Grand salon ouvert avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes situé sur la péninsule à côté de Mobile Bay et à 2 pâtés de maisons des plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. Voiturette de golf (en option) pour les voyages à la plage. Porche grillagé latéral. Grande piscine avec entrée zéro, bain à remous et court de tennis. Piscine supplémentaire pour adultes. Il y a un kiosque au bord de la piscine. À côté du court de tennis, il y a une aire de pique-nique avec des barbecues. Le fort de Fort Morgan est une attraction intéressante, ainsi que l'estuarium de l'île Dauphine.

Great Area!

Loved staying here. Relaxing pool steps away or just a short walk to the beach. The screened in porch made for the best mornings. Very comfortable king size beds.

Listing and pictures were very accurate. We liked how close we were to the beach, restaurants and sites. As well as a very nice pool on property. First time in the area. We hope to return.

We had a great time! Everything was just as portrayed. It was a very short drive to the beach. The beds were comfortable and welcomed after a day at the beach!

Perfect location

We loved our little house and its location. So quiet and peaceful. We rented a golf cart and the kids enjoyed riding the trails and going to the beach.

Great house in the Rookery

Like all the houses in the Rookery this one is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood has a nice pool and tennis court (with pickleball lines). Easy walking distance to the beach (around a half mile). I had to request check-in instructions. The instructions he provided were clear and simple! (I did accidently forget to return the parking passes. If you stay here, make sure you leave the parking passes on the table at check out!)

Perfect for families

Very comfortable and roomy for a family with children. Great pool and close to the Gulf. Had many amenities. Also had games to play together in home and on the beach or pool.

Excellent stay!

John was so helpful when I called because I had trouble locating the house. He stayed on the line and made sure I was able to get in! The property was so nice and had everything we needed for a cousin’s weekend away!

My family and I loved it there, it very quiet, close to the beach and the beach house was very clean with lots of amenities, only down side is there are not a lot of restaurants near by. Overall 10/10, we will be back !

Good vacay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what we needed. The pool is awesome and perfect for the kiddies. We drove a truck for the trip to the beach. It takes maybe 5 mins to get to the beach, no overcrowding, and very peaceful. Thanks for sharing your beach house with us.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Fort Morgan Beach House. It was not far from the beach. We only left the area twice during our stay to go into Gulf Shores because we were close to almost everything we needed. There were a few cleaning issues but nothing that caused our stay to be upset. Communication was top notch, the check in/out process was super easy. The property matched the description. I highly recommend.

Comfy quiet area near Ft Morgan and Restaurants

Property is in a small neighborhood. So nice and quiet. The ocean is just a few blocks away and is a gorgeous, rustic part of the beach. We went in a month that was still a little cool, but with a little warmer temperatures it would have been perfect for swimming. Cute, fun pool and hot tub nearby. Beds were comfortable and all basic accessories were there. TVs in every room. We had a wonderful time.

Cozy stay

The fort Morgan house was perfect for our family of four. It’s actually better than the pictures listed online, the family room has a nice reclining couch plus two smaller loveseats. The host has everything in the kitchen provided which made cooking at the house a breeze. There was also plenty of towels, wash clothes etc. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was nice too. It was great to have pool access as well because unfortunately during our stay the ocean had a ton of jellyfish near shore so we weren’t able to get it the ocean with the kids which was disappointing but obviously not the owners fault!

Fort Morgan Beach house

Great place! It was nice to have a pool on the property and be close to the beach. The walk was longer than I thought it might be. It was very hot and we had beach chairs, umbrellas, etc to carry so the walk to the beach seemed long. Definitely doable, but my group ended up driving and parking on the roadside. It was a 1 minute drive but worth it because of the heat and made it easier to transport all our beach chairs and umbrellas. The place was clean and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood.

better than i expected for the price

Me and a group of collage friends stayed here for a week and for the most part it was great. Unit was clean, and spacious enough for four adults. The amenities were really nice, and the beach is a five minute walk. The only issue we had was one of the neighbors was a little rude to us regarding our noise in the hot tub. We were a small group and we didn't play music, so the noise couldn't have been too high. With this in mind if you are planning on having a blowout weekend this is not the place. This place is perfect for a quiet getaway, but nothing crazy.

Pleasant Surprise!

The home was nicely furnished, very clean and well stocked with lots of supplies that made us feel we were at home! It’s not far from the beach. We enjoyed walking to the beach several times.

The property was beautiful! The cottage was well stocked with everything you needed to cook and serve your own food. The furnishings and decorating were awesome. We had some issues on arrival finding the cottage. The owner was helpful in assisting us. It was close to the beach, however we did not go due to extreme heat.
