This stay took place over the Fourth of July holiday, when temporary patriotic decorations are common throughout the community. These displays are not up year-round, and neither our team nor the property owner places or manages decorations on neighboring units. This condo community consists of individually owned residences, including long-term tenants in other units that we do not manage, so any decorations displayed outside neighboring units are entirely outside of our authority. We appreciate your stay and your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the aspects of the guest experience that are within our control.
