Beacher's Lodge Studio Suite - Comprend le ménage de l'hôtel

Cette suite Studio au 2ème étage a tout ce que vous trouverez dans une suite face à l'océan, à l'exception de la vue directe sur l'océan. Il y a une légère vue latérale depuis les studios du 2ème étage. Ce studio chéri a un lit queen et un canapé-lit queen. Ce condo est parfait pour un couple qui veut à la fois de la literie et un endroit confortable pour regarder la télévision à écran plat de 32 ". Ou cette suite est parfaite pour la famille à petit budget. Le ventilateur de plafond accueille dans la brise de la plage. Ceci est la seule suite studio avec une cuisine complète, y compris une cuisinière en verre avec four et un grand réfrigérateur. La salle de bain a été récemment rénovée avec une nouvelle baignoire, un surround et une barre d'appui. Ceci est une belle suite studio avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour être heureux à la plage! (Les studios du 2ème étage ne sont pas accessibles par les ascenseurs de la propriété, vous devez prendre des escaliers pour vous rendre au 2ème étage) PETITS ANIMAUX ADMIS

Relaxing Stay

Nice place to relax and enjoy the beach. Great people to work with. The beach was not crowded, clean and a beautiful place to walk. Far enough from St Augustine it seemed like our own private beach. Yet close enough to enjoy everything St Augustine had to offer.

Only stayed for 1 night but the room was equipped with everything one would need to stay for a week or more. LOVED it here, will definitely be coming back! Just What We Needed

Comfortable stay for my husband, myself, and our toy poodle. We were right on the beach, and even had a side view of beach from our room. Decor needs a little updating, but all was adequate for our needs. Would rent this studio suite again, but only comfortable for max of 2 people.

So sorry that the studio suite was misleading, all of our one bedroom suites are oceanfront and the studio is just a one room suite on the side of the building. We will do our best to get that information corrected.

Not worth the money!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was beautiful.... on their website! In person, it was horrendous! It was unkept! The screen outdid the window was falling out of its track. The blinds were cockeyed. The toilet ran constantly after flushing. It’s supposed to sleep 4 but I guess they don’t expect more than 2 people to sit down for a meal, as there were only 2 chairs around the table. It was musty and smelly! The floor was dirty... I wouldn’t go barefoot!! And that’s not even the worst.... the mattress on the fold out couch was extremely thin. There was no way my son could sleep on it. The couch itself was smelly so he slept in his car!!! It was the worst experience of our lives! I would never go there again! It was a total ripoff!!

The office is only a few steps away (or a simple 0 on your room phone) and we are always willing to address any issues you encounter. The photos are very representative of this condo. There is a memory foam sleeper mattress on this sofa, so it's really the best a sleeper sofa can be. We would have been able to offer other options if you had let us know of any issues during your stay.

Old and outdated

The room appears cute and charming in the ad. Too good to be true! This room is very old. It did appear clean but it was hard to sleep under the moldy ceiling. The bed is uncomfortable, the tub does not drain and the toilet ran all night. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart and the table had a sticky residue that would not come off with a wet paper towel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed one because it was not at all what we expected. We did tell the person in the lobby that the room is in desperate need of repair. Hopefully they will fix the issues ASAP. The view out the window is a decent view of the beach. You also have a view of the parking lot beside the building. This place has a ton of potential but needs some attention.

This room needs to be treated for what appears to be BLACK MOLD at the ceiling in bot corners if the window wall. The bedding, pillows, seemed to be moldy or sour smelling too and the unit floors could use a good deep cleaning.

Great Little Spot

Our stay was a very pleasant experience! Close to the beach ( right on it but with a side view) which was nice too. Clean, stocked with dishes, pans/pots, silverware and cups. Close to entertaining spots like Anastasia island. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Our dogs had a great time on the beach which was easily accessible from both sides of the resort. The full kitchen saved us money on food every day. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great Stay with a Caveat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the studio and Beacher's Lodge was worth the price except for one thing. The dehumidifier was running when we first came in the room. We left it running assuming that it would have an automatic shut-off when it was full. It did not and did not have any warning messages or labels about this. It overflowed and got some of our clothes wet. When we asked the reception for complementary quarters to dry our clothes, they acted like we should have known to turn it off. The customer service was lacking and the dehumidifier should have had a warning label.

We're very sorry about that, normally the dehumidifier would have been removed upon arrival but there must have been some sort of mistake and we apologize about that. Sorry that it wasn't handled properly when you brought it up, but we're glad that you enjoyed the stay other than those errors and hope that you choose to give us another try and have a much better stay.

I do think it could have been cleaner.. but after we cleaned it up, it was a relaxing week. The staff was super friendly and the pier was very nice!
