We had a great time at the cabin! It is conveniently located close to downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to hiking trails. The check in process and travel guide provided by the host made navigating our first time in the Smoky Mountains easy. We truly enjoyed our stay.

While there we saw bears almost every day! It was amazing. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We loved playing music while swimming. The projector was super easy to use. And the pots and pans were wonderful quality to use while there.

Our favorite house in Gatlinburg! We will be back! The management company was great to communicate with and the house is even better than the pictures show! We loved every second of it and only wish we could have stayed longer. We saw bears multiple times every day and we just absolutely loved everything about this place!

This is our second time staying at this property and once again, we were very happy with our stay! The house is always clean, there is plenty of amenities to get you through your stay and it is in a great location to downtown Gatlinburg! We even saw a mama bear and her two cubs right outside of our cabin one day, which was very exciting! The only downside I would say is that the indoor pool downstairs was not as warm as stated it would be and as I remembered. Also, the last time we stayed, there were colored lights in the pool that made for an awesome effect at night, which were not working this time around (but that was not a big deal at all). Overall, we loved our stay and would highly reccommend this property to anyone!

Cabin was well stocked and in a convenient area. The pool and hot tub were nice to have, especially the pool on the hot summer days. The area was quiet but easily accessible to the major areas. Also very easy access to the Greenbrier restaurant, which is worth a visit while staying here.

This cabin was beyond amazing!! We had such a great time and the cabin exceeded our expectations! We have two teenagers that we traveled with and they loved it as much as we did. The pool and hot tub were amazing along! Will definitely stay again!

First, I would like to thank the host for their prompt communication. The property was immaculate. The pictures are accurate but the property is more impressive in person. My 12 year old daughter gave her stamp of approval as soon as we entered the premises. We look forward to renting again in the near future.P.s I actually got to see a mother black bear with 2 cubs.

Everything was GREAT! When i had a queation, I texted the mgmt and they responded so quick. The pool was clean and ready to use. The deck was perfect for sitting in the evening. Very easy to get to all the excitement in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would definitely book again.

Pictures did not include the big green water tower that was our view from our deck—-it was right in front of our deck. Pool had rust in it. Pool rail going down steps is loose. No privacy by hot tub.

If you review the photos the water tower is in fact in 3 or 4 of the photos. Although we do not specifically showcase the tower. There are trees growing that will eventually block this out completely and it is already less visible in the summer when the trees have leaves. The hot tub is also exactly as shown in the photos. A slight positioning of chairs to the right would avoid this view entirely and look towards downtown as shown in our photos. We will inspect the pool for rust and any thing deteriorating will be replaced. As all components are stainless steel we expect this discoloration to bue due to mineral deposits from the water source and not actual rust.

Comfortable little cabin

They cabin was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Gatlinburg is just over 2 miles from it. Very nice place to stay.

Everything was very clean. Very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Instructions were clear. Location was very good. Close enough to downtown for access but for enough away for peace and quiet. We got see bears at the edge of the development. That was plus for us. We enjoyed pool and hot tub every day. We would definitely recommend.
