Que vous divertissiez des invités dans la grande cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit ou que vous regardiez un film sur la télévision à écran plat de 52 pouces, vous serez constamment rappelé de votre paradis en bord de mer lorsque vous entendrez des vagues se briser sur le rivage. | | Profitez des levers et couchers de soleil miraculeux depuis votre terrasse privée face au golfe située à quelques pas des plages de sable blanc et de l'eau vert émeraude. Ce condo est vraiment un joyau sur la côte d'émeraude. | | Il y a beaucoup d'endroits où manger et faire du shopping à Seagrove et dans la communauté voisine de Seaside. perfect location

We were very pleased with this property. The view was incredible. It was quiet and very secluded. We were there in November so I'm not sure if that changes during the summer seasons. The kitchen was well equipped. We had enough towels and linens for our stay. The unit was clean. Benchmark was easy to communicate with. Overall, we were very satisfied with this rental.

Perfect place to stay

We loved our time at Dunes Villa. The condo was super clean, had everything we needed and right on the beach. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and checked on us a couple of times during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Great location

We’ve stayed in this condo many times. It’s showing signs of wear and tear, needs better cooking tools (pans and utensils), needs to have light bulbs replaced and the screen door replaced. Bring wd40 if you want to use the screen door. But you can’t beat the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 Star Location and Condo comfort<5 Star amenities. It has a stove, pot, and pan but really underwhelming after that. No salt and pepper or any other spices. Doesn't matter if you are there 2 days or a full week you get the same "starter" package 1 paper towel and toilet paper.

Seagrove sisters weekend

My sister and I spend a long weekend here and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect for getting to food and shopping easily. Our favorite thing was being on the ground level. This was perfect for my sister who has a hard time getting around due to a bad leg. There are steps going to the beach but it isn’t as far down as I originally thought it would be. I was able to rent an umbrella and chairs on the beach which was nice. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely look at this spot next time. Thanks for the great weekend!

Great little Couples Get Away

The Location was ideal, with walking options close by & biking options all around. Access to the beach was about 40 steps away and very close…made for easy back-n-forth during the beach time. Parking was right up front to door, and bike rack adjacent. Would stay here again, for sure

Beautiful and Convenient Location!

Can hear the ocean in your living room! Beautiful views, great amenities and amazing convenience to the beach. Only 35 stairs down! Parking is very tight though if you drive a big truck! Would definitely come back!

The bed was comfortable and having a view of the ocean and the boardwalk a few feet away was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again! We walked to Seaside for lunch and back. Accomodations were comfortable, bathroom is due for a reno but overall very comfortable. Biggest problem is tile floor throughout with no carpet runners! Wet feet, sunscreen & moisture from the ocean makes for a very slippery floor! Kids slipped multiple times

The access to the beach - just walking out the sliding glass doors and down to the beach - is superb. The condo was reasonably clean and well equipped. The pool was well maintained. I did have to reboot the Internet modem and the WiFi router to clear up WiFi issues. Benchmark management was responsive in suggesting I do so. All in all, we had a great time here.
