Check-In: 4 PM



Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle. Before arrival, you will receive an email from VRPAccess with a link to complete vehicle registration and parking payment in the guest portal.



Rental Agreement: Must be signed with photo ID uploaded within 72 hours of booking.





✅ SEASONAL MAINTENANCE NOTICE



The Oasis at Orange Beach performs routine maintenance from late fall through winter (typically September - February). During this time, some amenities may be temporarily closed for repairs or seasonal upkeep. We typically try to update the page as soon as we are notified by the HOA. The indoor pool is typically open for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holidays. This is standard for Gulf Shores and Orange Beach resorts, and the host has no control over these schedules.
