Amazing location right on the ground floor that made beach trips very easy. Condo came stocked with beach stuff we could use, so that helped us save room in the car. Beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed have an extra fan in the master bedroom.

We loved our recent beach stay! The condo was a great location, first floor so convenient to the beach access as well as pool. The unit was very nicely done- very clean, kitchen so well stocked with every appliance you could need, and plenty of room with big dining/living room area. We have stayed at several other condos in the area and definitely hope to return to this unit next year!

We enjoyed the pool area. Unfortunately there was construction while we were there, but we understand that maintenance must be done to keep the property nice.The condo was very clean and nicely furnished.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very clean and in a great location. It was a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and steps away. They also have rolling carts available on site for carrying in luggage and groceries which was very helpful. The only issue we had was the hot water heater went out the first night. We contacted the host the next morning and it was fixed within a few hours. Both the host and maintenance man were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

We have stayed at many different properties over the years and this was our favorite. The condo had everything we needed. Patricia was so easy to work with which made the experience that much better. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful, well appointed and well located condo. Super clean, easy check-in, responsive host. Steps from the beach. We really appreciated the books and beach supplies. Secluded and private, away from the hustle and bustle of the historic district, but a quick drive if you want to be there. The beds were comfortable. Everyone was super friendly. Watching the sun rise over the beach never gets old.

The host Patricia was very kind and accommodating. The condo was beautiful and even better than we imagined. We loved the proximity to the beach and that it was a gated condominium. We will definitely be returning. Many great memories were made.

The condo was exactly as advertised and came equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Appreciated the condo being on the first floor as offered convenient access to the beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Beach getaway

Nice place, short boardwalk to the beach, very nice beach, handy sand wash-off station when you return. No end of places to dine and things to do.

Beautiful Property

This was our second time staying here and is one of our favorite places to stay. The condo is beautiful and everything you need is provided. We love being right on the beach and it’s in the perfect area. This is definitely a place you will love!

Great family-friendly beach condo

My wife and I stayed here with our two teenagers while visiting a local relative. We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo with quick beach access. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting!

Perfect place

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon! This place is also in the perfect location. We definitely would love to stay here again!

Great location that is VERY close to the beach. The home had everything we needed and it is just a short drive to old town St. Augustine. Plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Nice condo by the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the beach condo. It was a short and easy walk to the beach from the unit. The until was also convenient to the pool. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the unit was clean. I would book here again next time I come to St Augustine.

Great Condo

Loved everything about this condo, fully equipped very clean and near a lot of Restaurants and beach feet away. Definitely recommend this home away from home. Also great communication with the owner! If ever in St Augustine again would stay here again if available.

Very peaceful stay

We had very relaxing stay. The condo is as described and oh so close to the beach. The condo is very quiet. We never heard any neighbors during the stay. We will definitely return!
