Great condo and location

Nicely updated condo with everything needed. Good location for skiing, about 5 block walk to snowflake lift. The community pool and hot tubs are great - a block away. The hot tub on the deck is a great bonus! Great updates/communication from rental property. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

Location is far enough away from Main Street, but not too far (5 minute walk). Well equipped with grill, hot tub, washer/dryer, etc. WiFi is the only downside. Worked well on the main floor, but not upstairs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me start with the wonderful location. We have stayed in a VRBO before in Breck located close to Peak 8 but this location was wonderful. Walking to Main St and being so close to the market made the trip even better. The condo is nicely decorated.Here are my dislikes. While overall the condo was clean the showers still had hair in the drains as well as the beds. Very limited with the towels. We found ourselves doing laundry on a daily basis. Which brings me to the need for a laundry basket. Laundry is on the ground floor and beds are two floors up. The kitchen appliances were new and in great shape. But there were only 2 hand towels. 1/3 of the cabinets in the kitchen were locked for Owner Storage which left us to store the majority of our food on the countertops. Here was our main issue. The hot tub. Its not mentioned anywhere on the listing but this is a 2 person hot tub maybe 3 if you don't mind someone sitting on your lap. Disappointing when you have a group of 7.

Nice remodeled townhome in great location, but lacking in areas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of this unit was great; it was a short walk to various ski lifts and into town. The community hot tub/pool is also a short walk from the unit. The appliances were top notch and accommodated two families well. Plenty of hot water for 4 teenage girls, and the bathrooms were large. The hot tub is pretty small (two, maybe three at most will fit). That information would have been nice to know on the description of the townhome. Sleeping was uncomfortable (at least for the adults). The pillows need some attention (either too lumpy or too flat) and our room was very stuffy with no ceiling fan (even opened one window, and while cooled down some it still felt stuffy). I ended sleeping on the couch in living room while my daughter took the sofa bed as the living room has a ceiling fan. We could not find sheets for the sofa bed however. Had to make an additional runs to store to pick up items we thought would have been included with the rental unit (e.g. sponge for cleaning dishes). We could not find a vacuum in the unit to clean some messes from the kids and use for packing vacuum bags (lots of locked closets and cabinets that may be hiding a vacuum). Wifi was good and was able to stream movies, download apps/games, etc. with no issues.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. Comfortable spaces. Had an issue and reached out and the property manager was very accommodating. The upstairs bedrooms (bunk and queen room) have Jack and Jill bathroom. Garage space is narrow for a minivan. Had to pull in our side mirrors for the van to fit.

Family Stay at Chimney Ridge 507 Lupine Townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very much as described. We had enough space for our family with plenty of seating in the dining and living room. There were adequate towels and closet space. The kitchen was very well-stocked.The location was what we expected. We could walk to town, walk to the lifts, and walk to the pool. The street was very quiet and we had outdoor parking plus a garage space. The only downside to our stay was that the in-unit hot tub did not work. I reached out right away when I realized the hot tub was luke warm and that the jets weren't working. A maintenance tech was sent out the next day and determined that the pump in the hot tub was dead. The response was quick and helpful but it was very disappointing that we were unknowingly unable to utilize the hot tub on site and that they didn't indicate when or if they'd be able to fix it or not. Aside from the hot tub, the stay was great and we always enjoy visiting Breckenridge.

Perfect Stay in Breck with our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the home and having our own driveway/entrance. The townhome was big enough for 5 adults to have plenty of space. We enjoyed the short walk to town each morning for coffee and our daily trips to shop. It is also perfectly located within walking distance of many nearby hiking trails. We loved being able to walk from the townhome to the trailhead - must do Sawmill Reservoir. The kitchen was well stocked for making small meals. We took advantage of the Village Pool- short walk from the condo and enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We made lots of great memories and would highly recommend. Breckenridge is a great family destination and the townhome was perfectly located so we could easily enjoy all the outdoor summer activities. Everyone in our group loved the free BrekConnect Gondola to the top of the peak. I would suggest adding a few fans to help circulate the air. Would highly recommend and go back in the future. The location is absolutely perfect and the biggest perk.

Better than pictured!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was. The layout is perfect and there is plenty of room to comfortably fit guests. We loved the hot tub and everything is nicely updated. We had a wonderful stay with our friends and would definitely come back next time.

Chimney Ridge 507

Rented for a gal pal week in early August. Lovely townhouse within easy walking distance of Main Street & the gondola. Recently remodeled with quality materials. Small hot tub on the deck & access to a pool within walking distance. 3 full baths. The only downsides: way too many locked owners' closets including the main closet in the master bedroom & the pantry area in the kitchen, lots of family photos all over (I have never seen this in a condo/townhome previously), half of 2nd bedroom closet was stuffed with old furniture, top drawer in master was full of odd knickknacks, very small dusty decks with only 1 plastic chair on each, needed more hand towels & wash clothes (not even 1 each for the 5 of us). The downsides were not major items, but could & should be remedied. There is plenty of room in the garage for more locked storage for the owners. It is a lovely property and well-maintained.

Lovely and great location

We were very happy with our stay. The townhome is well appointed and located so you don't really need to drive anywhere. Perfect spot for an activity filled stay in Breckenridge.

This property is walking distance to Main Street and mountain trails. The property is family owned, so much better stocked than other VRBOs. On-site laundry was nice, but front loader washer was a little musty. Overall, we would recommend the townhouse for your next stay.

The condo was well appointed and in a great location to town and mountain base (both walkable). The hot tub was not working from the get go and it seemed like they knew about it and didn’t tell us. We got there on Saturday night and the next day when we noticed it I notified them. I called a few times during the week and the maintenance crew came Friday (unbeknownst to us) and it was fixed. Only knew it was fixed because my husband went and checked it. They did provide a refund but not enough to make it worth it. After a long day of skiing, our family enjoys the use of a hot tub. Very unfortunate and some things out of their control, but I was upset they didn’t let us know up front and that it took 5 days to get anyone out there.
