This is the vacation home you’ve been looking for! Start your day off with an amazing sunrise view right from your home away from home! Enjoy a refreshing swim at the heated pool just steps away from your front door. The large poolside patio with wireless internet access has lounges, chairs, tables, and umbrellas, as well as a covered area with overhead fans to stay cool and out of the sun. If you need a little exercise, amenities include two tennis courts, as well as a shuffleboard area.

The only thing between you and the beach is the dunes!! Vacation your cares away with a tranquil beach day just over the private beach walkway. Anastasia Island offers miles of gorgeous beaches with clear blue-green waters and the white powder sand that you will sink right into! Whether it's walking the beach, reading a book while basking in the sun, surfcasting, surfing, boogie boarding, or watching dolphins play to bring a smile to your face, you'll find this is a wonderful place to do just that! This is a drive-on beach area, complete with a car ramp right next door! Don't worry about the salt and sand on the car, there is a simple car wash area right in the parking lot.

The Anastasia Condominium development is a pristine and quiet, gated community, but not far from the action... If you’re looking for things to do, there are several restaurants options within walking distance. Or just a five-minute drive on A1A brings you to the St Augustine Beach and Pier area with many restaurants and shops. Looking for something different? Visit the Alligator Farm or historic St Augustine Live Music Amphitheater!

Just a few miles further will take you over the Bridge of Lions to old town St. Augustine, the oldest city in the US known for its Spanish colonial architecture and cobblestone streets. Visit the Castillo de San Marcos, a 17th-century fortress, the Old Jail and the famous Fountain of Youth. Take a scenic boat ride, tour the museums, or take a haunted ghost walk. There's so much to do!

During the winter months Anastasia Condos has lots of activities in their oceanfront club room: Friday Night Happy Hour, Poker, Movie Night, Bingo Night, Valentine’s Party and St. Patrick’s Day Party just to name a few. Come join the fun!

Nice condo by the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the beach condo. It was a short and easy walk to the beach from the unit. The until was also convenient to the pool. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the unit was clean. I would book here again next time I come to St Augustine.

Great for beach lovers and kids.

Best for young families as it is close to the beach. For older people it is a bit of a walk to bring clothes and bring groceries but they do have carts. Weather was a little cold and windy this year but that's not normal. Good stay

Beach getaway

Nice place, short boardwalk to the beach, very nice beach, handy sand wash-off station when you return. No end of places to dine and things to do.

Great location close to a nice clean beach! Accommodated 5 very comfortably. The owner Pat was friendly and responsive. We had a nice beach vacation.

Paradise but close to everything!

We had the most relaxing beach vacation at this condo. It’s the bottom corner lot and there’s a big grass field right outside the patio that our kids enjoyed playing on. It’s a short walk to the beach right over the board walk. You can hear the waves from the patio:) Lots of close by restaurants if you want to eat out and a short drive to explore downtown. Publix is also around the corner so you can stock up and make meals also:) it was the perfect stay! We will definitely be returning! ❤️

Exceptional stay!!

The property was extremely clean and very close to both the beach and pool. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Also, the owner was very personable and responsive. We had a minor issue and she came to fix it personally within a couple hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely love this condo, location it perfect for walking and enjoying the fabulous beach of Anastasia Island. Condo is exactly as shown and has everything needed for your stay. The owner is fantastic to work with and very responsive to any situation that may come up.

Very peaceful stay

Perfect place

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon! This place is also in the perfect location. We definitely would love to stay here again!

Fantastic location!

This property is exactly as described! It is within feet of the beach and the sand is white and very fine - beautiful! Exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything and everything you could need. It is also very spacious. This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed there and no doubt we will stay there again!

Amazing!

This property is exactly as described. It was close to everywhere you wanted to be. The beach and the pool where amazing and we saw so many amazing things, turtles, birds, rabbits, and even saw a gentleman on the beach catch a small shark on our morning beach walk. The bed was super comfortable and we felt very at home in this beautiful condo. You can find so many fun things to do and we hope to return next year to find more adventures. Grocery stores and restaurants are super close too. Thank you for a wonderful 2 week stay on beautiful Anastasia Island.

Great Condo

Loved everything about this condo, fully equipped very clean and near a lot of Restaurants and beach feet away. Definitely recommend this home away from home. Also great communication with the owner! If ever in St Augustine again would stay here again if available.

Homey and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. Although we didn’t do any cooking, basically we showered and slept there because of family in the area. I found the unit to be well stocked, comfortable and very homey. The beds are very comfortable. The unit was a little cold, but then again, Florida had record-setting temperatures the week we stayed. It also has a very nice pool but we weren’t able to use that either because of the weather. There’s also easy access to the beach. The host was very nice to work with and provided all the information we needed for our stay. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Perfect!

Everthing was even better than indicated on the listing. Pat was wonderful to communicate with and was very responsive. The condo was well-stocked. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The kitchen had anything and everything you could possibly need for cooking a meal. Visiting the beach was made even better with ALL of the beach supplies available at the condo. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella and even toys for kiddos were in the condo and ready for us if needed. The beds were comfortable, the place was VERY spacious and the complex was quiet. The location was excellent as well. It was within a few minutes drive to the attractions, grocery store and restaurants. You could even walk to several restaurants. We cannot waait to return again soon!

Great family-friendly beach condo

My wife and I stayed here with our two teenagers while visiting a local relative. We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo with quick beach access. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting!

Will book again!

Nothing short of amazing! Beautiful and functional condo. We cooked nightly and had everything we needed. There’s also a plethora of beach toys/chairs/wagon. Property owner was super responsive. I loved it being ground level. No stairs and easy to pull the wagon back and forth to the beach. The property is gated which provides extra security. And I loved not having to mess w keys for the door as it’s managed w a code. All in all, definitely recommend! And we’ll be booking this condo again :)

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I purchased this property for its location, spaciousness, and gorgeous property. I found all incredible!

It is far enough away from the crowds to get some quiet downtime to rejuvenate during your time at the beach, yet close enough to the action to enjoy the best of both worlds during your time away!!

The condo itself is a large two bedroom with plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home!

The Anastasia Condominiums maintains a beautiful, well-kept, gated community where guests are sure to love the simple beauty of the grounds along with the brand new private beachwalk, sunning deck, and outdoor shower.
