Villa privée de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, près de la piscine, du clubhouse et de la buanderie. À quelques pas de notre plage privée.

Casa Blanca est à distance de marche des restaurants et des boutiques de Crescent Beach Village, avec Siesta Key Village à quelques minutes de route au nord sur la clé. Nos villas sont situées entre la piscine et la célèbre plage Crescent. Chaque villa est décorée individuellement, entièrement équipée et aménagée professionnellement. La plupart des villas ont une véranda avec table et chaises pour manger et se détendre. Ceux sans véranda ont un intérieur plus grand. Les villas ont 1 ou 2 chambres et de 1 à 2 salles de bain. Une laverie est disponible sur place dans les parties communes. Quelques unités ont des installations dans l'unité.

Great Amazing Stay at Villa A09

The beach was very nice, rainy in the afternoons but that's summers in Florida.We always enjoy going to Der Dutchman and Able Ice Cream.:)

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming back to Siesta Key for over 30 years and staying in villas at Casa Blanca. In the past has been a great location for our large family to meet. Each unit is individually owned and our unit was up-to-date and clean. Utensils are always a hit and miss with what you are going to get. That said our only real disappointment has been with the management company. For as much as we pay for a week+ stay we should have to buy our own additional toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher pods. Shouldn't be a big ask to provide those items and help keep the units clean. Also trying to book online a year out during the holiday season is a nightmare.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Casa Blanca Community is well-maintained, quiet and friendly with an excellent beach location. We really enjoyed the provided beach chairs, shade structures and beach restroom. Unit A9 is large and had been recently partially renovated with wonderful hurricane doors and windows making the unit almost soundproof. The new tile floor and new countertop and cabinets were attractive. Bathrooms were renovated several years ago. A9 could use more comfort. There was not 1 comfortable piece of furniture in the unit. The living room sofa was new but lacking in comfort. The primary bedroom furniture was quite old. (photos of bedroom deceptive). The unit could use some updated kitchen accessories along with a new blow dryer and iron.

We love your vacation rentals, the harassment is uncalled for

Reviewer Comments: We have had our family summer vacation at casablanca for the past few years and have always been happy to go back but this year one of your security employees was not very nice and kept harassing everyone. I understand he's doing his job but he needs to address your guests in a nicer and hospitable manner. Accusing your guests of running stop signs and asking the driver to step out of the car is a bit much for a security guard. We always try to abide with all rules and regulations and we're saddened to see that it was not what we expected.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Casa Blanca. This was our 6th year and we are already booked for next year. The villa's are private and the proximity to the beach is perfect. Our villa recently had a kitchen remodel and it is lovely. My only complaints are !. the living room furmiture although the couch was fine the chairs were not comfortable for adults to sit in and 2. the floors were filthy, after showering our feet were black just walking around the villa.
