Condo spacieux avec accès facile aux pentes, situé dans le village exclusif de Arrowhead

Ce magnifique condo de trois chambres est situé au pied du village d'Arrowhead, à 5 minutes à pied des pistes. Cette belle maison de ville surplombe le 10ème coffret de départ du Country Club of the Rockies.

La propriété décloisonnée est équipée d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une grande salle à manger et d'un salon spacieux avec une cheminée à gaz. Les clients ont également accès à un grand patio avec barbecue à gaz et un garage pour une voiture. Un parking supplémentaire pour les véhicules supplémentaires doit être organisé avant l'arrivée et ne peut être garanti.

La configuration des chambres pour la propriété est la suivante:

Une chambre principale avec lit King, salle de bain et terrasse privée.
Une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et salle de bain en suite Jack-n-Jill
Une chambre avec lit Queen et salle de bain en suite

Grâce à sa proximité avec Arrowhead Village, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine et du bain à remous communs, disponibles en été comme en hiver. Pendant l'hiver, les clients peuvent skier dans les villages de Bachelor Gulch et de Beaver Creek dans le cadre de l'expérience de ski de village à village. De plus, vous bénéficiez d'un accès gratuit à la navette Dial-a-Ride, qui dessert chaque village de Beaver Creek Resort.

Cette résidence comprend un service de ménage d'un jour sur deux pour les séjours de 4 nuits ou plus. Les lits sont faits, les poubelles sont enlevées, les salles de bain sont nettoyées, les serviettes rafraîchies, la cuisine est entretenue et toutes les surfaces et les robinets sont étincelants. Veuillez noter que les services de ménage ne sont pas prévus les jours fériés importants.

Amazing!!

Location was perfect and the place was amazing! Very clean, spacious and up to date. Loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom and property manager Hunter was fantastic! Constantly checking in to see how our trip was going. Highly recommend!!

The home is gorgeous, well equipped and beds are comfy. Reviewer Comments: We love this unit. We hate even saying that outloud since maybe then others will rent it and it won't then be available to us for our dates. The staff that takes caer of it is fantastic. Everything is taken care of the minute it's mentioned. We rented it for a happy monht and our only complaint is that they couldn't make it snow more! Walk to the lift, walk/ski the golf course, great TVs for Superbowl. Lovely and clean.

Do Not Hesitate to Rent This Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If there is any part of you hesitating, stop. This house meets and exceeds all your expectations. The location of the ski hill can't be beaten. The kitchen is fully stocked (minus spices due to Covid). Beautiful views of the golf course and beyond comfortable. The management company was also top-notch. They helped ensure the home was equipped with everything I needed for a 3-day business event and even accommodated my request to arrive early on short notice. You can't go wrong with this rental.

Mountain Management (the property management company) was just OK. Hunter our contact gets a C rating for communication. The property itself was lovely, however there were small issues that should have been corrected by the property management company. Like: check-in time notification outside of contract, a microwave that works intermittently, a floor light that does not turn on, a request for extra blankets that went unanswered with a bedroom that is very very cold. It was an expensive property and these are items that should have been easily fixed or handled.

A perfect ski home!

Just a short walk to the Cresta lift made our ski days start off stress free. The short walk back to the townhome was only the beginning of a lovely evening at home. Everything in the home is high end, with extra details to ensure the utmost comfort. The management company was immediately attentive to one small issue we encountered during our stay. We would love to have this home as our home away for a visit to Beaver Creek/Arrowhed again.
