Une cabane en rondins de luxe d'une chambre construite par une équipe de mari / femme d'architecte local qui a mis 3 ans à construire cette belle cabane en rondins. Vous adorerez l'intimité totale des 20 acres environnants et du ruisseau rocheux environnant que vous voyez de chaque pièce. Prenez note de la salle de bain principale! C'est comme si vous étiez dehors tout en vous relaxant dans notre baignoire à jets ou en profitant de notre douche à effet pluie. Le bain à remous extérieur à l'eau salée est idéal pour un massage apaisant tout en écoutant le ruisseau et les sons de la forêt, sans aucun produit chimique agressif pour irriter la peau sensible, pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter!
Creekside Cabin est un sanctuaire parfait pour célébrer votre journée spéciale ou simplement déstresser votre vie bien remplie. Un endroit pour se sentir proche de Dieu et profiter de sa création majestueuse! C'est un endroit idéal pour vos célébrations spéciales, lune de miel, anniversaire ou tout simplement une escapade romantique.

Creekside Cabin est construit dans un développement équestre privé connu sous le nom de Leatherwood Mountains, situé à proximité de Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock et Wilkesboro.

Autres Activités: Bonne pêche à Elk Creek (permis requis), court de tennis communautaire et piscine (été), Wilkesboro YMCA -Good GYM- sur NC268, à environ 32 km de Leatherwood. Mes choses préférées à faire sont de faire un tour panoramique à travers l'arrêt Blue Ridge Parkway à plusieurs endroits magnifiques pour pique-niquer et se promener tranquillement le long de sentiers faciles ou faire une randonnée jusqu'aux cascades. Grandfather Mountain est un endroit bien connu le long de la promenade. Vous pouvez aller à Blowing Rock, une petite ville balnéaire avec de jolis magasins et restaurants à environ 40 km. Vous pouvez faire du rafting, du canoë ou de la tyrolienne à travers les pourvoiries de Boone. Randonnée à cheval à travers l'écurie de Leatherwood Mountains ou d'autres écuries de la région de Boone. Il y a plusieurs caves à explorer dans les régions voisines. Beaucoup de nos clients veulent simplement rester dans la cabine et se détendre dans le cadre privé de la montagne.

We will be back!!

This is our second time staying in this cabin and will not be the last. We enjoy all this cabin has to offer. Highlight of our trip this time was relaxing in the hot tub while the snow was falling.

Perfection

This is by far the most Zen property we have EVER stayed at. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. If you are looking for some time away with a loved one, or even on your own, this is the place for you. This place is secluded, private, and the owner's have clearly thought through the details. Very rarely do we visit a place more than once. We love seeing new things, but my wife and I both agree, this is going to become a go to for us when we need a weekend of solitude.

If you are second guessing staying here, book it now. You will not be disappointed. This cabin is everything in the pictures and more. What a fantastic way to unwind from everyday life! The kitchen is clean and has the essentials. This place is laid out so well it feels like your own home after 5 min inside.

Paradise

A little piece of heaven. I can’t say enough how beautiful and peaceful this place is. If you like to be around nature but still with comfort this is the place. The cabin is very Unique. Great for pictures too. You can hear the sound of the rushing creek from every room in the cabin. This was our second time here. Already planning to come back again.

Our second stay here!

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful... A quiet, private mountain/creekside getaway for 2. The cabin is comfortable and luxurious, the kitchen is stocked with utensils & supplies, and the grounds are fun to explore. A couple tips for visitors: 1) We didn't use the hot tub this time, as I think it was in economy mode and we didn't realize that until it was too late... So check that first and give it time to warm up! 2) There is a Keurig, so bring your K-cups. 3) Enjoy the time away from your cell service and relax :)

A beautiful cabin, on a beautiful property, with clean, comfortable, and convenient fixtures and amenities. We stayed for our honeymoon last year, and love it so much we came back for our first wedding anniversary. Everything was just as amazing as we’d remembered!

Amazing

Had a wonderful time staying at the cabin!! Me and my wife got engaged there back in January 2021. We got married a year ago, and we were excited to return to the cabin for our one year anniversary! It was just as amazing this time as the last. So glad that we got to enjoy this beautiful place again :)

Creekside

This property is secluded, and sits in a breathtaking natural spot. The notched log main areas and bedroom quarters are very well built, with impressive rock masonry throughout. I appreciated the architecture and antiques, and my wife was a big fan of the huge, super-comfy bed, and the wonderfully unique master bath/en suite. In this case, you truly do get what you pay for. The owners are great, and are concerned that you have a wonderful stay. Thanks Vickie and AJ for being willing to share this wonderful property.

Absolutely amazing!

The cabin and property exceeded our expectations! The master bedroom and bath were spectacular. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub at night and loved how the property lit up, it was magic! The back porch was perfect for morning coffee and playing games and reading in the afternoons. We haven’t been so relaxed in years! We are already dreaming of coming back!

Anniversary weekend

My husband and I love the property and cabin. We have stayed before at this cabin and now under the new ownership love the new little updates that have been made. A lovely secluded retreat for our honeymoon

Even better than we imagined, and we already want to go back! A beautiful, private, well-appointed, luxurious getaway tucked into the mountains. Access is through a quiet, gated community (with hilly but paved roads), but the home is on a private street and private land, with your own private creek view and mountain hiking trail... We didn't see a single person the whole time! The location is definitely remote, with no cell service but good wifi, so plan and pack accordingly. It's not a close or easy drive to anything. But, the house is well-stocked, and the owners provide an excellent welcome email with all the details you'll need... There was a technical issue where we didn't receive the email in advance, but they corrected it right away. The master bathroom is definitely the highlight, with the creekside hot tub with "magic lights" not far behind. Everything worked as expected, and I can't think of anything I'd really change, except maybe for less rain during our stay :) Shh, don't tell your friends, you'll want to keep this secret getaway all to yourself!

We fell in love with the architecture design of the log cabin, just like I know you will.
We bought it from the couple that designed and built the cabin. We are honored to carry on the romantic rental vacation home, just as they intended to share with us.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It feels like you are in a National Forest with natural surroundings and no other houses in sight. The creek is what makes this place so heavenly! Leatherwood homes are within a gated community with shared amenities such as swimming pool and tennis courts. There are 75 miles of trails for walking or riding horses throughout Leatherwood. Wonderful fishing with a purchased fishing license along the surrounding river.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The cabin is a one of a kind architectural designed beauty that is surrounded by the wonderful sounds of the creek. The grounds are lit at night so you can enjoy the creek waterfalls even in the evening. We looked for years and years to find a romantic spot like this to celebrate our anniversary and when we did... we BOUGHT IT! ;o)
We want to share God's beauty with others, hopefully restore and enrich marriages.
