Dans le centre historique de Florence, Via del Campuccio 39, dans le quartier "Oltrarno" (élu en 2017 par Lonely Planet, le quartier le plus "cool" du monde !!! ) il y a ce petit appartement qui vient d'être rénové avec une chambre double avec un lit double et une grande armoire; grand salon avec cheminée, canapé-lit et table à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée et salle de bains vitrée avec douche.
Doté d'une petite terrasse avec une vue splendide sur la ville de Florence et les collines environnantes, il est possible de manger et de passer des moments de détente.
Appartement confortable, lumineux et entièrement équipé avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four électrique et micro-ondes, télévision par satellite, sèche-cheveux et accès à Internet haut débit et à trafic illimité.
Fenêtres équipées de moustiquaires, de ventilateurs de plafond et de la climatisation.
Il est possible de garer la voiture à 200 mètres de la maison au garage Fosi (www. Garagefosi. It) moyennant un supplément.

Comfortable, convenient, lovely balcony

Convenient, comfortable location. A great place to return to after a day of sightseeing. We specially enjoyed the rooftop balcony with great view. We enjoyed breakfast, dinner and sunsets there.

Perfect Spot

Comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Away from the crowded touristy area but within easy walking distance. The best thing about the apartment was heading up to the terrace first thing in the morning with a coffee and watching the sun come up over the city.

Fantastic Location/Value

Great apartment in a wonderful location - easily walkable to all that Florence has to offer. The rooftop terrace looks out on the Duomo and is great for morning coffee, a dinner or just relaxing with a glass of wine. I stayed here for 2 months while attending a course in town and couldn’t imagine a better base. Highly recommended.

Amazing place to stay!

Wonderful location in more residential area yet short walk to cafes, restaurants, laundromat, and downtown Florence. Charming and comfortable apartment with everything you could possibly need. Many stairs to climb, but worth the steps! Thank you for a wonderful home base - we will be back!

The quiet(er) part of the city

From the outside it is rather non-descript but after traversing the staircase, the apartment is roomy and the upstairs terrace is a breath of fresh air. We enjoyed being in a somewhat quieter part of the city yet only a 5 minute walk to Piazza San Spirito and 15 minutes to Pont Vecchio. Once we found our bearings we were very pleased with the location. The accomodations were excellent. . . perfect for our needs. Filippo was very welcoming and helpful in getting us situated. I would recommend to anyone considering a multi-day trip to Florence.

We were grateful for the excellent location, complete amenities including air conditioning, and the great communication from the owners. The weather was extremely hot during our stay, so there were some discomforts shared among the entire population - but this apartment was a great place to rest and replenish our energy. For example, we were able to cook our own simple meals with our purchased grocery items, using the kitchen stocked with tools and basic necessities. There are steep stairs leading up to the apartment & balcony, but if you are ready for that, you’ll be grateful for being able to stay there, as we were.

Excellent location, very comfortable

Filippo was waiting for us when we arrived and offered lots of information on the area. He also quickly answered later in our trip when we acquired about restaurants and taxis. The apartment is as described, and actually much more light than it seems in the pictures. The kitchen had coffee, oil and seasonings which was very nice. We really preferred this location as it was much quieter than the other side of the river. Would recommend this apartment for short or longer stay!

Perfect Location, Very Comfortable!

This is the perfect location for anyone wanting to visit Florence. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station, Duomo, Uffizi, and Florence city center. Being on the opposite side of the Arno River makes this flat quiet and cozy! The small local restaurants and wine bars in this area make you feel as if you are part of Florence, not just a tourist. The flat is a perfect size with one bedroom and a sofa couch in the living room. There's also a small patio for nice lunches outside and a fireplace if it gets cold. The property is well maintained and very clean. The owners are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Spacious Apartment in Excellent Location

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for our one month stay. We are so glad we booked in the Oltrano area which we enjoyed discovering the small restaurants, cafes, and a sense of staying in a Florence neighborhood rather than a tourist area. It was a convenient 20 min walk to the train station to go to various towns and an easy walk to all of Florence sights and museums. The roof terrace was nice to have, but we wish we had more time to enjoy sitting outside. We want to thank Cristina and Filippo for their help when we needed it and kindness. We recommend this apartment for its location and its charm.

Florence is very accessible, great stay

The apartment was very comfortable and had most everything we needed. Check in was great, and very helpful. Access to Florence was superb. We walked everywhere from the apartment, the neighborhood was extremely comfortable and safe. Two issues; 1) we did not know that there would be so many stairs to get to the apartment. We were fine, but renters should be aware. 2) the bathroom had a smell about it, and whenever we were there for long periods of time, we had a candle burning, which really helped. I would definitely recommend this place, just be aware of if the climb and take some candles!

Home for 7 months

Cristina and Filippo’s apartment was the absolute best place to stay in Florence. I stayed here for 7 months while I was completing my master’s degree. It was absolutely perfect. The walk up to the quaint little apartment is so cute. There is an extra gate, and it provides great security. I was a solo female, and I never felt unsafe. The living room is comfy and spacious. The TV is a smart TV and was great for movie nights. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and prepping dinner for yourself or for dinner parties. The apartment has a street view, a courtyard view, and an absolutely wonderful terrace with a view of the Duomo. The bedroom is huge and very comfy. I love staying here in this apartment and would recommend it to everyone. I loved this apartment and considered it my home in Florence. I was so sad to leave, but I will be returning to Florence one day and hope to stay here again. Filippo and Cristina are the best hosts you could ask for. They were so quick to always help me out, and they even gave me a wonderful little gift before I left Florence. I will never forget them.

Charming apartment in the oltrarno

My wife, 11-year-old daughter, and I stayed in this beautiful apartment in the Oltrarno for a month in September 2016. We've been staying in Florence for one month every few years. This is the best of the four apartments where we've lived! This is the first time living in the Olrarno. We love it! There are great little restaurants, shops, and Alimentari all over the Olrarno. This area is known for its artizan shops too! Piazza Santo Spirito has a great farmers market. There are not as many tourists as there are in the city center. The apartment is very close to the Specola, the Piti Pallace, the Boboli Gardens, the Brancacci Chapel, and Santo Spirito. I've been pleasantly suprised to see how Florence has been increasingly showing more contemporary art... Jan Fabre at Fort Belvedere, John Currin at the Stefano Bardini Musuem, Ai Wei Wei at the Pallazo Strozzi... Really cool to be close to everything but also a bit hidden from the pandemonium in the city center! The apartment is lovely - the space shows a care for design and comfort. Details: Modern quality windows with mosquito screens, ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living room (with comfortable sofa-bed). The kitchen is well suited and the owners left us a bottle of wine to welcome. The terrace-patio is a quiet little spot above the apartment with a view of the duomo and a shade umbrella. this place had everything we were looking for and more!

L’appartement est très bien situé et le secteur est très intéressant. Tous les déplacements se font à pied et c’est très intéressant. Cependant, J’aurais aimé savoir que l’appartement était au troisième étage et qu’il y avait 6 escaliers à monter.Le sofa lit était souillé probablement par de l’urine (cercle et odeur sur les coussins) Des odeurs de fientes de pigeons était présentes sur la terrasse qui est au niveau des toits ainsi que des petites araignées rouges ce qui est normal mais ce n’était pas invitant pour un repas. Par contre, la vue est intéressante, dommage. Les hôtes répondaient rapidement.

Kultur - Urlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Piazza Santo Spirito mit Restaurants und Bars ist in der Nähe. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man wunderbar den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Gemütliche, großzügige Wohnung in bester Lage

Es sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar und trotzdem liegt die Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgesttatet zum Kochen.

The BEST Decision I ever made in Italy

Cristina and her husband were just the most amazing hosts. The apartment is charming, with everything you need, only minutes from the city center, but also easy access to some hiking and the quiet hilly surrounding area of florence. I stayed for a couple months and I felt right at home. The hosts were always quick to respond and help with anything I needed. They truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. For example, I wanted to cook a big turkey dinner for some friends for thanksgiving and they brought over a roasting pan big enough to fit my 13lb turkey. So sweet. The fireplace and terrace made me feel like a queen. the views of sunset and sunrise over the duomo and santo spirito church made everyone I know extremely jealous. You are only a short walk to the daily farmers market in santo spirito piazza. Very easy to access buses and Santa Maria Novella also. I would write more than one review if I could. Don't hesitate, just book with Cristina, you won't regret it :)

A large 1 bdrm apt, roof top deck, great communication with the owners, in a lovely safe location. (A lot of steps to climb, may not be suitable for people with mobility issues) Charming and comfortable.

Ten weeks of bliss!

This is an incredible apartment as are the owners, Filippo & Cristina. It is clean, spacious & beautifully decorated. I love to cook, & everything necessary for making full meals was at my fingertips. Unlike other apartments I have rented in Italy, this one is full of light, & I spent many hours in February & March on the lovely terrace with a cup of tea or glass of wine & a book. As for the owners, I can’t say enough about them. When I had questions or a minor problem, they were in contact with me immediately to remedy the situation. The location is ideal...quiet for sleeping while a few steps from Santo Spirito & a short walk to the center. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only regret is that I had to leave 2 weeks early because of the Coronavirus.

Siamo stati accolti da una persona che non era la proprietaria e che non ha saputa darci le delucidazioni che avevamo richiesto, era improvvisata. Non sapeva come si accadesse al terrazzino dove tra l'altro era posizionata la lavatrice (??) e l'abbiamo scoperto l'ultimo giorno. Quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni per il check-in la ragazza ci ha risposto che avremmo fatto tutto il giorno dopo con la proprietaria Signora Cristina ma non l'abbiamo mai vista. L'appartamento era freddissimo, sporco con ragnatele e gomitolo di polvere. L'unico ambiente meno freddo era il bagno perché piccolo con il soffitto molto più basso rispetto le altre stanze. Detto ciò è ovvio che non ci ritorneremo e nemmeno lo consiglieremmo.
