I'm glad you enjoyed our roof deck1 Thank you for your feedback. I wish you would have let us know about any areas you had felt were unclean when i checked in with you during your stay. We would have taken care of those asap. Our cleaners usually do an amazing job, so this is very surprising. As is stated in our listing, we do not have central AC, which is very common in Hawaii. We do now have AC in three of the bedrooms.

Thank you so much for your great review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed our home,. the location, and amenities. We try to ensure that guests have everything needed for a great stay. We'd be delighted to welcome you back at Hale Aloha Kona anytime!

Thank you, Kathy! We hope you had a therapeutic time with your family. We were honored our home could give your family a place to be together for such an important time. We appreciate your patience with the internet issues from the Kona Low storms, and we’re glad we could get that fixed quickly for you. For many families and groups traveling together, that layout can actually be a nice feature because it offers a bit of separation and privacy between the Ohana and main house, while still allowing a more direct interior connection when desired. We understand that depending on the group, it can feel a little awkward at times, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective. And, we love that you enjoyed the neighborhood turkeys too — they definitely add a memorable Kona touch! We would love to have you back anytime.

Thank you so much, Stephanie! We are so happy you enjoyed our home and would love to host you again anytime!
