Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Cette unité est parfaitement située au 9ème étage où vous pouvez vous garer à quelques pas de la porte de l'unité et éviter les ascenseurs !!!


Soyez le premier à vous détendre et à profiter de votre séjour dans ce condo de trois chambres, quatre salles de bains, joliment décoré et décoré avec professionnalisme. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée lors de la décoration de ce condo, avec un téléviseur HD 60 '' dans le salon, un 55 '' dans le maître, 48 '' dans la 2ème chambre et 48 '' dans la troisième chambre.



En entrant, vous ne pouvez pas vous empêcher de laisser échapper un soupir et de laisser aller vos soucis pendant que vous vous détendez dans ce condo de 2000 pieds carrés. Le salon faisant face à la plage a des fenêtres du sol au plafond et des vues à couper le souffle. Appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine. Un bar et une machine à glaçons rehausseront toutes les fêtes. Le grand balcon offre une vue incroyable sur les vagues et la plage.



La chambre principale du condo a un lit king size, la 2ème chambre a deux reines et la 3ème chambre a un lit king size. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon pouvant accueillir 10 personnes.



Pour votre commodité, nous avons installé une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous, votre famille et vos amis, ne soyez pas obligés de garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Nous avons également l'unité 3br juste 4 condos sur le même étage !!



Profitez d'une baignade dans la grande rivière paresseuse pendant que les enfants passent des heures à profiter du toboggan aquatique. La piscine intérieure chauffée est parfaite pour les journées les plus fraîches. Près de la piscine intérieure, vous trouverez une grande salle d’exercice ultramoderne. Vous avez un parking couvert dans le garage.



Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 28 $ par véhicule. Quelque soit l’unité louée chez Phoenix West II, vous pouvez acheter jusqu’à deux laissez-passer de stationnement. La réception vous vendra des laissez-passer supplémentaires en fonction de l’occupation du complexe pendant votre séjour. Ne vous attendez pas à ce que la réception vende des laissez-passer supplémentaires la saison d'été.

The view was great, we loved having the option of the lazy river and the beach. The 9th floor was perfect, we didn't have to wait on elevators too long. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay! We will do it again.

Over all satisfied with our stay and would return. Only minors complaints were upon arrival it was obvious the floor had not been mopped. Feet/socks that were clean were soon dirty so that was disappointing. The cord situation is definitely a tripping hazard in the living area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The condo was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We've stayed in several units in this building and this was our favorite. Parking on the 9th floor made it very easy to load and unload our groceries and bags. We will definitely be back!

My only recommendation is for maybe different bed frames as the ones in the two front rooms were quite squeaky and curtains in those rooms as well as the shutters let it a lot of light from the hall. That being said, I would stay there again.

A Great Place for kids and grand kids!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our 2 kids and spouses and 3 grandchildren and enjoyed every minute! My family loved the beach, lazy river and pools. The condo is large and perfect for families. The TVs are smart so at night we had our choice of network, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. We even used the TV to browse the web. Note, there are 5 remotes in the living room but we figured them out no problem (hint: the small one is for the sound bar:) WiFi hooked up without a hitch. The kitchen is nicely furnished - my son had no problem cooking a big pot of jambalaya. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, not firm, felt like a pillow top mattress (I brought my own pillow so I can't comment on the furnished pillows). Also, we had absolutely no issues with the elevators (there are six of them) - never had the wait for more than 30 seconds. One downside is the ATT cell service is not great at the Phoenix West II. My son's Verizon phone worked better. We ended up using WiFi calling and texting which worked well.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 908 at Phoenix West II and had an amazing time. First, the unit was extremely clean, well stocked and easily fit the 9 people in our party. The living room/dining room/kitchen area was spacious enough we never felt we were on top of each other. The balcony is large and has ample seating. The view was PERFECT. We were able to see the pool area as well as the ocean. We grilled out one night and the grills were very convenient. The property has plenty of amenities like tennis courts, cornhole, shuffle board was a huge hit for our party, huge super soft beach and basketball. The other thing we really loved about this vacation resort was where it was located. We were within 4 minutes of the grocery store, pier, Gulf Shores and within 8 minutes for the popular "Hangout and Florabama" bars. We loved it so much we already are planning on a trip back this year. You can not go wrong staying here. The final thing I will mention is how great the staff at the Resort was to us. They were extremely polite, and always available. The owner of this unit was very responsive, easy to work with and even made sure we had a blow up mattress ready for us when we got there which we didn't end up needing. Great Vacation!

We loved being able to be in the kitchen and looking out to the water. The condo was very clean, and when we had a minor issue with the microwave not working, they were very prompt to bring us a loaner and place an order for a new one once they realized the one in the condo had gone out. Will definitely be back!
