Each of our properties prior to check-in is stocked with a basic amenity box that includes items such as dishwasher pods and dish soap. However, if you need other specific items, you will need to bring those with you! We will make note of your concerns and let the proper parties know! Thanks for staying with us at this property. We are so happy to hear that you loved how spacious the rooms were as well as the proximity to the beach access. Your feedback regarding the toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel have been taken into account. Please note however that what we provide is apart of the complimentary starter kit and not meant to last for the entire stay. Regarding office hours; please note that the physical office is not opened on weekends as such we would not be able to assist with luggage storage on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note as well that we do offer late check out kit it’s not guaranteed as this depends on if another guest is checking into the property that same day. If this had been brought to our attention during the stay we would have made the necessary checks and tried to assist. Despite making reference to being greeted by spiders and roaches in your review, our records have no indication of such complaint from you nor any of our other guests from as far back as January of this year. Had this issue been reported, we would have responded with urgency to rectify same. Admittedly, we have evidence of you trying to call us once, after business hours, to report that the WIFI was down. We responded to you via text the following morning, during business hours, with instructions on how to get the WIFI up and running and you confirmed, via text, that you followed said instructions and was able to get the WIFI working. Other than that, we have to record of you contacting us, by any means, with any of the issues you have mentioned in your review. Nonetheless, we hope that next time you will give us the opportunity to serve you better by reporting any discrepancy you may have to our capable and helpful Guest Relations team. Thanks for choosing to stay with us a second time at this unit. We are so sorry to hear that the second experience did not meet your expectations. Please do know that we do our best to maintain these units but we do falter from time to time as such feedback like yours is extremely helpful as it allows us to fix what you found unsatisfactory with the unit. We did make contact with the relevant company; however due to them being an outside vendor; we have no control of their work schedule. We have had no further complaints since then. We are very sorry the dryer was not working on your stay. We know how much of an inconvenience this is for our guest and sadly we were at the mercy of the 3rd party vender regarding when it would be fixed. We did however drop off extra towels and wash cloths for you to use during your stay and are happy to inform you that the dryer has been fixed and is now in working order. Megan, We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the great views of Sago Sands and this unit's wraparound style balcony that allows expansive views of the Gulf and our breathtaking Florida sunsets over the water. We do apologize that you had to deal with these "castaways" during your stay but thankfully we were able to quickly get a pest service out to address this issue. We do have our units sprayed quarterly, but intermittent sprays are needed from time to time and we will quickly take care of that when we are made aware. When an HOA (Homeowner’s Association) for a complex informs us of any work, our standard procedure is to let our guests that might be affected know. We are sorry for the miscommunication as we were not made aware of the work. We do see that the issue was reported early into your stay and that it was discussed between you and our team member. Per our Rental Agreement, we have no control over if construction or beach restoration is taking place during your stay. We understand and empathize with the inconvenience, however it is not something we directly have any control over.
