Came to Park City for a wedding and this place was absolutely perfect! Location and cleanliness were superb. We will definitely try and book this rental in the future!!
Property was very nice and a great location! Can walk to Park City Ski Resort and right on free trolley shuttle into downtown. Condo was very nice and comfortable.
Well located, well laid out and provisioned for our group of 6-1/2. Lack of air conditioning mitigated through open windows and use of fans, given the cool dry evenings.
Location was perfect for our lacrosse games. Condo was 80 degrees when we arrived with the high temperatures we could not get it to cool down in the afternoon.

Great location
Overall good experience as the space was very clean and close to everything. The main issue is the parking situation. The listing states that the parking is low clearance and an suv wonât fit, however this wasnât the case. When we arrived I saw multiple SUVs and a large truck parked in the garage (dodge Durango, jeep Waggoneer, dodge ram) I was told by Vrbo/Vacasa that only an Subaru Outback would fit the parking garage.. I asked multiple times for actual dimensions and they would give me the run around. I asked to speak to the property manager to get details and they refused to give me contact info due to âsecurity reasons.â I was never told the parking height dimensions, only that a Subaru Outback would fit which was very frustrating when planning our car rental. We had to change our car rental last minute to accommodate their vague instructions, which were incorrect.
Easy access to downtown either walking or by bus. Condo was clean and nicely updated. Mattresses in the bunk beds were terribly uncomfortable. Difficult to find a property that included three full size beds for three couples. Many of them include rooms with bunk beds. These were not even actual mattresses, but more like a futon mattress. Especially important if you plan to put adults in these beds.
Great house, each room as a bath!
Cozy.clean perfect!!
Close to lifts. Quite aways from town short drive but not walking!
Totally would stay there again!
Garage opener did not work but code worked great!!
Overall, great. Place is larger than weâd expected. Very clean. Well-equipped. Itâs an easy walk to the PCMR base area. Itâs a short bus ride - but probably not quite a walk in the winter - to downtown PC. Only issue was that the heat, in obeying the laws of physics, really struggled to warm the lowest floor, where two bedrooms are located.
Stayed at Sunflower #8 in late may over the Memorial Day holiday. Great place, perfect for a group of friends or extended family. Location convenient to everything in park city including walkable to PCMR base, prospector, and town plus bus stop is right out front.

Nice place, conveniently located if you want "right in town." Ample space. No AC so when it hits the upper 80s as it did a few days it get's hot. There are fans, but they really don't help until the temp outside begins to drop (which it inevitably does by night). The only other complaint was the noise from the other units. To combat the heat, windows need to be open but the central atrium makes noises travel easily and clearly among the eight units. During the winter, the ample snow and closed windows should make this a moot point, but in summer be prepared for learning more about your neighbors. The last comment was on cleaning. We were likely the first renters post-COVID shutdown so while the unit was probably cleaned in early March when the last skiiers were forced off the mountain, by late June, the 3 month old cleaning was a bit of a dusty memory. Otherwise, would recommend this place, especially for skiing; the location can't be beat.
