Cette charmante Suite Patio au 1er étage a un lit King dans la chambre. Les impressions vert océan du bord de mer se retrouvent dans cette suite patio. Carrelé dans un vert frais, le salon a une vue magnifique sur l'océan, un canapé-lit queen imprimé tropical et une belle télévision murale à écran plat de 32 ". La lumière de style Tiffany et le ventilateur de plafond simple ajoutent des touches accommodantes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils standard, un réfrigérateur de taille moyenne et ajoute la possibilité de cuire dans la cuisinière à 4 brûleurs avec four. La salle de bain a un aspect carrelé, une baignoire plus récente et une vanité mise à jour. Ce matelas à plateau-coussin King a été une demande populaire. Great stay

Other than that no real complaints! All the staff were polite and professional. We would definitely return.

Front Offfce Mishap

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were checking in later in the evening so I emailed the reservations email to inform them and get the proper protocol. They assured me someone would be there until 10 PM to welcome me. When we arrived at 9:15 PM we were greeted by Jennifer who’s commented “ we’ve been waiting for you, you barely made it.” After working all day and then driving 3 hours it was a less than ideal welcome. She then proceeds to tell me that she attempted to call me several times. My phone was on Do Not Disturb so I didn’t hear my phone ring and I apologized. She then asked if I wanted to use the card on file to which I replied no and gave her a different card. She had the card for several minutes and then gave me my receipt. The receipt made it look like it was charging the card on file and not the CC I gave her but I waited until the morning to check my account. Sure enough she charged the card I didn’t want charged which cause an overdraft on my account. It was extremely frustrating after she asked me which card she wanted charged and assured me she charged the right card. Our stay was wonderful with many family members spending time together but the front office mishap really put a damper on my weekend for sure.

Good location

Very cheep furnishings. Bed was missing a foot so was crooked and shower head did not adjust spray. PCV door locks are filthy so having to grab them out of the tracks to open the door was nasty. Got freeze all over my hands.

July beachers lodge stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay. It was me (Nana) my daughter and my 2 grandkids ages 5 and 3. My son in law was home doing some repairs. The unit was just big enough for the four of us. Not much in the way of breakable nicknacks which was nice. The pullout sofa was fine for me but I’m kind of small, might not be comfortable for a heavier person. The water not very hot maybe the heater could be set higher or it just runs our quickly. Kitchen could use a tea kettle, a couple more dish towels since NO dishwasher. We used paper plates and bowls. Could have a smaller saucepan and a few more utensils . But all in all we had a good time. The weather cooperated. Ice cream shop across the street was nice. Condo very close to pool and beach walkover. The is also a restaurant across the street with entertainment but we didn’t go since we had grandkids.

Perfect little condo for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at beachers lodge condo 111. We loved the bright blue room, and the comfy king sized bed. It was a close walk to the car and the beach. The staff was all so kind and accommodating. We used the heated pool and the charcoal grills. They brought fresh towels to us daily. The sunrise was beautiful off our patio. We were able to cook in our room. It was a great stay and a great price we will be staying here again in a few months, and hopefully it will be an annual tradition.

I also love house keeping, they did a wonderful job and they were very pleasant and helpful.Pool was well kept clean and well maintained . Very nice walkway to the beach with a security gate.I guess I can't say enough positive things about Beachers Lodge but I can say I would happily stay there again.. Many thanks to all the staff..

Quick easy weekend getaway

We have always loved Beachers and have been coming there for over 30 years. Everything about our stay was easy, unit wasn't ready when we got there early but they gave us the parking passes to stay and play while we waited.

Close to everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is built like a studio except the bedroom is separate. Stayed on the lower level. It looks just like the pictures. There is a staff on the premises much like a hotel. Small toiletries, washcloths, towels, coffee, dish soap, pots, pans, etc. are included. We had a problem one day where our door didn’t work with our keycard, the staff took care of it immediately. Staff is very pleasant and professional. We were steps from the beach and the pool area. The pool was close, but you couldn’t hear noise from it. If you want to grill you have to go to a specific area. I think there were a couple of grills. There are ice machines and coke machines. I guess what disappointed me was there was nothing in the condo left by the owner or previous guests such as spices and non perishable items, no blender, mixer, only basic kitchen items, no beach items (chairs, boogie board, etc). I had just returned from the U.S. Virgin Islands a month prior and those items are much appreciated by guests who cannot just bring those things on a plane. However, the ice cream shop across the street is great, Safe Harbor restaurant is great and both are walkable from the complex. You are close to grocery, souvenir shop, Dollar General, and not far from St. Augustine and many other beaches. It was a very nicely decorated and clean place.

AC's worked hard and did not turn off or did not work. King bed great but sleeper sofa not comfortable at all as a sleeping option, needs updating.
