My family stayed here and we highly recommend it. Great condo complex with lots to do- ping pong, pickleball, swimming pools, air hockey, hot tubs and fitness center. Condo had 4 bathrooms and they were huge! Hot water and high pressure to wash off the sand. 3 large bedrooms and a comfy sectional sofa. The dining table held 6 chairs(could have been more) for our family lunches. I drank coffee on the balcony, no ocean view, but the view was decent. The best part was the ice maker and beverage fridge in the wet bar. Unlimited ice- nice to fill up our water bottles for the beach day! I made breakfast and lunch everyday and the kitchen was sufficient. Could have used a cookie sheet, but I made do. Parking was easy and with 6 elevators, you never waited too long. We will stay here again!
The property and facilities are top notch the addition of the adult pool bar and grill is very nice. The beds are comfortable although the master has a very tall bed and needs a stool if you are older which is not provided. In the drop down providing a description of the property it says all properties at this location have a beautiful Gulf view and this is simply not the case. This property looks North. The view is trees, the street and a couple of small coastal lakes. It has quite a bit of street noise. If you stand on your tip toes about midway across the balcony you get a glimpse of the Gulf. This was very sad for us because we had an 87 year old and an 85year old who really have problems walking to the beach. Please correct this description. Other disappointing things were, our brand new chairs were stolen out of the chair corral the second night. Several other guests had the same happen that night and security was unable to find film footage to determine who took them. One of the ladies at the front desk was incredibly rude every time you talked to her, I have no idea why she continues to work customer service if she hates people so much. She was that way to everyone, we had 4 condos rented with 32 people staying this week. We are from Pensacola and had family drive over for the day to visit. There is no visitor parking. The were told to park across the street and walk over or pay $60. It was all very problematic. Since one has a heart condition.
