The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The pictures AND video that Benchmark provides for Emerald Hill 27 is a lie. They post these pictures and videos showing that EH 27 has a garage and a sleeper sofa inside the bedroom, lies. To gain access to EH 27, you have to hope that there is an open parking space, (not reserved with your rental), and walk around/behind the parking lot and enter through patio doors. There is NOT a sleeper sofa in the bedroom, so your child/children have to sleep on the tile floor or sleep in bed with their parents. Once I called about the garage dimensions, a Benchmark representative named Stacy, who sounded like she was from the Caribbean started getting loud with me and asking repeatedly “Where did you get the pictures and video?” When I informed her that they were sent to me by Benchmark , she said that I was wrong and looking at a different rental! Also, the coffee pot was broken. The most pleasant person that we dealt with was the female on-site security, she spoke to everyone, everyday.
