Profitez du petit-déjeuner sur le balcon confortable de cette suite chérie au 4ème étage avec balcon. Ce condo est l'un des plus privés de la piscine, avec un seul voisin à côté, cette suite au 4ème étage est très bien située, près de la piscine, de la plage et de l'ascenseur. Le canapé (pas un canapé-lit) dans le salon est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la brise de plage ou de la télévision à écran plat de 27 ". Ventilateurs de plafond à aubes dans le salon et la chambre à coucher déplace la brise de l'océan dans tout le condo. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, y compris une cuisinière avec four. La salle de bain a été rénovée avec une nouvelle baignoire avec barre d'appui et une nouvelle vanité. La chambre privée a un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat de 24 ". Everything you could want, pool, beach, restaurants, all located near the fantastic city of St. Augustine. Top that off with the nicest, kindest and hardest working staff and you have the perfect vacation spot.

Enjoyed our stay

Our room was comfortable, clean ,and we enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to bring our dog along. The Beach location was great as it is dog friendly.

Beachers Lodge

Gorgeous view of the ocean with friendly staff. Pictures on internet were deceiving. Condo interior looked much nicer than it really was. We arrived early and was told we could check in as soon as the room was clean in about 45 minutes. My 8 year old son was excited but they called us 1 minute prior to check in. For future reference just say no early check in!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room should not be rated gold one person cannot finish the shower without running out of hot water. There were ants in the kitchen and if you pulled out the bed you could walk around it go to the deck we’ve been there multiple times. This is the worst room we’ve ever had.

Smelled

The whole condo seemed damp at all times. If you couldn't hang towels or swimsuits on balcony they would never dry. Had a suit hang in closet for 4 days it never dried. The couch was stained and smelled. Microwave had rust spots on ithe inside. The vent in the bathroom was almost stopped completely up with dust. The elevator was so hot it was better to take stairs and we were on 4th floor.

Pleasant oceanfront stay with my dog

Unit was pretty much exactly as described. I'm rating 5 stars since we got what we were expecting as far as an oceanfront unit that was dog friendly. View from the balcony was excellent, beach very nice, and the pool also looked well taken care of even though we did not use it while we were there. A couple of critiques just for other travelers info... the queen bed was quite lumpy and the sheets were of very poor quality and kept pulling off the corners of the bed. Couldn't get the ancient "4 cup" coffeemaker to produce a good cup of coffee, should have brought our own Keurig. The fridge was big enough for some bottled water and beer etc, but I would not plan on cooking in this unit, kitchenette area is quite small and old looking stove. Shower drain is rusty as previous reviews noted, but plenty of hot water for showers. Just a very dated unit overall ..but it was clean. Also, not the fault of the condo at all, but the beach prohibits alcohol, this was kind of a bummer for us as we like to have a couple drinks while on the beach. For those bringing a dog, the "dog walking area" is a hellish distance from this unit, so had to take my dog basically out along the edge of the parking lot /highway to go in urgent situations.. We did enjoy it for a long weekend, last minute trip. But don't expect a 5 or 4 (or barely 3??) star experience. Really not trying to discourage anyone from renting, but I personally would probably not book there again.

Love the beach

We always choose a room by simply clicking on a room, without knowing where it was and how large it was, etc. This room was the worst we've ever seen. NOW I have figured out how to choose a room on your web site and we won't make that same mistake again. We can pick the location and the quality.

We love Crescent Beach!

This year we did ask to switch rooms due to a few updates that needed to be made. We found ourselves in this room for the week. It worked for our family! The staff are fantastic and the service was great. The rooms may need upgrades, but again, the beach and staff were so great, it was hard to complain.

Need friendly stuff everything close at 8 nothing to do

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place only has one place to take your pets to use the restroom if your on the opposite in of the parking lot of that area it's hard for a little dog to hold their pee. My son can't control where our dog uses the restroom so what gives the maintenance man the right to yell at my son where my dog peed. Also I had the water hose in my hand to clean it up and it grabbed it out of my hand which was rude started yelling at me saying I got it then goes to kick poop off the sidewalk in to the rocks why not pick it up was? He was almost to the area. Also we not like other guest that let their dogs poop and leave it for someone else to clean up so their dogs don't get into it. My husband cleaned up several things of poop because people didn't know how clean up after their dog. I told the manager about me yelling at the maintenance guy for yelling at my son she said good he probably needed be yelled at what kind of stuff is that to tell your guest? Also they forget to tell you that your limited to how much hot water you get one person takes a shower well thats all the hot water you get for the day. The room had so much dust in it I could write my name in it they was like oh we can send someone up to clean it oh just like we would ask for towels at 9 and not get them until 2. They also deactivated our cards for no reason so I had go get new ones the same maintenance guy started talking about my dog he acted all scared of a little chiweenie because she does this barking talking thing he said sound like she was going bite when she don't bite. There no restaurant really around unless you drive 10 minutes down the street everything closes at 8 so be ready go bed by then because there nothing to do around there after that. We found a big piece of glass in the floor my dogs could cut theirselves on. It was horrible for the price we paid never again.
