Great stay

Everything to do to enjoy your stay, pools were nice and clean. Rooms were clean. Lazy river was nice. Enjoyed the adult pool the most.

Amazing condo! Great view, COMFY BEDS

I was so glad I decided this was the place for us to stay for our vacation! The condo was spacious! Very clean and the beds were so comfortable! I have cancer in my back and have a hard time getting comfortable. I was glad the condo came with some cleaning supplies so it made our clean up at check out much easier. The o my thing I will say as a flaw was the sliding glass door was extremely difficult to open. But that was no biggie compared to all the other good. The condo has four pools. Inside heated pool, lazy river with slide, a big pool for families, and a pool strictly for adults with tanning chairs in the pool. There is a bar with food at the outdoor pools. I’ll definitely book again in this condo!

Parking issues

The only.problem we had was with parking. Since we were arriving from 4 different locations we had 4 vehicles. We were required to park extra vehicles 15 minutes awsy even though there was plenty of room.in the parking garage. Since we were a group of women and children, this was very inconvenient and a bit worrisome.

Great for families or groups!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely love to return! The location was very convenient and the amenities of the building were a huge plus! We had a change to our reservation and we were not able to check in online and understandably had to do it in person. The front desk staff for the building was not very welcoming and we did have to ask for clarification for several things before finally being directed to the Brett/Robinson desk. The Brett/Robinson front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming! The beach access was very simple to navigate and had multiple hoses to wash off which made it very convenient at the end of the day. We did have a couple of maintenance issues that were quickly resolved! (A shower was clogged, the ice machine had a maintenance light on, and the dryer was not drying) The dryer did take awhile to dry but we just planned for the extra time. The WiFi was kind of iffy throughout the day and was a lot slower at night, and only was completely out once. The check out process was very easy and simple! We cannot wait to be back and enjoy Orange Beach again!

A beach blessing

Well, I sent an email the morning I was driving in to make sure we were good to go because I had not receieved check in directives. i got an e-mail response that said good to go. Nothing else. We got there and the guard wanted our room number. He said you need a room number and then a key code to get into your room. i said yes thats what I usually get with a VRBO but they sent “good to go”. So after a long discussion the guard had us follow him up to the desk. No one was there. I was calling the numbers and the first person was not helpful. Said she cant help me. So I called another number and it seemed like the person was working from home and was bothered that I was calling. She gave me the room number and sent the key code. Why did I not get an email the day before or the day of arrival like every other VRBO?!? Anyway, we had to check in the next day and then things went well from there. Outstanding location. We will rerurn.

The condo itself was cleaned and spacious. Big plus that all rooms had restrooms. No issues booking and quick response when messaging property manager. Beach is walking distance and there are two pools and a lazy river which we enjoyed after the beach. The indoor pool was great for when it started raining. Cons: There is no service inside the condo and when connecting to wifi, sometimes it would disconnect so we couldn't watch TV. Little service when going to balcony. Front desk were not so inviting and for the price we paid for rent, parking passes should be included. The elevators took forever, there were lines for people to use them. We took stairs several times and we were in 9th floor. Yes, it was Father's Day weekend and probably more people were staying there than usual but some elevators were not working. One thing that really bothered us is that someone from maintenance went in to condo to fix a fan that we did not report and we were not made aware someone was going to go. No one was in condo at time person showed up, it just so happened that one of our guests went to drop something off that saw they were in the room. That was unacceptable. I am not sure if i would book again because of the inconveniences we had. The elevator is a big one because we have kids and its not fun having to go up or down stairs with kids plus things we take to pool or beach. The maintenance person going to the room and no one letting us know made us not feel safe.

Overall Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and accommodated our party of 8 well. There were a few aspects of the condo that were less than desirable. However these were strongly outnumbered by its pros, but I figured I might as well bring attention to the non ideal aspects. First off, the beds are dated and not very comfortable, they are noticeably worn, and the beds squeak loudly just from causal movement or when simply getting into or out of them. This is true for all beds in the condo. Secondly, the ceiling fan in one of the bathrooms did not work, we had maintenance come by and they said it would be several weeks until fixed. Nothing major but worth noting. Thirdly, several light bulbs were burnt throughout the condo, making the lighting throughout very poor. The ceiling fan mentioned was also out of a bulb as well as the one in another bedroom. At least one bulb was burnt in each bathroom above the vanities. A bulb was also burnt above one of the tubs. Lastly, two blankets that were grabbed from the closets were noticeably dirty and perhaps not washed. Also, the master bed contained a few hairs upon arrival as well as some sand. I know this is near impossible to avoid at the beach, regardless of the level of quality provided by the cleaning staff. The amount of sand was minimal but apparent. Also worth mentioning, the AC temp was never able to get below 68 even when set to 67 for over 24 hours, this was with much effort being focused on ensuring the balcony remained completely closed.
