This stunning home, located at the in the gated Arrowhead Country Club of the Rockies, is a stunning mountain retreat located just minutes from the Arrowhead Village with use of the complimentary shuttle service which runs during the ski season. This home offers the convenience of residing within the resort and tranquility of a private gated community. Enjoy relaxing in this gorgeous Colorado property with room for the entire family.
With wraparound views of the mountain and aspen groves this wonderful home offers several living spaces to be enjoyed by large families and groups of friends alike. The home boasts an array of on-site amenities that include a large outdoor deck with lots of seating, an indoor fireplace, outdoor fireplace and fire pit, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs and Sonos Sounds system throughout. Unique features of the home include a private hot tub, BBQ grill, and phenomenal location around the block from tennis and pickleball courts. The property has garage space for 2 vehicles, which features an Electric Vehicle charger, with an additional 2 vehicles in the driveway.
Arrowhead Village is a secluded residential community at the western entrance to the Beaver Creek Ski Resort, with easy access to the mountain and some of the shortest lift lines in the entire resort. In addition to access to the resort, this home is located just minutes away from the quaint pedestrian-friendly Riverwalk Shopping District in Edwards, offering unique and diverse shops and restaurants.
This beautiful home is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the Arrowhead Village during the winter during ski hours or for those bringing their own car, parking is available in the free Arrowhead Skier lot. Arrowhead Village has an outdoor heated pool open in both winter and summer, as well as the Broken Arrow cafe, open for lunch in the winter, the Vista Restaurant open year round for dinner, and tennis courts.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.
For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
