Jonathan & Lee Anne, Thank you for your review! Emerald Hill 27 is a great option for a couple or a small family looking to get away! Walton County does have restrictions put in place that only allows certain companies to set up at certain locations. These companies have rules they have to follow on when they are able to set up and when they have to pick up. You are still able to set up your own chairs if you want them there longer, but nothing can be left on the beach over night! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay even though the chairs weren't out as long as you would have liked. We hope you will come back and see us again soon! Thank you, Benchmark Management.

Your suggestion regarding providing the key prior to 4pm has been passed on to the proper parties, please note however that there is an early check-in fee as such if you arrived before 4pm and the unit was ready; once you paid the fee; we would have provided the key. We do apologize that our team was not as responsive with the delivery of the requested items, we have measures in place to ensure this does not happen for future stays. In regards to the AC unit, please note that we have asked our team to make the necessary checks. Your refnd request was noted and brought to the attention of management, however we could not honor that request as you filed a chargeback.
