE Try walking up your roller coaster parking area, your make attendants running the hose while water is streaming over & under your ridged Handicapped Sandals as you attempt to control your temper & balance while you have to place your luggage stratigically to prevent the 3 working wheel carrier rolling away or killing someone! We have stayed numerous times at Beacher’s, Doubtfully if ever again! No charging outlets for our cell phones!On & On, Absolutly no way to get to the Defective Elevator that NoOne was attempting to repair! All in all, THE BLACK HOLE OF CALCUTTA INN WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE FAVORABLE IN RETROSPECT! The ladies that furnished toweling & the lady atbcheckout were very nice and accommodating! Many extremely pleasant & helpful people offered assistance to US as we str

Lovely unit, needs Smart TV

The only upgrade needed is the TV in the bedroom. It is an older LG (not a smart TV). You can’t log into your own platforms for movies. It only has less than basic cable, no movies or shows available. It would be really nice if the TV was upgraded to a smart TV.

Clean when we arrived , house keeping went above to keep our rooms stocked with towels and asked for our needs daily . Our tv had all the viewing apps to keep my kids entertained during our down time. Love the drop down bed for the kids . We will be back in July !
