"Evangelyn" est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée très propre et bien entretenu situé au 218 ouest de l'Arctique. Cette location est considérée en bord de mer, mais vous devez traverser une route à sens unique très calme pour accéder aux deux entrées de plage différentes directement de l'autre côté de la rue. "Evangelyn" est l'une des 3 unités d'une maison privée. Il y a une unité à l'étage et deux petites unités en bas. "Evangelyn" a deux chambres et une salle de bain pleine grandeur. La première chambre a un lit queen size, un placard et une commode. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et un lit double supplémentaire, ainsi qu'un placard et une commode. Les lits sont préparés avec des draps 100% coton. Cette location a une cuisine entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine, une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, Comcast Wifi, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD et service Direct TV. Il y a une table de pique-nique située directement à l'extérieur pour les sièges et les repas en plein air. C'est un espace merveilleux et accueillant pour que les clients puissent se détendre et se relaxer. Situé à moins de deux pâtés de maisons des restaurants, des boutiques et de la jetée, mais sur le côté ouest plus calme de Folly. Super emplacement et bon rapport qualité / prix! Merveilleux pour un individu, un couple, deux couples ou une petite famille.

Great Beach Location

You only take a few steps and you are on the beach! It is convenient to the town of Folly Beach with many very good restaurants and the Pier area. You can walk to town in less than 10 minutes. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and there was good TV reception. This is a good value for the money. Give it a try! You will be glad you did!

Perfect Location

As frequent Folly Beach visitors I can honestly say this place was the BEST! The host/hostess were wonderful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. The location was perfect. Being at the beach access and just a short walk to everything in town was all we wanted. I know we'll be back!

PERFECT Location!

You can’t get any closer than right across the street from the beach. Close enough to walk to everything in town and on the pier, but far enough away from the car and foot traffic. The home was exactly as described and very cozy, comfortable, and clean! Appreciated the full kitchen so we didn’t have to go out to eat all the time and the In home laundry. Trying to figure out when I can return To Folly Beach and stay here again.

Excellent location! Pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. The apartment was great. Plenty of room for four adults. Appreciated the laundry facilities.

We love this home!

This is our second year staying here and the property is perfect for us. We don't like being inside much so it provides the minimal support we need, while being literally across the street from the beach and a few short blocks from town! It's so easy to come in and out and the beds are really comfortable. We will be back :)

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying here! It was very clean and conveniently located to the beach and shopping and entertainment! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Lynn who was extremely kind and welcoming! We will be back!

Conference in Charleston, great location

Lovely and quaint apartment. Easy to book and easy to communicate with the owners. Wonderful beach access right across the road. Easy commute to downtown Charleston. We hope to come back and stay. Highly recommend!

Quant, clean and cozy 2 bedroom close to everything. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Downtown is a 5 minute walk. Great price right in the heart of Folly Beach.

March 2023 Girls Getaway

I have stayed at Evangeline before with family & kids, so I knew that it was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to have a quick, last minute Folly visit this time around. The home was as before, clean/tidy and comfy. The location is one of the best; across from the beach, in the quiet area but still a short walk from everything such as Center St, pier, restaurants & shops.

A few days get away

Great location. The only minor negative is that there was a lot of construction going on that we were not aware of. One of the construction truck's battery died and we ended up having to jump their truck - no problem, so a lot of extra activity with the construction. We loved our stay though and would definitely return.

Great time had by all!

It was a perfect spot for us. While some repairs need to be fone (hello we were there the end of July, can you say beyond busy time!) the house clean and perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach and very doable carrying a chair even with a bum knee. No steps to climb was a very great added benefit for us "older" ladies😁 The only thing missing was a view of the ocean but for the price we paid, we understood that limit. The dunes were pretty though. It was a great stay!

Nice place to stay.

over all good, a few things needs to be addressed. the (up stairs) neighbor t.v. could be heard (clearly) from the door that was bolted and locked (leading upstairs). the entire place needs a fresh coat of paint, the bathroom vanity needs to be replaced.

Nice birthday getaway

Overall nice place to stay and the location to the beach and shops is perfect! We suggest providing more beach chairs, we had to purchase 2 of our own and leave them there. Provide better outside eating area, provide charcoal grill would be nice along with an outdoor umbrella. We recommend updating the bathroom and kitchen area. We recommend replacing front door and if possible add a screen door. All around we enjoyed our stay and look forward to being back next year!!

Amazing

We truly enjoyed this rental and everything within it. Every step was covered and very easy to utilize. The location was just perfect with 2 small children and senior adults for getting to everything (beach) especially. It was the best arrangement for us. Thank you for offering a safe very clean and exciting place to visit and stay. This was just perfect for the Easter week and getting to visit Folly Beach! 5 stars to you. P.s. we tried to clean the sand off the floors before we left because it was so clean when we arrived. Have a wonderful season. We loved all of it!

BEST VALUE & AWESOME LOCATION to the BEACH!!

I searched and searched looking for the perfect location to the beach, and this was it! You could not have been any closer to the beach access point! Every morning I poured a cup of coffee and walked the 50 yards to the beach to drink it!! My family and parents had the best time staying here. I wanted to be right on the beach since we have a 3 and 4 year old and you never know how long they are going to last at the beach. I did not want to pack up and walk blocks to find out one of them was not in the mood for the beach that day. The apartment was air-conditioned and had cable so we could go back and take naps and have lunch and head right back out and be settled on the beach in just a few minutes. I have never used a vacation rental before and did not know what to expect. The price was exceptional, we met a couple staying in the condos next door and mentioned to them what we paid and they immediately asked for the owners contact info. The pictures are very accurate. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. (We did bring an air mattress for the kids to sleep on) You are very close to the main street (2 blocks) and there is so much to do. We are from Chicago and this was our first time to Folly Beach and it was so much fun. Anyone who is looking to stay right on the water, this is the place for you. The owner was great to work with and the neighbors that live there were very friendly and even offered to let us use thier boogie boards. Many avacation memories were made on this trip and I will treasure the time I spent with my family.

Michael is a licensed Charter Fishing Captain with a 19ft. Carolina Skiff, perfect for taking guests on fishing expeditions or even a Dolphin tour. This property is in an ideal location. Close enough to everything, yet set back from the crowds and high traffic area. West Arctic has a wonderful sidewalk that runs in front of this property, leading you to the pier, restaurants and shops. This rental has all you need to enjoy a few days, week or even longer stay on Folly Beach. The rental is ground level, which means no stairs...highly unusual for the beach and always a bonus!
