Profitez de rester dans cette maison de 4 chambres dans une communauté fermée à distance de marche de l'une des piscines partagées dans le complexe qui est chauffé pendant les mois d'hiver. Le grand espace de vie ouvert offre de nombreux sièges avec télévision, câble et Wifi. La cuisine complète répondra à vos besoins culinaires avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et d'appareils en acier inoxydable, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles, cafetière, grille-pain et mixeur. Rassemblez-vous à la table pour 8 personnes. Il y a aussi une demi-baignoire et une machine à laver / sèche-linge au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée se trouve hors du salon (BR1) et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision et d'une pièce pour vos vêtements de plage avec une salle de bains privative. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez une autre chambre principale (BR2) dotée d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision et d'une salle de bains privative. Les chambres d'amis à l'étage (BR3) et (BR4) disposent toutes deux de 2 lits doubles et partagent une salle de bains. Cette propriété dispose d'un garage pouvant accueillir 2 voitures et d'un parking pour 2 personnes dans l'allée. Village Walk est un court trajet en voiture ou en voiturette de golf de la plage.

Absolutely loved this place

Family Beach Staycation from San Antonio

We stayed here for 3 nights. My sisters family and my family, 8 of us total. The house was beautifully decorated , comfortable, and more than enough room for the eight of us. The house was in a great location and we couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely rent this house again.

The property is stellar, and we would definitely stay again. It's gorgeous and has all the cooking utensils and perks you might want. My biggest complaint is the management company's communication. It was really disappointing, and it's a shame because it taints your stay. They went for months without replying to my questions, and when they did finally reply, they were unhelpful.

Great Beach House

House was perfect! Everything was easily accessible and everything we needed was there. The kids enjoyed the game room and all the beach toys came in so handy! The community is nice and the pool was just steps away from the house! If we return to Port Aransas we will definitely book this house again!

Paradise Perfection

This was our second stay in Life in Paradise. The house is perfect for family. Our daughter Nicole wanted to celebrate her graduation With Friends. From the location one block away from the beach to amenities within the house,foosball table, putting green in backyard patio it was Perfection beyond words.

We enjoyed the property and access to the beach was relatively easy.

Great home but there was a lot of traffic inside the complex. Itself. Several golf carts with teens driving make for an Interesting commute to and from the beach.

Family Fun

Overall, nice house, well located and convenient to beach with a golf cart. We could see the effort made by the owners to ensure a nice stay for all with lots of options in the house and sleeping arrangements for all. Very well laid out. We stayed at the end of the summer push so it was noted that the house was in need for a deep cleaning but understandable given the timeframe. Overall, we would recommend to others.

Excellent Beach Vacation!

Perfect location and beautiful home. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The home was outfitted with everything we needed and even some perks we enjoyed so much like corn hole and a putting green. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can leave your tongs at home! We had a slow draining tub and shower upstairs and one text was all that was necessary for them to send maintenance out within 90 mins. Very, very excellent stay! Highly recommended!!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful situated in the heart of Port Aransas. Close to shopping eating and churches. About a mile drive to the beach. He's slightly misunderstood how far it was from the nearest beach, but as long as you don't mind jumping in a vehicle or a golf cart to get there then it's all good. The home itself was pretty well appointed. You may want to bring some disposable plates and cups depending on your party size and how long you're staying. Overall we greatly enjoyed this beautiful home.

Bed Bugs in the Bunk room

We would have enjoyed our stay had we not discovered bed bugs in the bunk room where our children slept. The property management was very accommodating and we were fortunate to be moved to another house since it was a sold out weekend but we still lost half of day of beach and pool time getting moved midway through our stay.

The property underwent a through treatment to ensure the complete eradication of any pest, and we also arranged for your accommodations in another property to minimize any inconvenience. This issue has been resolved and eliminated from the property. The comfort and well being of our guest are our top priorities, and we regret that your stay fell short of the high standards we strive to maintain. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout this process. Unfortunately, even in the cleanest of spaces, bed bugs can find their way in by hitchhiking from other homes, guest or items. Bed bugs are notorious hitchhikers. They can latch onto clothing , luggage or used furniture and hitch a ride into a new environment, including clean rental properties such as this one. This was the first occasion for this property and was handled seriously. We are committed to ensuring that all our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, and we will continue to take proactive measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. We love Port A!

We love Port A and this house was perfect for our family! We had 7 people and we had plenty of space. We loved having a master bedroom downstairs for my parents who have a harder time with stairs. The house is decorated so well! It is tasteful and beachy, creating the perfect vacation vibe! We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of right away. It would have been nice to have some more comfortable seating in the tv area. If we could order perfect weather with this house it would be the best!

Perfect combo of fun and relaxation

We came with my family of 6 and my friend’s family of 4. There was plenty of space for sleeping and privacy. Bedrooms were well spaced and 3.5 bathrooms was nice to have with that many people. The one “complaint” I have is that I don’t feel like it was properly stated that there is no walking access to the beach. Beach was close, just had to drive to get to it. But overall, we had a GREAT time. Kids loved the game room. Wonderful outdoor space. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Spring Break

Walked in and it all looked even better than the pictures. Gorgeous!! Had 3 families there with 6 kids ranging from 6 months-12 years old. They loved the bunk room, outdoor area and game room/garage. Had extra beach toys and plenty of essentials for our stay. Was able to check us in over text an hour early. Can’t wait to get back this summer. Definitely checking to to see what dates are available! Only complaint...but not that big of one...was the fridge never got really cold. We didn’t touch the temp on it as instructed but may need a newer model

Thank you for the review. We let our housekeeping manager know about the fridge. Sometimes they do that so it won't freeze up the motor. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your return to the island.

We had a great weekend.

The house is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed it and definitely would stay there again, however, everyone agreed they want beach access next time. The beach is a 5 minute drive away, so very close…. But beach access would be preferred next time for bathroom/food convenience. Here are the negatives for us: the house is not insulated at all so we heard every little sound going on downstairs and upstairs at night. Remotes are confusing. 5 remotes in the living room alone. The bedrooms, forget it, you’ll never figure out how to turn those TVs on. The garage (game room) is hot because no AC. So we played in there but for very short spans. Thanks for providing beach toys, so convenient! The living room space is tiny. The furniture is very small. The backyard space is tiny and hard to even navigate around in. We didn’t use that space at all because of how small it is. Master bathroom shower is beautiful but has very low water pressure. The pool was very clean and kids loved it. Refrigerator worked great for us and very cold. Kitchen well stocked with all the “little things” you need. Again, I’m giving the property 5 stars because we really think this is a great rental!! My comments above are just things I would want to read and be aware of. Thank you for sharing this home with us, we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful stay just minutes from the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay here! It was a beautiful property with beautiful decor. Our kids really loved picking their room upstairs and loved the monstera wallpaper. Kitchen was fully stocked for any cookouts you may want to do. The shared pool is just a quick few steps out the front door with beautiful landscaping. We rented a golf cart for our stay and easily popped in and out of our rental property during our beach days and touring the city. I wouldn't decrease stars for this but...the remotes for the TV were hard to navigate. I got the living room tv to finally work but could never figure out how to work the bedroom ones...we ended up just casting to those tvs from our phones. Other than that 10 out of 10!

Fabulous!

We loved this house and the community. The pool was great and the kids used it several times. This was our first time using Life in Paradise and they were very helpful! We enjoyed it and would go back again. :)
