We enjoyed the rustic charm of the cabin and watching deer from the porch. The cabin was well stocked with the essentials and the hosts were on site if we needed anything. Will definitely be staying here again.

The cabin was beautiful! It had everything we needed, and the hosts were really wonderful. It’s a great place to book when you want to get to several hill country destinations while still feeling like you’re away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I would definitely book this place again!

I have stayed in many places but this by far was the most wonderful experience! The hosts were kind, personable, and so quick to help. They go way above and beyond to make your stay special by leaving a bottle of wine to enjoy on one of the most peaceful back porches.Their place is so peaceful you almost never want to leave their property to go anywhere else. I would recommend to anyone.Thank you so much for giving us such a relaxing place to stay and by just being exceptionally kind people.

Very secluded and welcoming. We had an amazing stay at this cabin. It is close to places for food or supplies and it is nestled in the cedar and slopes for a private feeling getaway. I will definitely stay again

The hosts were wonderful, we had a big ice storm and they checked in to make sure we were ok, even dropping off extra space heater just in case. The cabin and grounds were safe, comfortable, and private.

Our Stoney Porch Stay was GREAT, this was out 6th. year to stay here to regenerate for the New Year. It's a very relaxing place to stay and I would encourage anyone to visit this quiet relaxing cabin. The host are wonderful and provide the a very relaxing atmosphere. My wife and I have already booked for next year. Enjoy your stay here.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. Kathi and Dan were incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy, the amenities were everything we needed, the location was ideal, and overall it was an excellent stay. We especially enjoyed the Christmas decorations and how the cabin smells like cedar when you first walk in. We would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone else interested!

Robert and his wife were wonderful guests. A host cannot ask for anything more as communication was great; care of the cabin was perfect; the cabin was left in ideal condition. Equally important, Robert and his wife are very polite, nice people.

Perfect cabin for a quiet retreat

The property was exactly as advertised and a great place to spend a weekend! The back porch was a peaceful spot to watch the deer each morning and evening.

This place is a little piece of heaven if you're wanting to disconnect from the busy world. The cabin was actually, better than advertised!!The check in process was very easy and the owners are very quick to repond and communicate. Will definitely stay there again!
