Nice home and convenient location

We enjoyed our stay - the home has a good layout, spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen, back yard is private and very nice! Beds were all comfortable with good linens and bathrooms were in good condition with ample towels. The one thing we didn't know from the description is that there is a skylight (with no shade) above the king size bed in the 2nd bedroom. A plus for some, but was an issue for us with sleeping in. Location is great, under 15 minutes drive to both Old Scottsdale and ASU campus, and we were able to rent bikes and ride directly from the house to multiple nice biking/walking trails. Quiet neighborhood, and we felt very safe. Definitely recommend.

Great house!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was well maintained and furnished and the yard and pool were excellent - eating space, poolside space and lounge space under the gazebo. We made use of the barbecue and backyard games, and had great weather despite the time of year to enjoy the pool. The neighborhood is older but there is clear pride in ownership of all the homes and yards - the whole neighborhood is cute and well maintained, and the neighbors were quiet and friendly.There are two things to be aware of about this property that aren’t apparent from the listing. First, this property is just north of the east/west flight path of the Phoenix Sky Harbour International airport. There is fairly constant airplane noise in the back yard. This is obviously something the property owner can’t control, and it isn’t terribly loud but is a constant in the background. Second, the neighborhood has back alley powerlines with above ground service lines going to the roof/back of each house, which are normal for this kind of neighborhood and aren’t terribly unsightly, but they don’t appear in the photos of the yard. The photos are otherwise accurate.

July 4th Getaway

Great place to stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Only one minor complaint from one bedroom, there is a skylight which prevented us from sleeping in. It also made the room warmer throughout the day. The house is conveniently located to freeways and grocery stores. The host was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway in Phienix

Place is very nicely decorated, big back yard with pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Beds were very comfy, place was clean and easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Home Base

We stayed here in March with toddlers and adults, and had a wonderful time! The beautiful property has a lot to offer and is conveniently located. There is a grocery store and a great park within walking distance, and plently of parking at the property if you plan to park/drive. The communication was great, and they even allowed me to ship diapers ahead to the location for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Short getaway

Clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen. Paid extra to heat pool but it still wasn’t warm enough to use!😞 We stayed 5 days in February and weather was chilly and it rained 2 of the days. Close proximity to local hiking trails. Wished I would’ve looked into the location a bit more. Quiet neighborhood but not the best location for daily walks.

Could live here

Property was as described. The layout was perfect for our family which needed 3 separate bedrooms. Open floor plan - kitchen, living room and dining room. Everything you need in the kitchen. Backyard with the pool and various seating options also wonderful. Neighborhood provided easy access to the area and major highways. Very happy with our stay.

Family Trip

The house was as advertised. We were there during an excessive heat wave. 115 degrees everyday. The house stayed cool. I thought it was worth mentioning as I was a little nervous about it The pool was bigger than it looked in the pics. So that was a nice surprise House was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and operating House is in a regular neighborhood. Nothing wrong with the neighborhood but just a regular neighborhood. Although I should mention, it was quiet. Nobody bothered us and I don’t think we bothered anyone else. So that was good Lastly the property owner was great to communicate with.

PERFECT LOCATION

Heather answered all of our questions and was kind and accessible. The house was very clean, the pool was cold and refreshing, and the outdoor area was a great place to decompress. The1st bedroom to the right has the most comfy bed and stayed the coolest, IMO. Lol. This home is literally in the perfect location! We were 7min from the airport, exactly 2hrs from Sedona, 30min from floating the Salt River, and there are numerous eateries close by. We loved The Montauk for brunch! I would highly recommend this home!

Our recently remodeled backyard includes a large pool (with heating as an available option in the winter), covered gazebo, outdoor dining table, and yard area to enjoy the yard games that come with renting this property.

If you feel like staying indoors, the property is stocked with board games for all ages. The living room has enough seating for all your guests to comfortably enjoy a movie or sports game on the large flat screen television.

Whether you prefer grilling poolside or baking in the kitchen, the property comes with all your cooking essentials. Feel free to reach out prior to check in if there is a specific kitchen item you would like available during your stay.
