Notre magnifique condo contemporain en bord de mer est au 7ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur des kilomètres de plages de sable blanc immaculées et d'eau vert émeraude. Nous proposons 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes, dont deux chambres principales avec lit king-size en bord de mer qui s'ouvrent sur le balcon et une troisième chambre avec lit king-size supplémentaire. Nous avons également un tout nouveau canapé-lit (2019) pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs à écran plat haute définition. Vous trouverez votre propre salle de bain privée avec de beaux comptoirs en granit améliorés pour votre expérience de luxe ultime hors de chaque chambre principale. Notre copropriété de luxe dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit améliorés et des appareils en acier inoxydable et un coin bar. Passez du temps en famille de qualité dans le salon spacieux conçu pour le luxe et le confort. Détendez-vous et regardez la grande télévision à écran plat haute définition de 42 '. Great spot to stay. Clean condo. Easy to check in. Other guests were also very nice. Enjoyed the surrounding area as it was nice and clean. Easily went on a jog daily with no issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were so clean and beautiful. We loved having three bedrooms all with king-size beds and full bathrooms. The kitchen and great room were open, and the balcony was exceptionally large to overview the white sands and hear the crashing waves. We played frisbee in the golf of America and we were able to grill our freshly caught fish from our offshore fishing trip. A memorable experience and we hope to make it back again soon.

Beautiful condo, awesome balcony

This condo was exactly what our family needed. The ocean view was perfect and having 2 bedrooms with doors to the balcony was amazing. We had the best time being together at the condo and enjoyed several meals on the largest balcony we’ve ever seen.

From the moment we walked in we fell in love with this condo. It was clean and prestige. Had all amenities needed for a spectacular week spent on the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family. Will definitely be back REAL SOON!

Family trip over 4th of July Holiday

Room 703 had everything you could need for a family. Box fans in each room for noise was an amazing surprise. Pool floats, beach chairs and toys. Beds were nice, rooms were big. Balcony was huge! Everything was exactly as described on the listing. Close to shopping and restaurants. We ran into no surprises or problems and the entire family enjoyed the stay.

Great place with great view

We just returned from Panama City Beach and rented this condo. It is everything that the overview shows and more. Located on the less busier end of Front Beach St., but still just a short drive drive to Pier Park Mall. The only negative we saw was its not small kid friendly. There is no deadbolt or chain lock on the outside door and our 2 year old and 5 year old granddaughters opened the door several times. The condo itself is beautiful and ver accommodating. Would rent it again when my granddaughters are older.

Was on 7th floor with great views. Very large balcony. Fast elevators. Only dislike was the beach attendants. Had a hard time getting a place on the beach. Ever morning I would go to get a beach chair and they would tell us that place was taken. Almost every day no one would show up to set there. Very disappointed with that part. With 8 people 2 being under 9 that was a problem. Overall we had a great time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very nice with all the comforts of home with the exception of the lighting! Low watt bulbs and could barely read or do puzzles at night. Very disappointed in the management company for not working with us to support a partial refund during a pandemic regardless of the “policies”. I was told “They could check with with the owner of the property about a partial refund but, they could have rented it out to someone else”. Never heard back, all they were concerned with is us following the rules and getting out by 10:00 am! Even the bigger rental companies went against their policies and issued refunds. There are banks that are delaying payments and govt. giving people money and GBR was worried about their commissions. Had some man screaming at the door and let himself in to show the property and said, “oh, I thought you checked out!” Daughter with 2 auto immune diseases and zero compassion, we ended up going by ourselves just not to loose money.
