Cette villa de campagne dispose d'une grande piscine privée unique entourée d'un parc enchanté - idéale pour les couples et les petits groupes pour se détendre et profiter du cadre agréable. Cette villa de 2 chambres a l'avantage supplémentaire de chambres climatisées/chauffées et du WIFI sans frais supplémentaires.

Le propriétaire s'est donné beaucoup de mal pour s'assurer que les jardins restent riches et luxuriants. Avec beaucoup de palmiers, des buissons locaux ainsi que la flore et la grande pelouse.

Cette villa de Majorque est de plain-pied et depuis la terrasse ombragée, les portes d'entrée s'ouvrent sur le hall. À droite se trouve la chambre double principale qui a un lit double tandis qu'en face se trouve la jolie chambre à deux lits qui partagent la salle de bain familiale.

La chambre est climatisée/chauffée sans frais supplémentaires. Conformément aux initiatives locales d'économie d'énergie, la villa a programmé la climatisation sur toutes les unités de 14h00 à 16h00 et de 21h00 à 8h00.

Le salon est lumineux et aéré avec des doubles portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur la terrasse ombragée. Juste après le coin salon et salle à manger se trouve la cuisine qui a accès à la terrasse couverte.

Si dîner en plein air sous la terrasse principale ne suffisait pas, d'autres repas sont disponibles dans le pool house. Ici, il y a aussi une cuisine barbecue, suffisante pour tout chef de barbecue gastronomique.

La piscine a des marches romaines et une échelle à l'extrémité opposée pour accéder à la piscine. Il y a beaucoup de zones ombragées pour que vous puissiez trouver un endroit pour lire ou simplement vous détendre.

C'est une villa qui sera une joie de passer des vacances. Des lumières autour du jardin la nuit complètent le décor de conte de fées de la villa. Il y a aussi une salle de douche extérieure.
This country side villa boasts a large, unique private pool that is surrounded by enchanted grounds – ideal for couples and small groups to relax and in enjoy the pleasant setting. This 2 bedroom villa has the added benefit of air conditioned/heated bedrooms and WIFI at no extra cost.The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure that the gardens are kept rich and lush. With plenty of palms, local bushes plus flora and the spacious lawned area.This Mallorca villa is all on one level and from the shaded terrace the front doors open into the hall. To the right is the master double bedroom which has a double bed whilst opposite is the pretty twin bedroom that both share the family bathroom.The bedroom air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 9 pm to 8 am.The lounge is bright and airy with double patio doors opening onto the shaded terrace. Just after the lounge and dining room area is the kitchen which has access to the covered terrace.If dining al fresco under the main terrace was not enough, further dining is available in the pool house. Here there is also a barbecue kitchen, enough for any gourmet barbecue chef.The pool has roman steps plus a ladder on the opposite end for access into the pool. There are plenty of shady areas so that you will be able to get a spot for reading or just relaxing. This is a villa that will be a joy to spend a holiday in. Lights around the garden at night complete the fairy tale setting of the villa. There is also an external shower room.

Wonderful villa

This villa is absolutely amazing! It was spotlessly clean on arrival and was very well equipped. The interior is gorgeous and very stylish and the outside area beautiful, so many different areas to sit and enjoy! We will definitely be back - thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and well equipped. We loved the well tended gardens and olive trees. It’s about a mile to get to the lower part of Pollensa, we hired some bikes from Pro am cycling who delivered to the villa. We could easily cycle to the very good supermarket and restaurants in the evening. The owners were very prompt sorting any issues we had which was appreciated. The only thing to be aware of is that the second bathroom is quite far from the main house behind the separate pool house. It’s a lovely area and a great spot to explore the northern parts of Mallorca. Oh and don’t forget mosquito repellant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L'endroit est paisible la maison est agréable et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il y a de belles randonnées à faire ce qui nous a permis de decouvrir de beaux paysages et des criques aux eaux turquoises. Nous avons également rencontré le propriétaire très sympathique qui était très content de parler français avec nous !

A lovely place to stay and we enjoyed good weather at the end of October so could even use the pool. (We found out it is deep so very young children would need supervision and armbands)The garden is really lovely andparking is excellent.Its a nice 15 min walk through a little lane to get to Pollensa on foot - we even managed to join in with the towns evening Halloween festivities.Lidl up the road is super and there is also a big shop selling absolutely everything up the road where we got a few swimming pool floats for the kids.Great location, with a bus stop also nearby which we didn’t use but I researched and found it was very well connected to the island.

Wunderbares Domizil

Wir hatten sehr schöne und erholsame 2 Wochen in einem super Ferienhaus mit einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten. Das Haupthaus war in Teilen wohl auch neu renoviert mit einer neuen Küche. Alle Beschreibungen trafen zu. Es gibt rückblickend keinerlei Anlass irgendetwas zu bemängeln. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit bekamen wir von Carlos, der uns auch mit Köstlichkeiten aus seinem Garten versorgte. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Alles wie beschrieben!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (15 und 25) und haben sehr schöne Tage verlebt. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts. Der Außengrill ist prima und lässt sich bei kühleren Abendtemperaturen im Oktober gut mit dem Essen im Poolhaus kombinieren. Als die Kaffeemaschine nicht mehr funktionierte, stand 1 Stunde später eine neue im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Außenanlagen sind wunderschön. Pollença ist fußläufig erreichbar. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Finca war sehr schön. Diese ist bestens geeignet für ein Paar mit zwei Kindern. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Garten inkl. Pool ist ausgezeichnet, ein wunderschöner Blick in die Berge. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe (4 Minuten Autofahrt), ein Restaurant ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Perfect family holiday

Huge pool, immaculate house, beautiful garden with impressive illumination, nicely decorated house and pool house. Pollenca in 15min walking distance. We have rented bikes to buy groceries and for local trips. Although house is on ground level it is not suitable for person in a power wheelchair. There is a step to get to a terrace with a pool and to an additional bathroom outside. The corridor is narrow and not possible to get to bedroom or bathroom inside the house in a power wheelchair. We managed using our ramp and hoist. Wonderful holiday - hope to return one day.

Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern

Schönes Objekt, Super Betreuung, der Garten des Objekts sieht auf den Bildern größer aus, 1 Schlafzimmer roch ein bißchen muffig, das elektrische Eingangstor war die 2. Woche defekt und leider auch nicht von Hand verschließbar, dadurch haben wir uns nicht mehr sehr sicher gefühlt.

Phantastische Finca in wunderschöner Lage

Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, jedoch reist das Ambiete und die Lage alles raus. Alles sehr fein und gepflegter Garten mit einem super Pool, der aber auf Grund der Tiefe nichts für kleine Kinder geeignet ist. Man findet hier Ruhe und einen herrlichen Blick ins Gebirge.

Very pleasant place for holidays

The pool and garden are fantastic. The house is a little basic but okay. Only the jet of the shower is not strong enough. I would recommend this house for maximum 2 adults and 2 kids. Overall we had a great stay here!

Amazing outside space. It doesn't really have two bathrooms

So, first the good points. Carlos and his wife are very friendly - they delivered fresh figs and manzaperas to us a couple of times a week, grown themselves. The pool is a good size and depth for a proper swim, and there's always shade or sun around the pool. Resting under the shade of the olive trees is particularly restful. The mountain backdrop really adds to the feel of the, as of course does the lovely garden. We ate all our meals outside, for which the furniture is adequate. It's a super base for cycling; and Pollenca is only about 5 mins drive away. The bath towels are well past their use-by-date - I think they're more sun tan lotion than cotton now. It's like drying yourself with a sheet of rubber. The second bathroom (we found it 3 days before we left) is outside at the other side of the property - useful for an emergency second toilet but not really as a second bathroom in the morning. Also, it had no hot water. For 11 of our 14 days we had 2 broken sun loungers - we had to go out and buy cushions to make them comfortable for the kids. Would we stay there again? - maybe. We felt a bit cheated on the bathroom front, but we coped. You just have to be a bit more organised than at home in the UK.

Beautiful grounds, good location.

Brilliant stay for 2 weeks with our infant son. Inside is clean and well maintained (note A/C in bedrooms only), but as the pictures suggest the outside space is the best aspect of the villa with lots of space/shaded areas and beautifully maintained garden with mountain views. Very peaceful. Owners have a farm next door and popped in a few times to clean (and offer us some home grown fruit) - very friendly. As reviewer below says, it's around 20min walk into town centre, but very quiet and was fine with pushchair (if not quite hot when high 30s!). Supermarkets are 5min drive (Eroski better of two). Only downside for us was the bed in main bedroom which is creaky and the towels/sheets could do with an upgrade. Would definitely return with better bed, but generally a brilliant villa.

Absolutely brilliant place...

A lovely villa with great pool and plenty of communal space. The pool was excellent and the location was nice and quiet. 3 comments...1) We bought inflatables for the kids and an electric pump. I am guessing a lot of guests do so it would be good if people left useful items they could be in a place for others use? Saves everyone visiting the same shop nearby to buy one! 2) It says a 10 min still into town but really it is 25 to the centre where the majority of the restaurants are. We had an excellent meal every night... 3) "Bathroom 2 - Shower Enclosure , Outdoor Shower , external shower room" ... it is just that, an outdoor pool shower so not really a bathroom... there is only one bathroom inside.. Overall a brilliant time but the info above needs mentioning. We would definitely go back to this villa....

Great place to unwind

Cana Joana is a fantastic villa to unwind and was a great choice for a holiday location. Although it's in in area full of other holiday villas, it's totally private and you could easily feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. However, Pollensa is within walking distance (about a mile to the centre) and there's loads of facilities within a short drive. The villa has everything we needed and we loved our week's stay. The pool and table tennis table kept the whole family amused. The only thing that would have improved the week was if the pool was a little warmer as the (unheated) water is a little chilly in April. We will be looking to return for a summer holiday in the future.

Lovely family friendly Villa with excellent garden and pool.

We stayed here for one week in mid August 2016. Myself, my wife and our two kids (9 & 5) absolutely loved it! The Villa is the perfect size for a family of four. It is very clean and everything is up together. The best part of this villa is the lovely garden and pool and the variety of places to sit outside throughout the day and evening. Inside is also ideal. It is decorated to what I believe is typical Majorcan style. The whole time we were in Majorca it was 32 degrees and above every day so we spent very little time indoors. The Villa is situated in La Font which is a ten minute walk from the centre of Pollensa old town. There are a number of Villas in the area which is also surrounded by farmland and fields. The kids loved walking into the old town for an evening and seeing all of the animals in the fields and the different fruit and nut trees that grow in the area. The villa also has it's own automated full height sliding metal gate which leads onto a large driveway with a covered area to park two cars. This is ideal given the heat in August! There is then a walkway through an 8ft hedge which surrounds the villa giving excellent privacy. This leads through the garden and up to the villa. There are two bedrooms which both have individual air con units (required!). There is no other air con in the villa, only the bedrooms. The villa has four different outside seating areas plus there is also a detached pool house with its own full sized kitchen and dining room! We didn't actually use this at all during our stay but it is nice to have if you have guests over for the day or evening. There is also a pool shower and toilet at the rear of this pool house which we didn't find until the end of our stay. There is a separate laundry building with washing machine and iron. Ideal if you have kids or you want to travel light! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need on holiday. The bathroom is also ideal and is fitted to a modern standard. There is very good wifi/internet here and we were all able to stream Netflix and watch videos on iPads, etc and they have a large HD TV in the lounge which we hooked up some devices to. We are definitely considering returning to this villa as we really enjoyed our time here. The owners are often in the orchard next door to the villa and are very friendly.

A Wonderful Week!!

We stayed in this property last week, arriving late at night, we woke to the splendid view of the mountains behind the villa, and the lush, well maintained spacious garden. The villa is clean, neat and tidy and has everything needed for your stay. The pool is fantastic and our 2 children had so much fun in it throughout the week. There is a little private garden behind the villa (unaccessible), where the owner grows peaches, pears, oranges and lemons, and he arrived with a box full of the most sweet and juicy peaches and pears, which was a really nice touch!! All in all we were only in the villa to sleep, we spent our week exploring the great local beaches, Formentor, cala Saint Vincient, Diea and Peurto Pollensa and sampling the wonderful seafood in the many quality restaurants. A stroll through Pollensa old town is a must... the narrow streets and Squares are lovely during the early evening and there are some great restaurants here also.. I would highly recommend this villa and its location, peaceful quite with great gardens and wonderful views of the mountains. I will be back!!
