Découvrez la beauté naturelle exquise de la grande île. Cette belle maison sur mesure construite en 2014 est située dans une communauté extrêmement calme à 5 minutes du centre-ville de Kailua-Kona. Il y a des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan et les montagnes.

Il y a plus de 5 chambres à coucher privées entourant une piscine d'eau salée et une immense véranda centrale avec un bar, un barbecue / plaque chauffante et une télévision grand écran - idéal pour les réunions et les repas au coucher du soleil.

Profitez de couchers de soleil spectaculaires de presque n'importe où dans la maison.
Chaque suite a une salle de bain privée et une entrée privée.
1 suite a un lit queen, canapé-lit queen dans une pièce séparée, salon, cuisine complète, buanderie, 1. 5 salles de bains et véranda privée
1 suite a 2 lits queen plus un canapé futon complet et un grand salon. Il dispose d'un balcon privé parfait pour regarder les magnifiques couchers de soleil Kona.

2 suites ont un lit queen dans chacune et une grande véranda pour les vues du coucher du soleil et l'observation des étoiles
De plus, il y a notre chalet Surfer qui a une chambre privée avec moustiquaire avec un futon complet et les meilleures vues sur toute la propriété. Il y a une salle de bain privée avec douche extérieure. Profitez du coucher du soleil et des étoiles autour de votre propre foyer privé.

Il y a un chalet supplémentaire disponible sur place avec 2 lits queen, salle de bain privée et cour privée (frais supplémentaires pour ce chalet séparé)

Le domaine regorge de bananiers, de manguiers, d'ananas, d'herbes et de légumes. Vous êtes invités à choisir ce qui est mûr.

La maison est proche, à environ 1,5 km, d'une variété d'activités pour vous et vos invités, notamment des plages comme Kahaluu Beach Park et White Sands Beach: les principaux grands magasins et boutiques, et les choix de restauration vont de la restauration rapide à restaurants gastronomiques.

The place is truly amazing. Clean, comfortable for whole family and excellent views from house. The owners have well planned and provide most if not everything you will need while on island (beach supplies etc). Such a wonderful property. Highly recommend.

The Promise Tree is Exceptional!

We had a delightful week long visit with our extended family at the Promise Tree. the Property is absolutely beautiful with incredible gardens and a panoramic view of the Kona coastline. The various sleeping accomodations were perfect for our extended family and the five children in our group had a wonderful time in the pool, playing cornhole, roasting samores over the firepit, and looking for geckos and coqui frogs. The hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful during our stay, and are very generous with the amenities they provide their guests. Our entire family had a wonderful and memorable experience at the Promise Tree and we would highly recommend it for any extended family gathering.

Spectacular place!

All of our family loved staying at The Promise Tree! The pool was perfect for a range of swimming skills, and the huge lanai, with a gorgeous view of sky and sea and stars (and all its seating and outdoor dining areas) was far beyond what we expected! Our hosts Esther and Josh were incredibly responsive and ery generous. We would highly recommend this property to any family group wanting to make the best of the Big Island visit!

Perfect!

Promise Tree is a beautiful compound. It’s rich with nature and has gorgeous views and clean and comfortable living spaces. Our group of 9 —five adults and four kids ages 6-10 — had a fabulous time swimming in the pool, grilling and eating in the open lanai, playing yard games, enjoying the birds and lizards, taking early morning walking through the large property, and soaking in glorious sunsets over the ocean. Promise Tree is even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures show. Perfect location, etc. highly recommend. Also Esther, the host was very communicative and gave us a tour at the beginning which was super helpful. Be sure to check out Hāpuna Beach and Kua Bay Beach when you stay .

Amazing time at The Promise Tree!

Eight adults and five kids. Couldn’t have been a better vacation!The kids chose to sleep together in their own “apartment”. They started every morning in the pool. Continued through the day in the ocean and then back in the pool before bed.The property is huge and perfectly kept. Lots of beach stuff. Umbrellas, chairs, wagon and toys.The Promise Tree is close Kailua Village, beaches, restaurants and shops.Esther and Josh were amazing hosts. We would definitely want to come back.

Great Family place

This is a wonderful property! It is in a beautiful area and quiet neighborhood. Quick access to the shopping areas and restaurants. The views are spectacular and we even saw a few whales spouting. The buildings are separated but it has an outdoor living room/kitchen area by the pool where you can gather. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We loved spending time here!!

Had the best stay here with our large family for our wedding. I would highly recommend. The Host Ester was the best. Made sure we had everything we needed and more. Location perfect close to anything in Kona. House was stocked with everything you would think of. Thank you!!

Relaxing Family Getaway

We had an incredible time at the Promise Tree for a holiday vacation with extended family. Plenty of space for a large group and it was so nice that the common area was all outside. Close to all the action in Kona. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

This place was a perfect stay for our two families of 4 traveling to the big island. There was plenty of space and privacy for the larger group, and the pool was a huge hit with our kids. Ester, the host, was a wealth of information and had excellent recommendations for food and places to go on the island. We’d stay here again in a second!

Fan fun n paradise

Our 3 adult kids came with their family (4 grands and one on the way. ) Plenty of room for us all especially when breaks were needed for anything. Close to beaches,shops and more. Perfect spot for us all. Even helicopter tours not far and very exciting.

Amazing family vacation

Esther and Josh were amazing hosts and we had a wonderful family vacation with 13 of us at their beautiful Kona home. We had everything we needed for our week long stay and wish we could have stayed much longer. The property is even more beautiful than the photos and was perfect for the kids and adults, everyone had their own space when needed and the outdoor BBQ area was amazing for family dinners. We hope to be back one day and would recommend to anyone!

Wedding Trip

The Promise Tree was a wonderful, peaceful place to stay with plenty of room for our family to spread out! We had the rehearsal dinner for our daughter’s wedding there and it was a gorgeous location with the ocean and sunset in the background! We would highly recommend staying at the Promise Tree!

Our extended family lived next door to this amazing property for 5 years. When the previous owners, Burl and Debbie decided to sell it and retire, it was a huge blessing to buy it. We use it as our family property and book it on VRBO when it's not in use. We have family hosting it and feel that it is a very special place. We welcome you to come and rest at our Promise Tree Hienaloli Retreat.
