Ce complexe en bord de mer est plein de plaisir avec la seule piscine extérieure avec un toboggan à Atlantic Beach. Il propose également une piscine intérieure, des courts de tennis et de basket-ball, un minigolf et un jeu de palets. Du plaisir pour toute la famille!

Cute condo, great amenities

This condo was perfect for me and my two teenagers. It had everything that we needed and the amenities on the property can't be beat. The check-in process was quick and smooth.

Love this resort!!

We’ve stayed at a APATB for a few years now… We LOVE the choice of an indoor or outdoor pool with water slide, the cute outdoor activities and quick access to the beach 🏝️ This particular unit had so many nice little extras… pool toys, floats, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, plenty of cooking utensils, etc. The owner was very thorough and the cute little notes, homemade paintings, available books were the perfect touch. See you next year ❤️

Excellent family fun

This property was everything we needed for our short weekend trip. It was very clean an convenient to the pool and beach access. The pool was wonderful for adults and kids alike. The kids loved the waterslide. The beach was also beautiful. The description online of this property is spot on. We really enjoyed ourselves. The only downside is you had no control over the thermostat. It was a NEST system which was locked out. In the evenings we did get warm even with fans on.

A Place at the Beach 108, July 23

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good place to be at with family for a week. The access to the beach is great and the pool is a great place for the kids to be with parents and family members. The room was a little smaller that expected but it is difficult to judge the size with pictures. Large enough to be at for the week. The floors were a little dirty. They would have needed scrubbing to be cleaner. However, understand due to dealing with sand from the beach. The complete "L" building was without water for most of a day due to a line break. Something that is not their fault but was an inconvenience. Was glad when it was repaired to take a shower. Was at the property about 7 years ago staying with family and was familiar with the facility. It was as remembered and in good shape through the years.

Excellent Family Vacation Venue

A Place at the Beach is the best condo property on the NC coast for families and our rented unit was very nice for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the beach and pool every day and especially the water slide. We took advantage of the propane grills, the kids playground and the mini-golf course - everything is included.

Relaxing vacation

What a great week for my family of 4. It was so relaxing. The condo was exactly as pictured. There were no problems and we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again and recommend this condo.

It has a great view of courtyard to watch kids play and it is close to exit of parking area so not much walking to room. The only drawback to the place is there is no counter space or cabinet space to put food. We had to move small appliances from counter out of room to create space to store food. Other than that, it was a very clean fun place for our family

So many fun amenities with the pools, mini golf, fire pit for s’mores. Close to parking area and washing machines as well as a new boardwalk to the beach. The kids loved the water slide at the pool. Definitely recommend this unit and resort. Lovely real estate agent helped me since I was unfamiliar with the area.

Review of A Place at the Beach 108

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this condo for 4 weeks. I checked into the condo on April 24 and the temperature in the condo was very uncomfortable. The condo had a NEST thermostat which I had no knowledge of how this thermostat worked. I googled the NEST thermostat and followed the directions that Siri gave me. The thermostat didn’t respond to anything that I tried to do to change the temperature. The property management employees were not much help with this thermostat and gave me the telephone number of the person that owned the condo and asked me to call this person. I noticed the thermostat had a LOCK symbol on it. The owner explained that he could control the thermostat from his house and had set the temperature to be what the temperature was outside. The owner took the lock off of the thermostat, but I was not having any luck getting the thermostat to lower the temperature in the condo. After a week of conversations with the property management employees and the owner, theowner contacted a air conditioning company. The air conditioning company came on 5/1/21 and determined that the compressor had to be replaced. The compressor was not repaired until 5/11/21. My husband and I were in this condo for 18 days and not able to control the temperature in the condo. The property management company offered to bring us fans to help cool the condo. When I asked about being moved to another condo getting some of my money refunded so I could find another condo to rent, the property management company said there were not any other condos available. I hope no one has to put up with this situation. I was refunded 5 days worth of compensation, and I had to call the property management company for two weeks to get this refund.

Great location and stay for the family!

Condo was updated enough and clean, maintained, as we enjoyed our stay at APATB for the week. Room was narrow, but still fine for our family of four, small children. Bring all of your necessities to make your stay most comfortable!!!
