Bienvenue à Mountain View Lodge # 14!
Ce condo est flambant neuf sur le marché de la location!
Ce condo lumineux et lumineux offre 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain avec mezzanine et est idéalement situé près de Sharc et du Village Mall.
Profitez de la vue magnifique sur le parcours de golf lorsque vous choisissez de séjourner dans cette retraite ouverte et aérée.
Les plafonds voûtés à la languette et au sillon font de ce condo un véritable succès!

La chambre principale se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et comprend un nouveau lit queen-size et des draps modernes et mis à jour, ainsi qu'une télévision / un lecteur DVD pour regarder des films et un double placard pour ranger vos objets.
En haut de l'escalier, vous trouverez une mezzanine spacieuse dotée de 2 lits jumeaux.

Au rez-de-chaussée, la salle de bain complète comprend un ensemble douche / baignoire avec une bordure carrelée et une enceinte en verre.

Le salon inférieur a un plan d'étage ouvert avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, qui donne sur le salon et la vue sur le parcours de golf depuis la porte patio coulissante qui mène à l'espace du pont.
Le salon dispose de sièges confortables, d’un beau foyer à gaz pour les nuits fraîches de Sunriver et d’une télévision à écran plat.
La salle à manger est également dans cet espace ouvert avec des sièges pour 4 et la table offre également la vue imprenable depuis la porte coulissante en verre patio.

La terrasse extérieure est une évasion sereine avec un banc intégré, idéal pour lire, observer les oiseaux ou tout simplement se détendre et faire une pause.
Les vues sur le parcours de golf depuis le pont sont à couper le souffle et un paradis pour les stargazers la nuit.
Il y a aussi un barbecue à gaz pour préparer des plats préférés de la famille ou un dîner romantique avec une vue magnifique.

Nice little Condo

Thankfully it wasn’t extremely hot as it cooled down in the evenings so we could open windows. Unit doesn’t have A/C but has 2 fans to help cool down. It was great for our family being so close to the SHARC. Definitely a plus to have SHARC passes.

Beautiful condo in a Perfect Location

Location was perfect. View of the golf course from the deck and SHARC is across the street (passes available with the rental) . Can't get any better than that. The village is a short bike ride/walk away. Very quiet and peaceful. Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds with a beautiful new full bathroom-very convenient. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. The condo was clean and airy with a lot of natural sunlight. The owners are very nice people who are very receptive to hearing feedback to help enhance the experience of anyone staying at their rental. We will definitely rent this condo the next time we visit Sunriver.

Good for one couple + friend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is tiny but fine for one couple. My sister stayed one night in the upstairs loft, which is where the second bathroom is. Note that the downstairs bedroom is a queen bed. Very centrally located. The view to the golf course was nice. Nice deck furniture, which is NOT pictured in the rental listing. SHARK passes are included but we did not use them. It is a short walk away.

Perfect Sunriver location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year staying MVL14 after staying at several other Sunset Properties locations. Perfectly situated near the SHARC and easy access to the Village and bike paths. Nice view of Mt.Bachelor and sunsets over the golf course. As my mother used to say, it has a "one butt kitchen" requiring some gymnastics to wash and load dishes, but it's fine for a few days. The full bath is adequate but your showers are limited by how slow the tub drains. No air conditioning or ceiling fans in the unit, which is fine in June or July when the evenings cool down enough to make sleeping comfortable. I'm going to book this location again.

Great Condo and Location

Very nice condo and great location in SunRiver. Close to Sharc and Village. The condo is stocked and maintained well. The loft is great...very bright and roomy. No A/C but there were fans which kept it comfortable. The back patio is very relaxing and has great views of the golf course...however you don't feel like you are right on the course which is nice. The unit offers SHARC passes which is a really nice benefit. We were unable to use them due to smoke closure and capacity limits. It would have been nice to visit the SHARC but it was not a priority for us. If this is a priority for your family I encourage getting there early and planning your visit. Also, bring your own beach towels. Overall, this was a great condo and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm a long time visitor to Sunriver. This was the first time at this property. It's across the street from the SHARC, which my teenage son loved. We could hear one night the music coming from the concert, but not in an obnoxious way. It's a 7-8 min walk to the village and we enjoyed close proximity to the observatory, nature center and marina. The property is well-stocked, though next time I will be bringing my own supply of TP! It was worse than sandpaper. There is no a/c in the unit, but opening the loft windows at night kept everything comfortable (in late June). Would definitely book this location again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in a great location. SHARC across the bike path and golf course out the backyard. Rental was clean and had all amenities we needed. The condo does come with two bikes, however, one bike is not really usable unless you’re comfortable riding a bike around that doesn’t have brakes. There are only two chairs on the patios with cushions. The other two chairs are really hard metal with no cushions. We brought extra chairs for that reason. There is no shade in the afternoon on the back patio. Plenty of passes for SHARC. Decent cooking supplies, one big fan and a smaller one upstairs.

Simple, clean, good location

Reviewer Comments: We were there for a wedding with lots of family and wanted a place nearby where we could get some rest and quiet between activities and adjusting to a time change. Unfortunately, there was construction immediately outside our door for two of the days - our entire place was shaking with the equipment and too much noise for a nap. Disappointing. Everything else was great.

Great location! Beautiful and quiet setting but uncomfy bed.

We had a great stay at this location and loved being so close to everything Sunriver has to offer. The passes to get into SHARC was a huge bonus for us plus it's directly across the street which was so convenient. My only complaint is that the queen bed in the downstairs bedroom was massively uncomfortable and none of the beds had mattress protectors on them so you could smell scent of the hundreds of people that have been absorbed into the mattress over the years- ew. If you have 2 people sleeping in the bed, you will both be rolling into the middle of the sag. Good quality sleep each night can make or break a vacation and it's worth investing in a good quality mattress for the guests. We probably won't be booking this location again for next year solely based on that but would love to if they upgrade the bed situation :)

The perfect spot for a working vacation...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed in #14 for a week just before Labor Day weekend, and it was the perfect fit for us. The location allowed us to be able to stay close to family, and the condo itself was equipped with every amenity we needed, plus some. My wife used the WiFi in order to work remotely during the week, and the connection was reliable and fast. We really enjoyed our stay and we would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic family location

We had so much fun exploring bike trails and village and swimming at the SHARC. Property was as described and check in/check out was easy and seamless. We texted a few questions in advance and had and answer within about an hour from the management company. Only notes would be to bring your own beach towels for River/water play. The condo had plenty of bath towels but we didn’t want to get those dirty. Might also bro g your own shampoo/conditioner (shampoo was provided but no conditioner). Overall a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to go back!

We had a nice stay here with our family of four. It's the perfect size for a party of this size. We appreciated the close proximity to SHARC and the village.

Everythings was 'as advertised' Great location, right across from SHARC. (Only improvement suggestion: Ceiling Fans) Beautiful setting and very quiet!
