Propriété de luxe très rare au bord du lac normand dans un terrain privé. 5 chambres à coucher, 4 1/2 salles de bain, salle bonus, Grande cuisine à aire ouverte avec grand îlot pour divertissement, TV intérieure et extérieure. L'espace de vie extérieur est une oasis. Pavillon 14x14 au bord de la piscine extérieure, cabane avec jets, terrasse extérieure pour min 12 personnes, grill extérieur avec table et réfrigérateur extérieur. Vues naturelles incroyables.
La location de bateaux est accessible. Veuillez envoyer un courriel avec des questions.
Le premier étage a une chambre avec salle de bain privée, cuisine, espace de vie avec cheminée, salle à manger et chambre d'amis avec demi-bain.
Le deuxième étage dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, salle bonus avec TV, machine elliptique dans la salle bonus et buanderie.

Great family vacation spot!

This house is very nice for a large gathering. We enjoyed the outside very much. We spent most the time enjoying the pool and outdoor seating. Unfortunately, we were there when a storm came and lost power for 12 hours. We managed. I would definitely recommend.

excellent accommodations...

Would highly recommend this property...Owner went beyond the call of duty when we needed to communicate with her. The family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and patio. The owner helped us with renting a boat, fishing spots and offered restaurant suggestions. Nice neighborhood surroundings. No problem with snakes in the pool!

Nice Family Vacation

We had a very nice time at this beautiful home for a multi-generational family vacation. Host was very responsive. We had everything we needed. The area is beautiful. Even though the property is not on the lake, the outdoor pool and living spaces made it a lovely vacation.

Amazing property and host! Can't wait to come back next year!

We have rented many properties on or near Lake Norman. Even though this property is not on the lake, we didn't miss it at all. There is a marina close by if you want to be on the lake. Our family didn't want to leave the house. We planned a lot of on property activities and loved the pool, hot tub and outside area. The inside of the house was nice as well. Loved having a bedroom for everyone!

Family vacation 2023

What a great vacation spot! Within hours of booking, our host texted me for a phone call. Buket was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. She also was very accommodating, offering suggestions on places to go or do and if we needed anything not already at the house. Once there our family (2 parents, 4 grown children with a spouse, boyfriend, and 3 grandchildren) had plenty of room to relax in the pool/hot tub most of the time. Plenty of seating outside when not in the pool. Lots of room inside to relax and watch movies as a large group. Buket periodically texted to make sure we didn’t need anything. Will definitely consider a return trip!

Not even close to Lake access

Ad says Lake Norman with dock. After booking I realize that it’s not on the lake at all but you can pay $fee to rent a boat slip on the lake. Ok you got me. Pool looked great for the kids and would have been except the water was 98 degrees and we were visited by 3 coral snakes first 2 nights so everyone avoided the pool. On arrival I picked up a rental boat and headed to the dock to park the boat only to find we didn’t have a slip number and when we inquired at the marina the dock master said it was strictly forbidden to sublease the slip and confiscated our dock gate key. Fortunately the people we rented the boat from let us dock at their house 1 hour up the lake. Owner finally after 2 days gave us another key and a slip number and told us to avoid the dock master. Real shady experience. Avoid this home if you want to enjoy boating on the lake.

Labor Day Stay

I was able to book this home at the last-minute during Labor Day. The house was beyond beautiful, it included literally everything myself and guest needed. Respectfully, I was astonished how “homely” the home felt. Each room had lots detail as far as décor; which was a highlight for me, there was sheets, comforters and even washing liquids that can be used if needed. Due to flying in, I didn’t have a iron and that was provided with the home. The kitchen had seasonings in the drawers, it had plates, cups, pots, pans literally all that you needed if you live out of town and forgot to grab last minute items. The home felt like a home away from home. Although I didn’t need anything Mrs. Buket was very responsive and asked if she can assist if I needed recommendations of things to do or eat in the area. My guest was super impressed how beautiful the rental property is and being fully equipped with literally anything you need in the house during a short stay. There were also thorough instructions how to close out the home on the last day and how use things in the home to include the pool and jacuzzi. Their left no room to ask many questions because they were provided. The outside was phenomenal with the cabana, grill area and pool. Even though I didn’t need some of those amenities, it was a blessing just to have it accessible. The ambiance of the neighborhood also was quite and beautiful to enjoy each day. There literally was not any complaints from myself and guest.

We loved the house, and the neighborhood. It was convenient to local shopping.

We contacted the owner due to some pest in the trees, and light bulbs missing. She came over and treated the nest and brought some lightbulbs. I really suggest the bathrooms should have more towels. Most of ladies need two towel each shower. So we did more laundry than expected. Also If all the bathrooms are used ( Mornings, and after swimming) then the water pressure is very low. Last thing. It miight be wise to get sheets that fit the beds. We all discussed having to make the beds every day. We spent hours in the pool and hot tub and outside area. Grand kids really like the little frogs and lizards, the birds entertained us with their colors and calls. Another highlight was the deer in the neighbors back yard. Thanks.

Very nice home for a family vacation

This is a great home for a family vacation. Buket goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The house is stocked with dishwasher detergent, Palmolive, paper towels, toilet pay, spices needed for cooking, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, shampoo & conditioner, etc. The pool is really nice. The house is so nice, you are surprised they rent it. I felt sad for Buket that previous guests have put marks on the walls. I know people always want to know what was not good about a place. Not much here. Two small things: first, the house doesn’t have large coffee mugs. We brought our Keurig and I enjoy large cups of coffee in the morning. The other minor thing is the closets are locked in 3 out of 5 bedrooms. For the first floor master, you can hang your clothes on hooks outside the master bedroom (where there is a cabinet to hang backpacks after school type of area). For the upstairs master, you can hang clothes in the laundry room or in the kids bedroom that have the Jack & Jill bathroom. Those 2 bedrooms had available closets. Very minor things. It is a special house we were glad to be able to rent. Lake Norman is such a clean nice lake and this is a great house!

Could have been so much better!

We rented this property last September as a place for family to stay while attending/celebrating my sons wedding. First, there was Covid, and we were not sure if the wedding venue would allow the wedding as planned. I asked the owner if need be-could we hold a small ceremony at the house-the answer was yes for a fee-very appreciated. However, we were very thankful that did not occur because we were disappointed with the property. When we arrived, the property looked beautiful from the outside but the following was very concerning: dryer not working-repaired a couple days later after my insistence; limited/stained linen (owner did come and provide more but it was not great linen), children's toys everywhere-including bath toys in the shower and all over the dining room, no doors on closets in 2 bedrooms, jewelry being sold in the master bath-still don't get that!! Told-no shoes upstairs but the stair carpet was absolutely filthy. The master bedroom did not have window shades which may be fine for some but not us. The kitchen cabinets were jam packed with owners/prior tenant food items-no place to put ours. The refrigerator was filled with prior tenant items-we never would use open jars. The outdoor space could be lovely but the grill was so full of grease, we had to scrub a lot because there was concern about a fire (from a fireman). Landscaping could be beautiful-but was full of weeds. I could go on but I would never rent this property again or any other property owned by this property renter. In addition, I have rented from VRBO on many occasions-always had a great experience until now.

Beautiful Home

This property is beautiful and secluded. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet, and the outdoor living space is perfect for a family getaway. We spent most of our time outside and felt like we were hidden in the woods. The house has plenty of space and the kids loved the upstairs den area. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Beautiful, private backyard and pool

We had a relaxing vacation centered around the beautiful pool and cabana. The backyard was private and quiet and the large home was equipped to handle our needs. The owner was very responsive to our needs (even buying a new grill when the existing one broke).

Beautiful house

stayed at this property for my nephews wedding with my family, plenty of rooms and was in a great location. The pool area and whole house is beautiful. Owner of property was very helpful. Had a great time.

Fantastic House and Owner

We have an annual trip with friends from college, and this was one of the best. The house is fantastic with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Nothing was overlooked by the owner from linens to pool toys. Buket was fantastic and responsive to every question and request. She is incredibly accommodating and made every effort to ensure we had the perfect vacation - and we did!! All of us would highly recommend this property!

Great pool and quiet location

Beautiful home in small, quiet neighborhood. Close to lake, restaurants and shopping. Large pool with beautiful night time lighting. Outdoor space with plenty of seating, grill, and flat screen tv. Owners were very accommodating and quick ro respond. Would definitely stay again in the future.
