Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Cette unité est parfaitement située au 9ème étage où vous pouvez vous garer à quelques pas de la porte de l'unité et éviter les ascenseurs !!!

Soyez le premier à vous détendre et à profiter de votre séjour dans ce condo de trois chambres, quatre salles de bains, joliment décoré et décoré avec professionnalisme. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée lors de la décoration de ce condo, avec un téléviseur HD 60 '' dans le salon, un 55 '' dans le maître, 48 '' dans la 2ème chambre et 48 '' dans la troisième chambre.

En entrant, vous ne pouvez pas vous empêcher de laisser échapper un soupir et de laisser aller vos soucis pendant que vous vous détendez dans ce condo de 2000 pieds carrés. Le salon faisant face à la plage a des fenêtres du sol au plafond et des vues à couper le souffle. Appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine. Un bar et une machine à glaçons rehausseront toutes les fêtes. Le grand balcon offre une vue incroyable sur les vagues et la plage.

La chambre principale du condo a un lit king size, la 2ème chambre a deux reines et la 3ème chambre a un lit king size. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon pouvant accueillir 10 personnes.

Pour votre commodité, nous avons installé une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous, votre famille et vos amis, ne soyez pas obligés de garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Nous avons également l'unité 3br juste 4 condos sur le même étage !!

Profitez d'une baignade dans la grande rivière paresseuse pendant que les enfants passent des heures à profiter du toboggan aquatique. La piscine intérieure chauffée est parfaite pour les journées les plus fraîches. Près de la piscine intérieure, vous trouverez une grande salle d’exercice ultramoderne. Vous avez un parking couvert dans le garage.

Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 28 $ par véhicule. Quelque soit l’unité louée chez Phoenix West II, vous pouvez acheter jusqu’à deux laissez-passer de stationnement. La réception vous vendra des laissez-passer supplémentaires en fonction de l’occupation du complexe pendant votre séjour. Ne vous attendez pas à ce que la réception vende des laissez-passer supplémentaires la saison d'été.

Over all satisfied with our stay and would return. Only minors complaints were upon arrival it was obvious the floor had not been mopped. Feet/socks that were clean were soon dirty so that was disappointing. The cord situation is definitely a tripping hazard in the living area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We loved being able to be in the kitchen and looking out to the water. The condo was very clean, and when we had a minor issue with the microwave not working, they were very prompt to bring us a loaner and place an order for a new one once they realized the one in the condo had gone out. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Orange Beach.. the weather was wonderful.. there was a problem with the original condo, but everything was taken care of, and we were able to have a different condo.. We will definitely be back

Great Beach Vacay Property

Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Phoenix properties in Orange Beach and this condo was a great example: right on the beach, several pool options, parking garage, secure property. Management was prompt to replace a light bulb, no other issues during our stay. The master suite is fabulous - so much room! And it was a bonus to have a full bath in the hall. Other bedrooms also had full baths. We spent time on the balcony watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. Condo was clean, furnishings nice, and kitchen stocked with everything you would need. We would stay here again.

The tv in the family room kept freezing or the screen would go black. only a few floors of the parking garage were available for use due to concrete maintenance and painting. The dust and odors in the garage were very bad.

Condo was fantastic - we will be back!

The condo was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We've stayed in several units in this building and this was our favorite. Parking on the 9th floor made it very easy to load and unload our groceries and bags. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described. Spacious and clean. We had beautiful views of the sunrise from the balcony. Parking was easy and the elevators were speedy. The only downside was the outside pool area. Some chairs were coming apart, the pool was dirty every day and the lazy river floor and sides had some sort of algae or something frowning. We just avoided it and stayed at the beach.

Wonderful Experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me, my husband, our 2 year old, my parents, my sister and her husband, all stayed here for 3 nights. We had plenty of room and absolutely loved our time here! Overall, the condo was clean and well equipped. I loved that every bedroom had a bathroom, as well as a hall bathroom. Our 2 year old was able to sleep in his pack and play in the master closet because it was huge and had its own air vent. So he was able to sleep very well during this trip! The view to the beach is great. We loved the pool and lazy river and our son loved the splash pad for kids. It was a little difficult dealing with the armbands that you are supposed to wear at all times.
