Beautiful condo, spotless and perfect location right on ski slope. Loved the cozy fireplace, convenient ski locker, and nice hot tub. Very quiet, hardly knew anyone else was in the building.
Really enjoyed staying here for a family ski trip. Walk across the street to get on a trail that takes you right down to the lift. (Would be a challenge for a true beginner.) Also used the village connect bus system that was convenient. Ski locker room was great to store all our stuff. Clean, comfortable beds, would stay again.
The condo more than met our expectations. My family could ski in and ski out. Myself, I went to the spas and then returned to sit by the fire. We hope to return next year once booking is available
Great family property in quiet majestic mountain area
We enjoyed the property & it's amenities. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bedrooms. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out. We had easy access to many activities & sites. We were there in summer & it was convenient to head out the door on a hike. The area is gorgeous! The underground parking was a great feature too.
Location is ski in/ski out on a blue to the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift. Getting the kids to ski school was easy because of the quick shuttle service that we could book through the village connect app (as little wait time as 2 min - 15 minutes at the most...you can look ahead on the app to see the approximate wait time before you leave). Ski lockers are top of the line with boot dryers and plenty of room for my family of 5's skis/poles and equipment. The unit was extremely clean and well equipped with kitchen tools and necessities. The hot tub is just a few steps from the building. Everything was well maintained. Thank you for a great stay!
This was our second time to stay at this property. It is clean and well maintained. We noticed several improvements that had been made since we last stayed in August, 2019. We love the close proximity to hiking trails in the summer and the easy ski out access in the winter. We also love the Beaver Creek Shuttle service. We will try to stay here again this coming summer.
Well-appointed, spacious with plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The views are beautiful, access to slopes convenient.
One disappointment - the trail to access the condo was roped off for our entire stay, Christmas weekend, even though there was plenty of snow!
Really enjoyed our stay! Location was great. House was perfect for our group. This time of year we could ski out, just couldn't ski back to house at the end of day, runs were closed. Not a problem though, just took shuttle from the ritz. Would easily stay again!! Thank you
Condo very uncomfortable. No circulation from the outside and no cooling units. I'm sure its great in the winter, but would not recommend for the summer months.
My sister and I, and our kids, stayed here for our joint birthday weekend! The proximity to the slopes and outstanding accommodations made the weekend so special. I highly recommend this property!
Overall we had a great stay. The king bed was comfortableâthe twins are good for kids, not great for adults. Great location, easy ski in and out. Not a lot of extras (sugar, etc) so be sure to shop! The place has humidifiers and great towels, etc.
Jennifer Harrison of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services made booking and planning our stay at 302 Settlers Lodge very smooth. The condo is beautiful and spacious and located right across the street from the Roughlock run taking you down to the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift. With the ski lockers located on the first floor its very easy to gear up and get on the hill. The jacuzzi is great and we used Epic shuttle to take us from the airport to the unit and Instacart for groceries. The dial a ride was easy and fast. We will be back.
Great place. Relaxing. Well appointed. We enjoyed being able to store our gear in our own lockers each night and be able to ski in and ski out at will. Nice views. Quiet building. We loved our stay.
The condo looks just as the pictures show. It was relatively clean. However, there were a lot of places where management and/or housekeeping had overlooked. Upon arrival the condo was terribly hot. It took over 12 hours for the temperature to get down to a comfortable level. At first only 1 humidifier out of 6 was working. We had to call the property manager and they advised us on the heating issue and replaced our humidifiers. There were several light fixtures that needed new light bulbs. All of the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The towels (and lack thereof) were small and very worn. I would recommend replacing them and increasing the quantity in each bathroom. No one used the shower in the downstairs bathroom off the study because there was a clump of hair in the shower.
On the positive side - we enjoyed the hot tub and having the heated garage was great! There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen (although very mismatched). The appliances were in good order. The condo comfortably fit our party of 6 (5 adults, 1 child). The proximity to the slopes is good - but I wouldn't necessary call it ski-in/ski-out. Technically, you have to cross the road and walk about 20 paces up a hill to get to the nearest run. We were hoping maybe there were some games or puzzles at the condo, but there wasn't. The internet worked fine. It was nice to have direct TV in all the bedrooms.
Overall for the price we paid, we were all content. But I wouldn't consider this to be "luxurious" due to the reasons stated above. Bachelor Gulch/Beaver Creek is an amazing destination. The snow was great, people were friendly and lots of restaurants and shopping.
Terrific unit with everything you need to stay comfortably. We had a small plumbing problem which was handled Thanksgiving Day. Would definitely stay again.
