Gulf Shores Plantation is a condominium in Gulf Shores, AL in the Fort Morgan area. This third floor unit is perfect for your family vacation. Take in the sun from the ocean view balcony or step right on to the sand.

Tranquility and harmony encompass you immediately when you arrive at our Gulf Shores Plantation condo. This 3-bedroom (3rd bedroom is a loft area above kitchen open to living room), 2 bath gulf front condo has everything you could possibly want and more. You'll feel like you have stepped into paradise.

The kitchen boasts new appliances (Keurig Duo with carafe or pod use), granite countertops, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs from working up an appetite playing in the sand. Curl up on the couch and enjoy the oversized windows that allow you to embrace the panoramic view of the sand and gulf. The couch can also be used as a sleeper sofa. You can enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony with your family and friends. The balcony offers a one of a kind view to the magically Alabama sunset that will have you never wanting to leave this tranquil vacation experience and coming back year after year.

On the first level, enjoy the open living room that invites you to sit back and appreciate time with your loved ones, read a book, play a board game, watch television or just be. The master suite has a king-size bed and a private en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The guest room offers a calming blue theme that will be sure to help you relax. It is equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed for little ones. The second bathroom is full size and located in the hall just outside of the guest room.

Upstairs, the third bedroom is a loft area that over looks the living room. It features a queen-size bed, twin bed, tv, and plenty of storage space.

You'll appreciate the resort amenities offered at Gulf Shores Plantation- three beautiful, large pools, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, volleyball court, and a sauna. A key card grants you access to the indoor pool building, fitness center and saunas! You are also moments away from the desired Kiva Dunes golf course! Great Location and Amenities

We loved staying in this unit close enough to Gulf Shores but far enough away to avoid crowds. The view from the condo is worth staying here.

Perfect family getaway

Absolutely perfect getaway for my family of 7. The views from this condo are amazing and we couldn’t wait to open all the curtains every morning. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything was very clean. And most importantly, the AC worked!! The owners were quick to respond with any questions I had prior to our stay.

Lovely View

The property was very nice, if not a little dated. The view was outstanding! Also, we had a bit of an issue with the range upon arrival but I contacted the property owner and they were extremely responsive. Within 48 hours, we had a brand new range! This is a nice property with a gorgeous beachfront view.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Best views we have ever had, easy beach access, property and property grounds were very well kept and the kitchen was stocked with anything we may need. All communication was prompt and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Great Beach Stay!

This condo was a great “home away from home” for our family vacation. The listing descriptions/photos were accurate, and the host was quick to answer any questions. Gulf Shores Plantation also offers a lot of amenities that we were able to enjoy as well: pools, hot tubs, sauna, laundry, etc. Definitely a great destination for a fun family trip!

Better than described

We’ve stayed at this resort a few times before and have always loved it. This was our first time in this building/condo and we LOVED it. It’s on the beach end of the building, so you’ve got the best view of the entire complex! The communication with the owners was speedy, and the condo was very clean, stylish, and super comfortable.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for a few days for my sons wedding and it was perfect. Very clean and accurate with the listing. Owners very prompt and helpful. Easy check in. View is gorgeous. Would highly recommend.

Mommas Last Trip

Me, my sister and brother took my mom for her last trip to the beach. She passed away in December of 2022and wanted us to do a memorial at the beach. This condo was perfect and the view was amazing.

Great location and wonderful layout

We loved the location of the property to the beach and the pool areas. The layout of the condo was perfect for my family of 6 with more room to spare. The only issue wasn't even really an issue but I'm a bit of clean freak and did not like the mold on the shower liner. I realize that the turnover between guests is quick so I had to overlook the mold. Other than that, it was perfect! We will stay again!

Huge condo with stunning view!!!

I want to start by saying I cannot say enough about the amazing view and location of this property. I believe it is the best few you can get on the plantation hands down!! With that being said everything about it was a 10 star, except for the cleanliness and maintenance. I was told we went at the busiest time of the year which could cause certain things to be overlooked and it was, it took me several hours to clean on top of the cleaning crew coming back and redoing a few things. The pull out couch was very broken down, and could not sleep adults in one of the beds in the loft were broke, and could not sleep anyone. Unfortunately, we had nine people and did not have enough room for everyone to sleep. The cleaning crew also only left six bath towels for nine people. The bed was fixed the night before we checked out so it didn’t help us at all, but will definitely help the next people. The property owner was amazing with communication and tried everything in her power to get all these issues taken care of. I wish the cleaning crew would have given her some money back so that could have been relayed to us however, it would absolutely never stop me from staying here again.

Great listing!

The location of this property is great and the views are fantastic. The condo is on the 3rd floor with the elevators being in the middle of the complex so it might be a little difficult for someone who has trouble walking up the stairs, but overall great place!

Fantastic stay!!!

This was our first stay at Plantation West and it could not have been better. The condo was in excellent condition and we loved the direct oceanfront views up and down the beach. The host, Melissa, was exceptional throughout the entire process from booking, pre-trip questions, and even checked to see if everything was good during our stay. All questions were always answered promptly within minutes. This will definitely be our first choice the next time we look to stay in the Fort Morgan area.

Great Vacation!

Check-in, cleanliness, kitchen was well stocked, views of the ocean all wonderful. Melissa was great to work with and responded quickly to a couple of things. This was the first time in this rental and it was great! We stayed at a different building (one of the houses for our bigger group) last year, but the same pool/hot tub were right there. Last year the hot tub was too hot to sit in and this year was the same-hopefully the resort can resolve this for others (mainly could just put legs in). The Sassy Bass restaurant at the resort was fun to walk to again. There's a well stocked Dollar General right near the resort and alot of other things along Fort Morgan (went to see the Fort this year and tried the Ferry to Dauphin Island to go to the aquarium, but it was either closed for weather, coast guard inspection of the Ferry, etc.). There's a Tacky Jack's, ice cream place, etc all down that road toward the Fort as well. Had a great time.

Great condo away from the crowds in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach

This was perfect for some R&R for my family. Condo was well stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes, place settings and cutlery. Beautiful view of the Gulf and pools. Host was great to work with. We will be back!
