Lovely location and property was spacious and had great views. As other reviews indicated, there is some wear and tear on the carpets, walls and drawers, but that didn't bother us as we were out and about exploring. We enjoyed walking to the mall and around the nearby streets while we weren't driving far. The space was fantastic for our family of 5 and everything was very easy. The kids enjoyed the views. Thanks!

Communication with the host was excellent.. check-in unfortunately took a long time because the line at the hotel general check-in was extremely long(not the fault of the host). Unit was very spacious and had wraparound views of downtown. Overall, a great place and will stay again!

Decided to stay at the Ala Moana Hotel after seeing a listing for a two bedroom/3 bath condo on a high floor. It was an excellent choice as it exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The process for checking in, communication during the stay, and check out was simple and easy.The unit was spacious and the layout made it feel bigger than it was.....and it was big! There were balconies facing in every direction with ocean, mountain, Diamond Head, and downtown and you could sit in shade or sunlight at any time during the day. The curtains had two layers which offered light to come into the space and heavy "black out" ones to give privacy and block out everything.There were 3 bathrooms and all had either shower or bath/shower combos so no waiting for anything! The kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates and pots and pans. We eat out a lot so no need for cooking but everything there if you need it. There was a TV in both bedrooms and the living room.Valet parking was available but there was also ample self parking downstairs so never had to worry about driving around looking for spaces. The property is attached to the Ala Moana Mall so shopping and food available for every taste. The Starbucks downstairs was convenient and there were breakfast, lunch, and dinner available at restaurants on site. The Pint and Jigger bar was great and the speakeasy ( Hush Hush) was the highlight of the trip. All in all it was a great experience and highly recommended.

Good communication from host. Easy check in process. Place was neat and clean for the most part and super spacious. Beds were comfortable. My 2 kids and I loved sitting on the lanais with the amazing views! Great location. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Perfect location

We enjoy our staycation and this rental property is in a great location for us to attend a function at the Hawaii Convention Center as well as doing a little shopping next door at Ala Moana Shopping Center. It’s also very spacious and comfortable and the views are great.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for our family as we love Ala Moana Mall! That is our go to for meals and so nice to have the beach across the street! Updates make the lobby very nice and the 2 bedroom condo was spacious!

Perfect stay

The location is perfectly located. Close to the airport and easy access to all of our favorite spots. The size of the unit is great for our family, giving everyone adequate space for downtime or gathering together. We have stayed here multiple times and will come back again.
