Beautiful, clean home with everything we needed to be very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, location is perfect and great views from the lanai. Would certainly stay here again.

Had a fabulous week with my teenage/young adult daughters and their 2 friends. Directions to the condo were perfect, and check-in was a breeze. Beautiful view on both balconies and we walked everywhere we wanted to go in Folly Beach. Lots of towels were provided, including beach towels. Clean rooms, comfy beds and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

Miller family vacation

Perfect getaway for some family time. We enjoyed being together and exploring Folly and Charleston. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean in the mornings while drinking coffee and eating breakfast

Great place for Thanksgiving

Family had a wonderful week. Unit overlooks ocean and it has direct beach access, easy check in and out process. Enjoyed our time exploring Folly Beach and Charleston.

Lovely spot for our weekend getaway

We had a great weekend! The location was great, we had plenty of room, and parking was easy breezy! We really enjoyed the balconies and the beach was just steps away. Highly recommended.

Perfect Spot

This property is located in a great spot for getting on the beach and walking distance to dining and shopping. We had six adults and it was perfect for us. There was always plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of.

Oceans Edge

Very clean property. Nice beachfront views with balconies in master bedroom and living area to enjoy the views and the breeze. Walking distance to restuarants and shops. Beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Great condo and location

Perfect for our family! Had a great time. They have ample towels and extra blankets, pillows, etc. Overall the place was very comfortable and I didn’t have to run out for misc items like paper towels, TP, dish soap, etc. Would stay again!

Fantastic Getaway

Exactly as described in Vrbo. Prime location, walking distance to pier, restaurants, shopping, bars and of course ocean front. Condo had everything we needed and was the perfect size for a party of 4 adults. If ever back in South Carolina, I’ll definitely return to this location.

Folly 2023

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children. The house had plenty of room and we enjoyed both balconies. Everyone enjoyed being a short walk from restaurants and Bert’s. We will definitely stay again.

Property was just as the pictures show. Very short walk to beach. Views are beautiful from 1st floor and 2nd floor. Very clean too. Will definitely be back.

Perfection

We took a trip right before school started for our kids. These pictures just don’t do this place justice. The beach views were amazing as well as the location. It is within a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops and the beach access was right in front of the building. The upstairs main bedroom was so private with that stunning private balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Bostonians in Folly

The place was perfect location and beautiful right on the beach and near all restaurants and downtown. The condo was so pretty! The stairs and floors were a little sandy though when we checked in. Was disappointed that early check in you had to pay 50. Was glad we figured out how to rent beach chairs and umbrella. Calling the concierge was easy and they were very helpful and accommodating. However, a list of would be helpful on the counter. Games and cards would be nice to have too.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

No stress getaway

Like home away from home. Everything they offered in advertisement was provided. Check in went smoothly. The property was clean and all appliances were in excellent working condition. They provided an arrival welcoming gift. Everything needed to cook meals was provided including real dishes, glasses and silverware. Very spacious condo in quiet area. Highly recommend this property for carefree vacation.

Nice location, Condo needs updating!

The location was good. The condo owner needs to spend some profits and replace/update! and repair flooring. Some very old beat up worn furnishings. Bedding provided was very nice.

Wonderful Beach Property

One of our best vacations! The condo was perfect and just as described on VRBO. Loved the fact that you walk outside and are just steps away from the beach and a quick 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping. The condo was stocked well with anything we needed in the kitchen as far as utensils/cookware. Plenty of towels, beach towels and amenities. Luxury Simplified Retreats was truly one of the best! Great communication! I love how they check in on you to see if all is well or if you need anything. We will definitely rent with them again!

The host and team were very responsive to our concerns with having to actually turn the heat on for a couple days. (which hadn’t been used in quite some time) The smoke alarms went off due to dust in the vents putting off a slight burning smell. The filters needed replacing, so they sent someone right over the next morning. The internet went out as well one day- it was very windy & again they had someone out very quick. The villa/condo was perfect! Amazing views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We would highly recommend this place and plan on going back again some day!

Great property, great location, subpar property management

The location and area are ideal. The communication with the property management company “Luxury” Simplified Retreats was less than helpful. They tout their concierge service but they really didn’t do anything to accommodate any request that we had. We booked this property with this service in mind but we were sorely disappointed.
