Awesome

Loved the location and the place. Super quiet and not a lot of traffic surrounding it which made it nice for noise levels. Definitely will be back. Only negative that the bed was a little uncomfortable.

Beachfront and Beautiful

My family and I had a wonderful stay- property is steps from the sand and exactly as pictured. You cannot beat the view! Linens and floors could’ve been a little cleaner, but otherwise, wonderful. We all had a great time!!!

Myrtle beach stay

This property was definitely nice for the price we paid. The view was amazing and we loved being right on the beach! Everything was clean and tidy. The only issue we had was the queen bed was very uncomfortable, and we didn’t sleep well. We would rent again in the future.

Family time

This trip is an opportunity for my siblings and I to spend time with our mom. We seek a unit in a smaller less populated area. This unit met our needs completely!

Close to the Beach

It was obvious some of the condo had been updated & that looks great. The next update needs to be the carpet. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Condo needs to be updated and has a faint mildew smell, but other that that it was fantastic!! North Beach Reality was easy to work with.

In February of 2023, the owners replaced the carpet in the living room, replaced the living room sofa and chair, completely remodeled the kitchen, installed new appliances and completed the annual deep cleaning of the unit.

Wasn’t able to get any free tickets as it was advertised online. It says newly renovated but from the moment you’re in front of the door you see how old it is. Overall it’s good and convenient to go to the beach, easy check in and check out process. Beach is great, clean and not too busy. Worth the money

Great place right on beach. Over looking the pool.

It was great! Air condition was not working in master bedroom. They got right on it and got us some big fans. It could not be helped. We were ok at night. They refunded us some money back because of it. We were very pleased and would love to stay there again. Highly recommend.

Good location, well furnished, door on shower was off track and bed room blind missing slats. door got put back on track in a day or 2, blinds took a little longer. Repair people were very courteous

Great location

Overall great location. Easy access to the beach and the pool. It was very quiet and a family friendly location. Master bedroom did have a mild odor of mildew. I bought some Lysol and damp-rid bags which seemed to help. The living room and kitchen are newly remodeled and has everything that you basically need to prepare and cook meals. The reality company were amazing! They were quick to respond to our unit when needed and were very polite.

The only problems we had was the tv in the master bedroom fell off the wall and the blinds at the sliding doors keep coming apart.

Very good experience

We had a super enjoyable stay at this condo. Our check in experience went very smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about this location; it is fabulous! We felt like we were practically at the ocean’s edge while relaxing on the balcony! What a gorgeous view to wake up to each morning. The condo itself was clean and everything was in good working order. Each bedroom area has its own temp control. When we were not sleeping or at the beach, we were on the balcony. We ate our meals out there, played board games, etc. The outdoor chairs have very comfortable cushions. We really had no complaints. I don’t see how anyone could fail to enjoy this delightful location.

Older , beach access

Over all good experience. Older unit with musty smells. Some housekeeping issues. Dirty utensils in carosel. Towels left in washer. But i loved the location and easy beach access. The fees were a bit steep. However, I probably would stay here again.

Not Great!

Kitchen was beautiful, but the balcony and bathrooms a need to be updated and we had problems with the front bathroom shower doors staying shut. Call several times and the workers came quickly but the bathrooms and balcony were not great. Location was good if you want to be on top of people. We have stayed at better place for the money we paid for. So I won't go there. Also it was very damp and musty smelling - we had to run the humiderfider 24/7.

Living area is nice. Bedrooms were damp and musky

The kitchen and bathrooms were super nice. The bedrooms were awful. Very musky and damp. There was a dehumidifier in the living room and we had to run it 24/7 and empty it 3 times a day. I feel like the bedrooms would have been better if you get rid of the carpet and maybe put a dehumidifier in each bedroom to remove the moisture. All my clothes were damp and smelly all week. Air conditioning in each room - no HVAC. Also didn’t realize there were no elevators. On a positive The location was nice and not super crowded.

Unfortunately, the week you were here, we did have a lot of rain which can cause excess moisture. Especially in a wood structure building without central HVAC. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the kitchen and bathroom areas of the condo.

Ocean front condo

Nice quiet convenient location with clean area. The condo was a bit run down needing some minor repairs. The check in and check out was not a good experience. When I checked in the lady was rude placing documents in front of me to sign without even speaking. When I asked what I was signing she stated “It's all in the emails that was sent to you” very rudely poor people skills. Also you have to bring the keys back to the main office or you get charged $25 per set. I found that to be an inconvenience since our flight left early in the morning.

We were there when it was way too cold for the pool, but it is right off the deck, but you need to walk out the front door and around to get to it. Not a game changer by any means! There is a path to take to the Beach where sea shells are plentiful if you or your kids love seein what the sea brings in. Close to tons of restaurants and things to do. Would stay there again. Reasonably priced. Kitchen was well stocked with what you need to prepare and eat your own meals. Heater/AC in each bedroom and in the family room. Felt safe there.

Needs more attention from property management

The screen door kept falling off, we had to re-mount it. The main bathroom shower door was jammed closed. We re-mounted that. Both faucet handles in the master shower were so loose that water couldn't be turned off. We fixed those. The smell of mildew in the master bedroom when we laid down was strong enough to wake us in the middle of the night. It wasn't cleaned very well. Soap in the master shower and shelf, film on glass dining table, check-in envelope from Manuele's stay 5/27 was still in the room. Poolside conversations with other guests indicate that the condition of this room is standard for this property management company.

We're so sorry that you had these issues. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to to take care of them for you. We're not sure who you talked with in the pool area but this unit is the only one that we manage int his building. However, the building was built in the early 80's so I'm sure many of the units within the building have minor repairs that must be done throughout the year, as ours does.

Recently renovated, I guess.

I'm not going to lie. I was disappointed when I initially toured the condo. Where I grew up the term condo was a luxury term. Beach life, it must be different. Anyways, it was mainly little things. The handle to the screen door for balcony access from master bedroom was not on. We did see it laying on the ac unit. I did share that with NBR when I checked in the next morning. No one came or called to fix it. So no access to balcony from the master bedroom. The balcony narrows substantially between the living room access and master bedroom access which you can't tell in pictures. The ac units were loud. When sitting on the balcony with an ac unit running, you aren't going to hear the waves of the ocean. Walk in shower wasn't as roomy as the picture led me to believe. Tub/shower combo, sliding doors wouldn't close all the way, when tried to see if sliding them opposite helped, one just slid on it's own on the track. So nope. Water took a long time to heat up for showers and sinks. As mentioned in other reviews, I agree that the floors do need a deep cleaning. I did ask NBR how often pool balances were checked. They didn't know. They thought probably once a week. Location was great. I love North Myrtle. Easy access to the beach. Overall, I got what I paid for and I will likely stay away from "recently renovated" properties. It wasn't terrible by any means, but would I stay again? Probably not.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful week. Great location & great weather. Unfortunately we had a few issues, Faulty AC unit in master that finally got replaced Wednesday or Thursday, problems with the 2nd bathroom sink & tub backing up. You sent people out which took care of the sink but the shower remained an issue. The balcony furniture had chairs with rusty legs and we were cleaning up rust pieces daily on the balcony as that is where we did most of our eating. The front (2nd) bedroom was also very dampish... My wife kept her clothes in that room and had some issues with damp clothes. Great location at the beach but to be honest, the condo was a tad disappointing but we did make the best of it... As for recommending this particular condo, I couldn't do that presently. My wife and I do plan on visiting again the first week in October so hopefully we'll have a little better luck..
