Belle maison de campagne nouvellement décorée dans un style campagnard, cette escapade boisée offre une vue imprenable sur la montagne! Amplement d'espace pour 8 invités et deux animaux de compagnie. Ce chalet est adossé aux sentiers panoramiques et au parc Bluffs, idéal pour une promenade après le dîner, à quelques pas du foyer extérieur! La cheminée du coin salon est idéale pour une sieste agréable tandis que le porche et la vie en plein air vous attendent! Il y a 2 autres cottages à quelques portes qui pourraient être disponibles pour la famille et les amis.

Wonderful Property

This property was exactly as described. Easy to check in, house was very clean and easy to find and close to restaurants and stores. We loved the gated fence our dog enjoyed running around the backyard.

Perfect house for our stay

We had a quick get away with another couple and the house was warm and inviting. Loved the snack basket and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice and quiet neighborhood (we didn’t use the amenities).

Labor Day Get Away

The house is wonderful and has many desirable amenities, including a basket of goodies waiting for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could want for cooking for 5 people. The deck gave us a good view even though we couldn't see the lake. We all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Thank you!

Fantastic Property

This property is beautiful. Our family really enjoyed this location. The 4 star review for cleanliness was given due to us finding a contact lens on the shower floor, fake eyelashes around the house as well as a glass of what we assume was pop left over from a previous rental. Bill the property manager was extremely helpful and excellent to work with. Highly recommend!!

Quick staycation

Great staycation for 2 families. Host was very responsive with questions. Kids enjoyed the pools while adults enjoyed the restaurant / bar attached. House was very clean. Only incident we had was finding pacifiers under the pillows in the primary bedroom, which we addressed with the host. Host responded immediately stating he would counsel with the cleaning staff. Overall, a great time.

Lovely place and great location

Visited Jonestown in December for a wedding at Villa Antonia and was delighted by the convenient location while still being in a mostly secluded cabin. I cannot comment on the neighborhood amenities or other things you may be interested in doing if staying here for warm weather activities. You will enjoy relaxing on the back deck entertaining space, filled with lots of comfortable seating, while watching deer roam beyond the gate of the property. The house is spacious and filled with everything you need for a cozy stay. The garage is accessible to unload your vehicle and I saw kayaks I imagine can be used with other lake gear. Our dog enjoyed running around with ample space in the backyard which is fully fenced. It would be a welcome improvement for the owner to add lighting to the lower backyard entertaining space due to how dark it is, though they do have flashlights which I used for getting up or down the stairs. The property manager/host clearly put thought and effort into the many nice touches to bring you a great experience during your stay. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to when we come back to visit.

Not great

We only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights we paid for. The place is attractive enough at first but is uncomfortable, inconveniently located, no lake view or access, and no local restaurants other than pub food. The beds , especially the master are uncomfortable to the point that by the second night we gave up and drove home based on that and the other issues. The living furniture also was not great but at least you could sit in them for a 1/2 hour at a time and visit before your rear would fall asleep. No lake access with out driving at last 1/2 hour was a huge disappointment. Also no mention of not using the fire pits outside before renting was super disappointing. The other big problem is a total lack of restaurants in the area without driving at least 1/2 hour to the other side around the oasis area. I suppose this is an individual choice. For us we were not looking to cook or eat pub food all weekend which are the only two choices. Maybe individually we would have stuck it out for the 3 days. But all combined we decided against it. If the beds and living room furniture were replaced with something more tolerable it would be ok. We wish the advertising were more honest about the complete lack of outside meal choices, no fire pit allowed, and no lake access.

Clean, well maintained house

Property was just as described. Basic provisions provided by owner, and had cute welcome basket with snacks and goodies. No interaction with host was needed during our stay. Car rental is must in this area. House is near amenities but area is remote, with hills, twists and turns. I would love to come back to area/house.

Great, comfortable stay!

This cottage is wonderfully appointed. Nicer but more affordable than other options in the Hollows. Fully stocked, spacious kitchen. Very private porch, a lot of outdoor seating. Inside is open and spacious. Great bedrooms and baths. Garage is available to park cars which is a nice touch. The Hollows Beach Club is a very short drive and a great place to cool off. (This is a 3BR/2BA, not a 3BR/3BA. Description says space for 8 with 2 pets but property is listed max 6 guests and "no pets". Mattresses may need rotated, flipped, or replaced.)

Loved and enjoyed our vacation-a must visit!

Our family can’t wait to go back!! We loved our vacation, the home and neighborhood had exceeded our expectations. The owners truly care about their home and have thought of every little detail in making our stay pleasant. The views were amazing!! Our boys enjoyed exploring the outdoors, the park, trails and marina. The only reason we didn’t swim was because it was too cold. But the Beach Club and pools are nice! We saw raccoons, squirrels, deer and even a friendly fox! Can’t say enough about the home and the Hallows. We definitely will make this an annual vacation!
