Unit J is fully furnished with 2 Bedrooms, 1 King bed, 1 Bunk bed full over full, 2 bathroom(s), Fully equipped kitchen, Balcony , Washer and Dryer, Flat screen TVs, High speed wireless internet (WIFI) and an Outdoor shower(s) . Also included are beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. Southwinds -Atlantic Beach

We loved the condo at Southwinds. We had everything we needed and condo was very clean. The complex was also very well maintained. Beautiful beach and lovely area!

Amazing Beach Vacation

This is our Second time staying at this property and I’ve already booked a third. It is most definitely my favorite of all the properties we’ve stayed in over the past 11 years. I would stay here every trip if possible. The host is so nice and quick to respond. The condo is beautiful and super clean with everything we could possibly need during our stay. We love it here. Thank you so much as always for a perfect stay!

Love this beach

I love this beach because it doesn’t drop off really fast. So many boats to watch, also. Southwinds is a quiet community with some families with children, but not too awful many. The particular unit we stayed in is ground floor at the very front near the main highway. The location is perfect. Balcony is in the shade in the afternoon and we had a breeze there. The unit is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The owner is very generous and kind, and very responsive. I did notice the dampness in the air and a bit of an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner, but I have a sense of smell like a dog. Most people would never notice it.

Wonderful Mother Daughter Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The space and layout were perfect. It was quiet and clean. It really had everything we needed - supplies and the washer and dryer were an added bonus. The 2 pool options were great as well. We would love to come back!

Atlantic Beach Getaway

This is a comfortable, clean, and well-located apartment! Everything was perfect! We enjoyed walking on the beach, hiking the nature trails, exploring Fort Macon, birdwatching, and much more. Thanks for a great stay!

Winter beach trip

Family Vacation

I have rented numerous units at Southwinds over the years, but this unit was by far the nicest. Modern decor throuhout, very lovely. All you need to bring is your clothes & food. The host, Terry, provides galore amenitities.The unit has about everything. I highly recommend. EXCELLANT stay

Easy and excellent

This location provided exactly what we needed. Very close to the beach and reasonably priced. No issues with checking in and the description was spot on. Only heads up is the master bathroom is rather small; however, the other one was just right so not that big of a deal. Enjoyed our stay 100%

Great stay at beautiful property

This was one of our favorite properties so far. The location was perfect and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The beach is beautiful and accessible from the property. The home was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable and that’s always a huge plus to me because I have had several back surgeries and have a lot of difficulty finding beds that’s aren’t uncomfortable but this one was great! We will definitely rent here again in the future. Thank you again!

We traveled from Wisconsin, and were planning to purchase beach items. We were pleasantly surprised to realize this property had those items we were able to use. Location was good to walk down into the beach. Quiet and low traffic. We had a great time.

Summer vacation

Meet our expectations with a few extra’s in case anyone forgets anything. We even had the best view to watch fireworks on the forth of July. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The first floor unit was easy to access from the parking area. The unit was just like the listing clean, with a great beach vibe. The layout was great and the extras were amazing. Nicely stocked kitchen. Beach towels, chairs and etc. Would stay here again.

Great stay

Such a clean place and nice quiet location. It had so many things stocked for us and our kids loved the bunk bed room and the kids books. The community was nice and we liked that it had a pool nearby the unit as well as a pool and bathroom right close to the beach. The beach area was very nice too and less crowded then the rest of the stretch. Didn’t have any problems at all! Would definitely recommend!
