Good location, property was clean and comfortable. It had all that we needed. Hosts had excellent communication. It was kind of a bummer that the property was redoing the parking lot the week that we were there, normally parking would be extremely convenient, almost right outside the condo.Would definitely recommend this property!!

Amy we are always happy to hear our renter friends have enjoyed their stay with us. We try our very best to make sure our cleaner cleans our rental as if she were living there herself. We are blessed to have a individual who sees to it all & not a company. I was praying hard that the parking deck would be finished before you checked in as this is the reason we bought this rental as all you had to do was park, walk up 18 steps & you were in the condo. We hope besides the parking deck repaving that you had a relaxing stay. This means so much to us for our renter friends to relax, smell the salt air & stick those toes into the white sand. Thank you so much for choosing our Pass Retreat for your vacation needs. Wishing you a wonderful week ahead & God Bless!! Joan & Pete

From the moment I booked this property with Pete and Joan they were great and accommodating from the start. The location of Phoenix VII is perfect for what we needed, all the staff members were friendly and overall clean facility. The condo itself is packed with everything you can need and more.
