Over all a great stay. Along walk from the elevator to the room. Had a bit of a hard time finding the underground parking complex since it was dark when we arrived.Very convenient to several restaurants.

Overall, this day was enjoyable. Great shower, comfortable bed and centrally located. The only negatives are the living room couch was most uncomfortable. There were two coffee pouches provided, but no filters. There should be a Keurig coffee maker available.

We had a very comfortable stay. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, well supplied and maintained. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Pool and hot tubs were great.Host was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to return in the future.

I have always wanted to stay at the village and I will never do it again. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows terrible. You need to have the window in the bedroom open at night for air but the noise outside until 2 in the morning is so bad you have to close it. Was not a good place to stay.

Regarding the mattress and pillows, some guests prefer a firmer feel while others prefer a softer bed and pillows. While we aim for somewhere in the middle, I understand they cannot be to every guests' preference. I would assume I've lost your business, but if you do stay with us again, I hope you will reach out to me during your stay with any issues you are having so that I can make it right. I would have been happy to stop by with extra fans or assisted you with turning on the AC machine we have in all of our condos. I actually own several condos across the Village Lodge and Westin and also would have been more than happy to move you into a different condo that was more suited to your needs. We had a great relaxing stay here before our backpacking trip to Big Pines. There are so many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The unit is very clean and cozy! We would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great property in the village right next to the gondola and rental shops. Walk to restaurants and shops, everything you need! Leave the car in the secure underground parking until it’s time to leave. The unit was clean and comfortable and the host very responsive. I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you!
