Oasis In The Keys features 3 bedrooms, each with sweeping, floor to ceiling views of the Atlantic Ocean. Bedroom 1, The Master Bedroom, includes a King size bed, 55" T.V and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has dual Queen size beds and a 55" T.V as well. Bedroom 3 has very comfortable dual Queen size beds as well. Across the hallway is the shared bathroom with all fresh linens and soaps provided.

The Neighborhood:

The home is situated at the end of a dead end road in the neighborhood of Paraiso Estates on the Atlantic ocean side of Vaca Key located in The City of Marathon. It is a quiet residential neighborhood with a newly renovated children's / dog park located within walking distance. Centrally located it offers easy access by car to the Marathon Airport, nearby restaurants and shopping centers.



Getting Around:

The home is centrally located in The City of Marathon with everything you need within a 10-15 minute drive of the home.



Other Things to Note:

PETS: This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $200+ taxes' and fee's, PER pet / PER week. Cats are not allowed. Please let us know BEFORE confirming your reservation if you will be bringing pets. If pets of any kind are brought without PRIOR notification and authorization, guest will be charged double the pet fee upon check in.



CABANA CLUB: Key Colony Beach Cabana Club Access included during reservation dates ( this is where the heated/chilled pool, spa and private white sand beach are located )



Amenities: Provided bikes, kayaks and paddleboard use included with your stay.
