Beacher's Lodge Oceanfront Balcony Suite - Comprend le ménage de l'hôtel

Cette suite avec balcon apaisante au 2ème étage bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal et d'une vue depuis le balcon. Le canapé-lit queen est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du téléviseur à écran plat de 37 pouces. Il y a un ventilateur de plafond dans le salon pour garder la brise marine en mouvement. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un petit micro-ondes, un four avec 4 plaques de cuisson et un réfrigérateur. Dosseret en carreaux et tous les équipements de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. La salle de bain a été rénovée avec une nouvelle baignoire et habillée de gris marbré. La chambre privée comprend un matelas queen-size et une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm. Ceci est le condo idéal pour séjourner à la plage! LES PETITS ANIMAUX SONT ADMIS.

The view was amazing! We loved the location excellent not overally full beach and 20 mins from st Augustine. Excellent for families!

A lovely spot💓

This was the best beach stay. I was throughly impressed with the cleanliness of our unit and the thoughtful touches throughout. Beach access is fantastic, pool was utilized everyday with my toddler. We will definitely be returning!

GREAT LOCATION

A small, but nicely appointed unit. Great location for beach access and on the ocean side of the road. No restaurants nearby, but within an easy drive. Living room looks out on ocean, bedroom on the road,

The Window and sliding glass door did not lock, we had to put something in them so no one access the unit thru them. There is no hot water in the shower, you're lucky if you get luke warm water We reported both to the front desk but where told "yay, we know" but no apology or we'll try to get that corrected for you.

If you had any suspicion of this nature, you should immediately report this to management. We have electronic locks and they log every entry into the condos here. We could have shown you that no one entered your condo during your stay. There was a do not disturb on the door every time housekeeping stopped by to provide service, so they did not enter. We take accusations like this seriously and would act quickly in the case of any doubt of our staff's integrity. We only want you to enjoy your time here with us and take it to heart that there is any doubt that is the case.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming here for many year's and have told family members, who now stay here as well. Besides being next to St. Augustine and a fabulous beach right outside your door, It's a great central spot for day tripping to Cumberland Island or a ride to Daytona. Be sure to look at each room online to find your favorite.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 216 was updated, clean and very comfortable - gorgeous view of beach! Would rent again! Quiet and beach is fantastic! Only complaint - the sofa bed mattress was terrible - sleeping on springs. Front door needs paint to be more welcoming.

Labor Day Weekend 2020 stay

Friendly staff; suite was really clean and well equipped, although it needs some updating and/or paint. The sofa bed is still not great (read this in a previous review). The some of the straps that hold the mattress up are broken. Greatest view!! Had trouble getting the TV to work but called the front desk and someone came by right away to help. Loved the area; the beach is amazing!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Not worth new price

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think the rates went up with the economy but owners certainly aren't keeping up their units to make the stay worth the pay. In fact I found multiple airbnbs for the same prices during the times I'm staying that are updated and larger. I've been staying at beachers for going on 10 years and I probably am not going to unless the deals start happening again. Bring back the pay two stay three or pay three stay four.

Great stay just as pictured

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Beachers Lodge exceeded our expectations! We were warned of property construction being done on the parking lot side of the building which did not really interfere except for one morning waking up sooner to some noise. The pictures are up to date and the setting is beautiful. We loved the natural terrain between the sand and property and while sitting on our balcony saw a tortoise eating it's way through the vegetation. Sitting on the balcony seeing the ocean and listening to the waves was so relaxing! Our unit was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The pool temperature is comfortable to walk into without being tooo warm to swim. We were impressed with the attention to maintaining this property and new work in progress. Hope to stay here again!

Need updating , Very upset guest

First night we got there our air unit was not working, had to have a new one installed. After being installed the ac unit leaked water all week and we were told that they could not do anything about it until after we checked out. So our whole vacation we had to keep putting towels on the floor to soak up the water. On top of that out tub did not drain. Decor need an update, Jew was great, but as much money as we paid to stay it was horrible and very frustrating. I will say they did give us a very small credit back, but honestly it should of been a lot more due to what we had to deal with the week we stayed.

This place looked decent online. It felt dirty and sticky though. My feet were black after a few minutes of walking on the floors. They looked clean with the exception of the rug. It was like someone just poured cleaner on them and didn’t clean it back up. A pillow fell behind the bed and came up covered in human hair. The couch had to be covered with a blanket we brought from home. One side of a cushion had a wet poop spot on it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We ended up not bringing our pup, but if this place can’t clean up after animals maybe it should be pet free. The TVs they brag about don’t work, because they need to be connected to wifi; the lodge wifi barely works if at all. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. If you stay here bring a couch cover.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay a Beacher’s almost every time we come to St. Augustine and have always been pleased. However, this unit was not up to the standards to which we have become accustomed. The entire unit smelled of spoiled food. The bed was not a queen. The mattress hung over the box springs and caused us to roll to the outside constantly. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock: it only had a flimsy plastic rod to lay in the track to keep it “locked”. The recliner was basically child sized. I am only 5’ 1” and it wasn’t really a fit for me. The bathroom was beyond tiny. The whole place is in desperate need of an update! All in all it was a very uncomfortable stay. The staff, as usual, was delightful and helpful. I still love Beacher’s;however we will not rent that unit again. It’s sad to pay that much money and be so unhappy with one’s surroundings.

Reviewer Comments: What disappointed me:The bathroom door was falling apart-I don’t even know what the fuzzy stuff was that coming out of the bottom of the door-The tv was impossible to work with- there were two remotes-one was filthy~sticky & sandy The a/c window units were noisy and woke me up every time they kicked on-the ceiling fan in the bedroom “clicked clicked” all night There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom room sink & no way to close itI don’t understand how this unit has a “silver” ratingReally disappointed & not worth my hard earned $$
